Thank you for creating this Lotto App

I like it that it’s so conveniently easy to use , and if you have winning few numbers it will show up and then they have you your winning amount already in your account . I am so pleased to have this app . I’m not a lotto fanatic but sometimes when friends are talking about big big amount of prizes I somehow likes to get some numbers too . Who knows ! It’s like one in a million right ? Who knows 🥸good luck to all

It’s okay but could be better

A little bummed there’s not really an option to scratch the ticket like you normally would. It zooms in too much on the ticket and it has this auto scratch feature so it’s less satisfying to those who enjoy the scratching part. Also, there support isn’t the most helpful, I’ll start by saying it was my fault I mistakenly typed in my backing account number in both fields for the payout instead of the routing number but refusing to even help with anything was a little dissatisfying. I sent them proof and they figured out what happened but couldn’t stop/cxl the transaction? Also, comparing this to Jackpocket, lotto has a much higher wait time, it doesn’t let you fund your account in case you want to split payments between cards. If you use your winnings on lotto to purchase another ticket, you still have to pay a convenience fee where on Jackpocket you don’t. Overall Jackpocket is a much better app for playing.

Easy to use but it doesn’t always open

I have been playing for months. It’s easy to replay you custom numbers, track winnings, use quick picks, transfer winnings or use the winnings against the next play however the app has some issues after a play to open. Like a previous review, when opening the app all I get is a white screen. It has taken hours to get in or I have uninstalled to reinstall the app. I did check to see if there was an update that I needed to download but there wasn’t.

Winnings!

Not only have I won scratch-offs, but I've also won multiple times in a row. I play in person and on the app, spending on the same tickets. I can say that I have won a lot more on this app. Also, customer service is very helpful. I had an issue with a scratch-off where there was a glitch and it didn't capture my winnings. They were able to send my winnings within an hour of reaching out to them.

No Good

I’m not a gambling person but been desperate lately so I’ve played multiple games on this app- PAID $100’s of dollars - in hopes to win something & not only do they HOLD your money for processing - you’ll never win! AND I’m having this problem where every-time I buy a ticket I have to delete the app and reinstall it again because the screen goes all white on their end & that’s annoying.

I’d like a reputation to win this is my dream. As all umschattetes inside I’d like to find warmth in this large big deserted worldes . Good at first, now won’t work

I enjoyed this app at first and made several purchases on it. All of a sudden, it’s unable to locate me (even though I’m sitting in the exact same spot on my couch where I made my previous purchases), which results in not being able to make purchases. Customer service was no help. It seems like this would be a relatively easy thing to check to see why their location services aren’t working for me, but apparently it’s a ton of red tape that just isn’t worth it for me. Jackpocket is an app that’s just a good, and I’ve had no issues with it…I recommend giving it a try.

I my want your money

I have bought numerous times $50 scratch tickets and it taken them over 15 hrs to get me my tickets. They take your money immediately then gave all the excuses of why they aren’t sending your tickets out to you. I’ve complained to customer service that are very very hard to get ahold of to only receive auto generated emails. If it’s all technical why would it take 15 hrs to get a ticket you owed for immediately. I’ll be moving over to jackpot once I get my $50 ticket. Will never ever use this Mickey Mouse company ever again. I work hard for my money for them to hold onto it for 15 plus hours.

Scratchcards seem sketchy

They say it’s some special technology, which I believe BUT before they use that tech for the customer to scratch it online it seems like there is a human manually scratching it first and when asked multiple times they avoided the question and could/would not assure me that it’s not a human manually scratching it before it gets sent to customer. if they could just provide some transparency on the process that would be great but they won’t and if it’s a human scratching it first what kind of process do they have to make sure successful cards are still sent to customer

Needs more work

Playing the numbers seem fair and good but I think they’re scamming on those scratch off tickets. We wouldn’t know otherwise if they’re sending an already non winning ticket to customers and keeping the winner tickets. Especially after getting multiple non winning tickets, some purchased in a row.

So far I like it

Shows the tickets ordered. Gave me a second chance refund. 5 + power play. Says everyone deserves to win. Could of just taken the money but used it to buy 5 tickets more + powerplay. Seems better than Jpocket or other competitors. Few more improvements to this app and it can be #1. But I’m not an expert on app development. So cheers that I win and others too.

This app is great

Not having to stop at the store on the way home for my cash 5 tickets has been so nice since I started using this app. I get my tickets sent to my email and check right after the draw for the winning numbers. Very cool app I’m excited to see what else it can do

Love this!

Super convenient (with a fee) and won several times. The scratch tickets sell out quickly and you can only play $20 games. Also it would be nice to have some $10 games on there as well. Haven’t ran into any issues with the app.

Lotto good not great yet

please find a way to reset passwords my account is locked out and resetting passwords is a hassle i’ve asked over 7 times still not able to get in my account it shouldn’t be this hard to reset a password jackpocket would never.

Love this app!

Simple, easy to use, and comes with a solid customer service team. No more rushing to the bodegas in bad neighborhoods to get your lottery tickets! I played and won from my couch wearing pjs! So easy!

I often want to get a ticket when the jackpot gets bigger and then forget to stop on my way home from work. Lotto ensures I can get a ticket when I think about it and without the need to get in the car.

Don’t buy scratch offs

Do not buy scratch offs on this app you will never win, not sure how it works once you purchase a scratch off if a random convenient store pulls it but I feel like they scan it to see if it’s a win or loss and sell it to you, I literally spent hundreds and never win only made exactly what I paid on one and lost all other purchases. It’s not worth it trust me this is only good for buying lotto tickets.

Too much information

I’ve been using this services for a long time, no problems, smooth sailing and even recommended it to my friends Then just recently, they also want me to provide my checking/ debit card information. I’ve been using my credit card for ALL transaction because it has fraud protection, instead of vendors having direct access to our checking information. So this gave me pause…

Misleading and kind of pointless

I bought my first scratch ticket over 12 hours ago and am still waiting for it to process. The whole point of an app is convenience is it not? I would rather just go to a gas station at this point instead of having to beg their awful bot chat help system to just process my order. Very frustrating.

I love the App, it makes it easier to play. Only downside is that I tried to play while I was in the car in Connecticut, but it wouldn’t let me because I live in New York. It said it couldn’t verify my location. I wish they could fix that part of the App.

Nice app, but user credential management could be improved

This is a nice app that lets you buy lottery tickets from the comfort of one’s home. I wish it offered iPhone suggested passwords, and safari password storage natively. I had to manually create my password, and manually add it to the safari password manager.

Easiest way to play the lotto!

They removed the re-order feature and replaced it with a subscription

This app was fine, but it’s now extremely inconvenient if you want to play the same numbers as a previous order. Your only option for that is to sign up for a subscription to those numbers, which removes your control over whether you want to participate in each drawing.

Scratch off tickets

I try to buy one of the scratch off tickets as soon as I more funds available, it was over at the time of trying to purchase some scratch off ticket which was 100+ your $10 convenience fee comes out to $110. With my previous winnings of the previous scratcher was 150. Oh, here comes the best part I couldn’t even get out of where you would click check out.

To slow

It takes them to long to post results. I have other lottery app and they post the results much much faster then this one. It is convenient but very slow. I may delete it and close my account and try one of the others.

Location detection doesn’t work

I can’t get the location detection to work on the web site or using the app. I just installed the app to see if this will fix the issue, but not only does it fail to work (and, yes, location detection is enabled and set to Always in settings for the app) but it has a Permissions Required warning screen that I can’t close. The app is useless!

Has really gone downhill

U don’t know what y’all did, but lately I have had to constantly restart my phone, uninstall and reinstall the app, etc just to purchase a ticket. It lately cannot ever get my location data. Please fix this as it shouldn’t require a restart, or uninstall/reinstall every time.

Not reliable

It does not work 100% of the time. Most of the time when I open it, I get a white screen, then I have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work. Missed a drawing because of this

app tells me to share location

I am sharing location, but app gets stuck on page that notifies you that your location must be the same for the state lottery ticket you intend to purchase. The page has no way to close, nor does the app seem to get your location even if you’ve enabled it in settings. BROKEN!!

Wouldn’t take payment

Everytime I tried to put in a card, it would say unsuccessful. Tried with multiple cards and the same message. Not worth the hassle and ended up going to the store to purchase. Hope I don’t see credit card fraud in my transactions now.

Doesn’t open half the time

This app is so unpredictable. For a couple of days it works fine, the it just won’t open. I try to open it and nothing, just a blank screen. Please fix this.

It’s Ok…

I like the app okay. What I really dislike is that on the Pick 3 (for Colorado) you are not able to do quick picks. It may seem petty, but I’ve won so much money on quick picks and hardly ever get anything when I try using numbers I pick.

Overcharged rip off artist

This app is terrible. It charges you a fee every time you play if you want to play multiple games it charges you every time. Where is the jackpot app? let’s you add money to your account for a small fee $1.50 and you can play off of that money until your account is empty at no additional charge.

$4 Convenience fee for no convenience
