Logix services are the best in banking that I have ever experienced. The quality and care of service is exceptional, the personnel are friendly and courteous. {If I have one complaint; it is with Logix’s relationship to the investment personnel that take advantage of the great relationship between Logix and its customers for their own personal gains, even to the detriment of it’s customers. If a customer does choose to utilize this company’s services, be sure to print out all transactions as they occur so that you have an accurate accounting. Constantly monitor account for changes because these personnel can make changes to your account in support of any lie they wish to tell concerning your investment funds} However, Logix is beyond reproach and have always done their best to protect their customer’s financial interests with care, courteousness and understanding.
I went to this bank (Palmdale Branch) on a recommendation from a friend. I can honestly say I am so glad I did, I was floored by the outstanding customer service from the woman at the front checking people in. I wanted to open a new account and was assigned to Christian Figueroa, all I can say is he went above and beyond ensuring all my questions were answered, I never felt rushed like you do at the credit union across the road. Logix is bringing back Customer Service that seemed to have disappeared in recent years, and ensuring their Associates treat every individual the same across the board, no matter if you have a dollar or million. I recently bought out my lease on my Honda and came to Logix. From start to end the process was smooth and clean and the staff were wonderful! They took the time to explain everything and answer any and ALL my questions. I even sent an email to the person who helped me but they were on vacation so I thought I would need to wait until they returned. NOPE!! That same day, someone else at Logix emailed me back and answered all my questions! I plan to stay with them even beyond my car being paid off! 100% recommend! The website is also very user friendly! I have the app and have had NO issues!
I have issues whenever I use this app. It almost always rejects check deposit images and makes me re-submit photos multiple times. Every time a photo is rejected, you have to start the entire deposit process over from the beginning. The app design is outdated/difficult to navigate visually. I also have lots of issues with the map function used to locate ATMs/search by category (i.e. accepts deposits). There are all major inconveniences that have led me to consider leaving Logix, especially because I do not live near a branch and I rely on the online services. I would hate to leave the credit union because the customer service (by phone and in person) is always outstanding. But I’ve had so many issues with the app and the website ever since I joined several years ago. I really hope they will work on modernizing these features.
The old Mobile banking was more simple and gave me the information I needed. Every time with the new app I would to take to many avenues to check my account I have to take to many avenues just to check my account. Versus the old app u would slide ur finger through the accounts and it would automatically would drop down the information of each account with specific info. Example; new app, it won’t tell u if it’s pending or a check is on hold. U have to click ur account checking&saving then click again to access which of the two then click AGAIN to get to the information history of each account. Old app would telling all the items u have pending at the top of the list and would specify if something was oh hold like a check. New app has separate the hold\pending but it won’t tell u if it’s withdrawn or a deposit or a check hold.
After the numerous financial institutions I have used both corporately and personally. Most mobile apps have left me frustrated and usually are down for maintenance whenever I need them. I am a fairly new customer of Logix, having just relocated from Texas back home to California. I have been impressed with both their branch (Thousand Oaks) personnel and customer service, as well as the ease of their mobile application. It hasn’t been down once when I needed to utilize it. I travel and have accessed it at all hours and all across the country. The logo is a bit unique, 😊, but I’ll take that over an application that works like it’s an alien.
While trying to make a mobile deposit during regular business hours during a weekday, continued to get unknown errors and it wouldn’t let me deposit the check to either checking or savings. Ended up having to deposit the check to Chase mobile deposit and I’ve never ever had any issues with the Chase app. So this makes the Logix banking app UNRELIABLE. Additionally if you have a Logix Rewards credit card, you can never ever change the due date, so if it’s in the 17th it will forever be the 17th. This is strange policy as every other credit card I have has allowed the due date to be between the 3rd and 6th and since I get paid once a month on the 5th it is super convenient to pay all my bills on the 6th, EXCEPT FOR LOGIX which remains a financial irritation that won’t go away. No idea how they get their 5-star rating as I only give them a 1.
While this app works to let me know what my account balance is, and to transfer money back and forth from my accounts, the edeposit function is USELESS. I try, painstakingly, every time I get my check to deposit it over the mobile app, and it has yet to work for me. I retake photos again and again, ensure focus, and still, nothing works. I’d almost rather the app didn’t offer an edeposit function at all, as at least I’d feel better not having the option, rather than the option not working altogether. I didn’t used to have problems when there were two apps available, but with this update to one app, I’d say it has only gotten worse. Terrible marketing strategy, as I am now an upset customer and only get more upset as the function continues not to work. Oh, and by the way, my app IS updated to the fullest it can be, so that’s NOT the problem, as a Logix helpline would assume.
Thank you guys so much for not only fixing the login issue where it never remembered me and I had to constantly type my info... but you guys completely transformed the app to look beautiful, modern and perform fast and efficient. I don’t just recently opened up an account with you guys (first credit union) and I absolutely loved banking with you guys but was so disappointed with the old app. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but the fact you guys actually listened to our complaints and went above and beyond to take action to fix it makes me one happy cuStomer and can’t wait to what the future holds with Logix! Overall the Logix app is well designed and easy to use. It’s handy having full access to all their services right in my pocket. However: when making more than one e-deposit in one session the camera function on the second deposit frequently stops working properly and won’t take the image by pressing on the screen. Clicking on the cancel “x” button will take the picture, but if you’re misaligned that image is what you see if you try again instead of the live feed from the camera. I spoke with Logix directly about this when I had an older phone, but I get the same behavior on my new iPhone.
I’ve never had an issue depositing a check until I downloaded them latest version of this app. I tried depositing my check many times- using different backgrounds, different angles, WiFi and cellular connection, and before and after downloading the latest update on my iPhone. Each time I got an error message stating I was entering the wrong amount and to try again. Additionally, I was locked out of the app while trying to deposit my check. When I called Logix, the customer service representative informed me that the app sometimes gives false messages that customers are locked out, when they are not. Trying to deposit my check has turned into an extremely frustrating and stressful experience, and it is unfortunate because I never had this issue before downloading the newest version of this app.
I love this new app. Now I can use Face ID to log on. It also notifies when a debit card is used which used to require a second app. Things I use it for: Bill Pay Mobile Deposits Travel Notifications To Get Routing and Acct numbers I was going to say I wish I could use it to transfer money to my daughter, but I just looked at the app more closely and saw I can add her as an account to transfer to (under account management in the “more” tab). So basically this app can do just about everything I need, while being easy to read and navigate.
I wish it was easier to navigate and much more friendly with the UI the colors and tabs you tap on anything and 1. It takes a second. 2. It feels so solid no feedback visual or physical. 3. To bright I wish they used more white or gray or something instead of bright orange I get it it’s your color but come on. It seems like they where given a small budget to do this app and went from there it doesn’t feel safe or secure it feels unsteady it has great features don’t get me wrong I love it! In other words I love the engine of the vehicle I don’t love how the vehicle looks. As long as they keep improving it and we see it I’ll be fine with that!
So happy i moved my accounts to Logix, best decision i ever made!!! Love the people the service.... They really make banking simple, plus they are super at advising you to your benefit. So unlike any regular bank, this credit union is all about the customers interest. Meaning it goes to you not outside investors. Make the switch you will be glad you did. A Very happy customer I would also recommend anyone that lives in the area that logic services to switch their banking to them. They’ve made the banking part of my life trouble free, which is a major these days for my business.
The logix app is quite easy to use. I’ve only ever had trouble using it once and I called customer service through the app and they guided me through. It’s very convenient, I can quickly log in through my phone and check all my accounts, do all my payments, etc. Also, The Logix customer service is wonderful! They’re honestly one of the best customer service I’ve ever had from a bank. They are super nice, answer all of my questions, go above and beyond to help you, and still at the end ask if there’s anything else you need help with. I HIGHLY recommend Logix.
I love mobile banking! As a university student I am consistently checking my balance and transferring money. This app allows me to do those functions very easily. I think it could be improved in a variety of ways. For one, I think there should be an option to get notifications after expenses or deposits; specified to each members preferences (i.e. savings, checking, credit etc.). This would allow people to easily keep track of any mistakes and other information. I also think the app should be paired with instant money transfer apps like cash app and Venmo. This is how people with different banks send money to each other nowadays and Logix should keep up with the times.
Logix is incredible and I love all the services you can do within the app! The mobile check deposit feature is my favorite part about the app. I also like being able to freeze my cards if needed. Logix has always been amazing at catching fraud. My only issue with the app is that I cannot view nor edit my transaction memos with the app, like I can online. I like to categorize my transactions and write a brief detail about each one, for future references. However, it’s hidden on the app. It is not a big deal. Just my one suggestion. Overall love the app!
Using the app for the first time was operator problem. However, I was at the Logic branch in the valley. The line s were busy and a male from the front desk came around and asked me if he could assist me. He showed me step by step from his phone and duplicate it and “whala” it worked. In hinesite it’s very simple and easy for people like me a short training video may help. But since that happened I must confess I cane honestly say I am spoiled from the Logic Customer Service and would prefer to visit “they are super friendly” or call “they are very kind, gracious and patient”. But I can no longer make an excuse because the app is definetly easy to use and convenient. I do 90% of my banking on-line and it’s the first time I use on-line banking. But let me preference that “ONLY with Logic”. The morale of the story is... the Logic app is easy to use it’s the operator that’s hard. It all started with my brother and sister-in-law, telling us to leave her thing and go to Logix. Amazing, wonderful representative named Dylana. From start to finish, she was professional, friendly and comforting. I know she has now moved to a different branch, and we will miss her terribly. The first time I had to call Logix a human being answered, and I was gobsmacked. You never get a machine, you always got a human. The person I spoke to, as well, was wonderful. I can say for sure that this is the best thinking experience I have ever had.
I have loved being a banker with Logix and this new app has some great improvements. I use the Bill Pay for basically all my bills and it’s nice that I don’t have to login to website no more to review any upcoming bill pays. Great improvement that I am able to view upcoming and past bill pays as well as schedule new ones. Would be a 5 star review if I was able to see any new e-bills that I have through the app and be able to see bill and easily schedule payments. I just downloaded it today but I don’t think it has the capability yet. Overall... Logix is on the right path with improvements.
The app can be very helpful on managing your assets , money, and debts. The only flaw I believe it may have is the ability to up load the images for the electronic Deposits. For some reason I sometimes have to retake the photo and or re type in the amount 4 times for it to catch on . It could be very annoying when on the go , and wish it was a bit more savvy on that part. Other then that it’s quite easy and very helpful. Thanks
Unfortunately, the latest app isn’t always the greatest. The old app allowed me to make edeposits without any difficultly. In the new app, I have yet to make a edeposit because it always fails to read the check. I just recently switch to logix banking but I am now starting to think that perhaps I made a mistake. I have very few free to time to run to the bank and make deposits. At first, it was very convenient to have the liberty to make quick deposits over the phone. Now, I have to make time to drive to a local branch and do what I need to do resulting in time loss from my main priorities. If, logix does not fix this is issue I am considering going back to my old bank.
This text was suggested by the app when I chose to rate it, but it’s ALL TRUE: “We left our former credit union after being with them for over 40 years & never looked back. The Logix app is great plus all of our business & personal accounts are handled with efficiency & the best customer service we’ve ever experienced with any financial institution. AND NO PHONE TREE! You get a live, capable person to talk to every time you call. We love Logix!” Who says you can’t get excellent customer service anymore? Logix is GREAT!
I love the personal attention and effort that your employees pay to your costumers. Every time I go to any of your branches your employees make me feel like family. I usually go to The Golden Valley branch every Friday and I usually talk to the same tellers. About five mouths I went in there with my Daughter and at one point I mentioned to the teller that my wife was expecting our second child. Three days later we received a teddy bear that is wearing a pink shirt that read “ I am the big Sister”. Talk about going above and beyond.
This upgrade is better than the previous version in several aspects, the login through fingerprint works better and the layout of accounts is cleaner. What can be improved on is the bill payment function, it does not have bill presentment like the website so you essentially cannot use it. Also usernames are part of security protocol and it would be better if it were not displayed. All that said I would not even consider any other place but Logix for my financial transactions, they are great.
I give it five stars because everything is functional most of the time and that’s what really matters. But gosh dang this app looks and feels like it was made it 2012. Yes everything works, but it looks like an app I had on my Blackberry and is about as fast as it too. Get a designer in there to make it look pretty and simple and optimize it for quicker response and you’d have the perfect app. But it’s still a five star and great job so far. It’s come a long way.
I love Logix bank. I’ve been a member for more than 25 years but this app is awful. It used to be great but the last few months the edeposit function does not work. Every single time it tells me it can’t process the deposit because the check amount entered doesn’t match the actual check. So now I have to drive to a branch to deposit anything. Which is very inconvenient since they closed the branch near me & moved further away. I can’t be the only one having this issue. I’m only giving 2 stars because the other functions work & I do like Logix in general. Please fix the app.

I do not remember enjoying going into the bank. But my Ligix bank is like family. Always a friendly “hello” and a home felt welcome, i actually look forward to going. Love everything about this bank. HELC loans, when no other big bank will even consider them. Highest interest with my savings, and so much more. My bank for life, my family too.
Everything about Logix’s is 5 star. The app works perfect and if ever I’m having a problem, customer service helps me or should I say teaches me how to navigate through. I love that I can call and get a friendly customer service rep right away. They are the best. I would never change banks. Although I have not been to the branch since COVID, the tellers there are so helpful and personable. I wish you all the best during this time and thereafter. Thank you Logix. Don’t ever change.
The app is okay, i came from navy federal credit union and their app is light years ahead of this one, 1 HUGE feature i miss is the notification everytime you make a purchase on the card, this app never notifies me everytime a purchase is made even though i have that feature turned on. Its a very useful feature imo. Another bone i have to pick with logix is why they don’t make tap to pay debit cards. Its 2023 thats pretty much standard nowadays. Would love to see logix come out with tap to pay cards this year.
I am very impressed with my association of Logix Credit Union and the fact that I can perform most of my transactions on their App. The Logix app is fairly user friendly and occasionally when it’s necessary for me to go into my Logix Stevenson Ranch branch to complete a transaction, I am assured that my presence is necessary to safeguard my money. Every team member of Logix has always been very friendly, helpful and professional.
I’ve been with Logix for close to eleven years and after my experience with Bank of America after my husband passed away, it was a wonderful feeling to work with the kind staff in Woodland Hills. Now I am a bit closer to the new Tarzana branch and had had the same experience with a kind and knowledgeable staff. I really am able to keep a good eye on my accounts with this app. It has everything I need to check my accounts, pay bills, transfer funds and deposit checks PLUS it gives me a notification every time there’s a withdrawal. It came in handy when my card was hacked and someone tried to use it in a other country. You can’t get better than this app!
I like that logix is easy to use and features accessible at your fingertips. I also like that options and great offers are always available with logix! Very convenient, friendly user platform, and customer service and discounts available without having to read fine print like other institutions. Logix is straight forward 😊
I was recommended to open an account with Logix and so far I have felt comfortable completing my transactions. The bank tellers are very respectful and understand what my needs are. Thank you for opening up a branch in Pasadena. Please investigate if there will be plans to expand to the Inland Empire as I have lived here for over 30 years and continue to see growth especially in my town of Rancho Cucamonga. Thank you
This app can’t read checks - I’ve been using it for years and almost every single time I deposit a check, the app can’t read it. I have used both my phone and iPad in every possible location, at all times of the day and night, and it virtually never reads the check - and most of the checks I try to deposit are computer printed, not hand written. And the same happens for my wife when she tries to deposit checks using her devices. I once called and complained about the app but nothing has changed. Every time I try to make a deposit I seriously consider stopping using Logix.
I love the Logix app! I have two suggestions though: 1. When needing to confirm the accounts transferring to/from, it would be helpful to have account names rather than the account numbers. 2. This new app sends a notification of refunds which reads, “Refunded of $____.” It seems to me that it would read better if it said, “Refund of $____” instead of “Refunded.” Thank you.
Every time I My Mobile app it’s so easy and simple to find what I need without any hidden wizardry other apps make you use. Logos banking is a consumer friendly application that puts you in full control if your finances and customer service is always 1 minutes away with real people ALL THE TIME. I have turned other friends into Logix members because they truly are the best I’ve ever worked with.
I’m not too thrilled with the new app. The old app was simpler to use. For instance, the transfer option. When you go to the transfer confirm screen it doesn’t list any of the account names just the number. What if I clicked on the wrong one? I don’t know the numbers. Or say if you’re transferring to another member. It doesn’t confirm the name and the account number. I don’t use the app for much more than that and to check my accounts. I think the designers need to make the transfer section more user friendly so there’s no confusion on what accounts you’re transferring to.
Logix is the best bank and the easiest online banking ever! Everything is so logically thought out and simple to use! At 75 I’ve tried a lot of banks in my life. This is by far the most amazing banking experience, hands down, of all! EVER! And if you have to deal with a “person” - they only hire the finest and most helpful and customer service oriented people on the planet!
I love Logix. It is an awesome CU. Great people, great branches. This app is mostly good enough, except the mobile deposit. As You’ve read in other reviews, this is the weak point of this app. It is buggy, and frustrating. I know that these are tougher to develop and you spend the membership dollars in better places that say Chase, but seriously keep working on improving mobile depositing. I am getting less checks and more e-transfers but I still get them. Thanks.
I usually don’t rate many apps but I have to give credit where credit is due. I love that the new app has facial recognition makes it easier to log in. I love the interface of the new app and that I no longer need 2 apps for security alerts . So if you loved the previous 2 apps before this is essentially both of them rolled up in one.
Glad to have this app on my phone. I can access my account securely, view and transfer to my kid’s accounts immediately even when I’m on the go. I wish on the app when I go to transfer to my kid’s accounts that it would say their account names like I can see on the website (and distinguishing my husband’s account too) because sometimes I mix up their account numbers but otherwise very happy.
I have loved Logix Banking since I joined them. They have never made me feel inferior or unimportant. Other banks in the past have done that to me. Logix staff are always very friendly and I’ve really never encountered anybody having a bad day and showing it! One of my favorite employees is Judy at the Palmdale branch she is amazing! I downloaded the Logix app recently and Can use it easily! I like the edeeposit feature, it’s easy !!
Please be aware of this app. There’s a feature that allows you to freeze your cards. Log has no customer service and no tech-support so if the app does not allow you to “unfreeze“ your cards, you won’t have access to your debit and or credit cards. because of this, you can end up stranded in the middle of nowhere like I was with no access to your money. This happened to me over the weekend and Logix does not have any customer service on Sundays. I was stranded at a gas station in the middle of nowhere for six hours with no access to funds.
I never had a problem making eDeposits with the old app, and this one is insanely difficult. I always get an error message saying the account number at the bottom of the check can’t be read. It doesn’t matter what lighting I put it in, or if I get the entire check in the photo, or if I can clearly see the numbers on the tiny preview photo - it always claims there’s a problem. The font size is also extremely small on the app in general, and it’s just less straightforward as far as navigating through it. Not sure why something was fixed that wasn’t broken.
I finally decided to download it only to find out im not “eligible” to make edeposits which is frustrating because im no where close to a branch location to deposit my check. I don’t know why im suddenly not “eligible” for edeposits, i used to be able to use it with the old app. I mean seriously, if you are going to upgrade an app, make it more convenient instead of me having to call customer support instead to find out why i cant use the features i was able to in the old app. Don’t like it at all, its caused more inconvenience than help. Id give it no stars if I could.
I have never have found a bank that has so many benefits easy to bank never been disappointed, I let all my friends, family know what a great bank Logix is they should come join with my bank, great customer service so kind nice always have treated so kindly, there is no other bank then Logix.
The app is super good. Like way better than the first app. I can actually input checks now! Yay 2001 technology! Update: The devs respond! Any chance we can get “bill pay”/ external wires reviewed? I just tried paying my landlord and a check was sent to a non existent address, instead of the external bank wire info I have on the full site. Thanks for all the hard work everyone!
I am a new member to this credit union. The app does not fully support higher tier phones as some features are not fully functional but you can just login online. However, the support and customer service is exceptional. Tried to do small personal loan and agents are responsive and easy to deal with. Hopefully you grow bigger and expand to more states!
