Update July 19, 2024: The issues have been fixed. Thank you! Previous review: This is a great app that my realtor recommended. However, the newest update is messed up. The listing does not match up with the pictures (e.g., a listing for land shows a large house, or a 2-bedroom listing is showing a mansion). My favorites all had the wrong pictures after the update. There is also no longer the feature to filter by rent or sale. This has been a great app and hopefully these issues are fixed soon! The updated layout does look great.
Nevella is great at what she does she cares about you and your family likes she’s part of it!!! She’s always available and very knowledgeable in her job we are searching for are first time home and she has made it stress free and she’s always teaching us on the process, she is always available and very kind and understanding! It’s nice to be able to work with your agent in tandem within an app that’s at your fingertips. The categorization feature is nice but it’s needs a few improvements -I often have to reset or restart the app to keep searching the map section for properties as I zoom in an out of an area -add an option in filters to mark things of importance, like close to a grocery store or important other land marks -add the option to just highlight the properties you favorited on the map -add a “routes map” that allows you to map out a “tour” of the properties you would like to see based on distance and best route. This may not be a tool for all however if someone is trying to look at multiple properties in a day this feature would save essential time
My realtor suggested this app and I couldn’t be happier with it. Super easy to use. Convenient and very helpful. It has lots of tips regarding all the housing lingo and not to mention all my realtors information. I’m pretty sure she can view every house I am interested in and set it up. I love it. Thank you for the app!!
App itself is buggy, when clicking on mls pictures and trying to view full screen it goes back to the main menu screen and freezes up. Also cannot search by all the same criteria as in matrix which makes this app unusable. Need all the criteria including subdivision, garage type, roof type, brick exterior, etc. otherwise the matrix web version is still superior to use even on mobile.
Erika has been a great partner when it comes to finding the perfect home with ease. She’s has taken care of me for 2 years now. She communicates effectively and breaks down each process so that I understand. She’s very knowledgeable. I will continue to recommend her to all of my peers.
Can't view my agents notes. Also, I keep seeing there are x number of notices from my agen but when I click I can't tell where they are coming from most of the time and then hen I can see it's from my agents suggestions I can't tell what on earth is new. Lot of pending listings only. My agent often needs me to still text him r call because he misses my messages.
The app gets the job done of displaying local homes for sale, however the UI is lacking. For example, when in ‘Map Search’ page, the header bar tan color makes the buttons invisible- you know they’re there and therefore click in the blind- but that’s not an excuse for important buttons not being visible. Similar issue throughout the rest of the app.
I loved this app! But with the recent update it screwed everything up. Like previous reviewer said the pictures don’t match the house anymore. You can’t search by school district anymore. Or really search for anything at all.. I’m really hoping they fix this soon!
The real estate agent in my networking group recommended this app to me and it works very well and I’ve recommended my family to try it for their real estate needs!
When i found a house that i was interested in my agent contacted me bavk as soon as possible and she told me what I needed and what steps i needed to take.
Properties don’t load at all when my agent sends me potential dream homes. It’s extremely annoying and I end up Using Zillow instead, which my agent tells me not to because Zillow is not updated as frequently as the MLS But this app doesn’t load properties
THE WORST PIECE OF CRAP APPThis is the 2nd time I reviewed this app, my first review conveniently disappeared! This app is pure crap! Nothing works, it is not intuitive at all, difficult to filter sale only listings & is extremely glitchy!!!! Every person that I have spoken to hates this app my clients are highly frustrated without as well. Poor design awful awful awful!
I really wanted to love this app but it is extremely buggy ever since it linked to my realtor. The app constantly goes to white screen, loading bar, then to landing page. Truly a shame. Will update my review upon improvements.
I have not EASILY found a way to filter My Suggestions (from my agent) in the map view. I get over a 1,000 listings in the map view. My Suggestions are a list view. USELESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Loving this intuitive MLS app so far. Special access from an Agent is required. The code worked for me once I entered in it all caps like this: FA3C809E
My application is not working and I’m not sure who I need to get a hold of to fix this issue. My realtor has recent me the code and it’s still not working.
