These people ask for all of your information and as soon as you try to cash it will send you an alert saying they need you to give them more info and make you try to log back into your account, as soon as you do you find out that it is disabled. Oh yeah... crazy that when you call the # you only 2 options are press 1 if your having trouble logging into your account or press 2 if your having trouble cashing your check. I also ended up finding out they stole my identity. All the way bs. DO NOT GET THIS APP... Y’all got me though, don’t have a choice but to take the loss
Registered and submitted a check for cashing. After the app collected my check, driver’s license, check my credit to verify my identity the app no longer worked and my account was disabled. Called customer service and was told multiple things: (1) my account hasn’t been verified/activated (not true since I received confirmation of my account creation, (2) the app works intermittently and they are aware, (3) your not eligible for the service and I don’t know why and I don’t know where your information was sent and if your check was processed/cashed. Definitely a SCAM! Stay away. I am looking into seeking legal remedies.
Every step there is a tech error or issue Been trying to cash one check for over 12 hrs with no luck now the check has vois written on it and is useless Now i have to ask the original writer to write me a new one Drive all the way to get it I think im going to need to be reimbursed for my gas and time The only reason i did this was because i was in need of money right now Such crap
This app is great! I don’t know why the other review was bad. Probably cashing a bad check 🙃. This makes it so convenient to cash my check and I don’t have to go in store and wait in line. Fast, Convenient!
Two days after attempting to use their service I was hit with fraud on my debit card, strange ACH attempts from my bank and now have 5 inquiries that have been added to my credit reports. File a complaint with your federal and local authorities to help stop them
I wish I would have read more than just the first one. Yeah I thought it was just an isolated experience but it appears not. My experience with the app was the same: My personal information was collected My check was loaded successfully (and is now useless) I answered the ONE question applicable to me in ID verification BOOM! Locked out of the app and no customer service other than a straight to voicemail phone number. Presenting these facts to my State AGs Office.
Useless app. Every check I tried to cash I would get some error or excuse... “ experiencing technical issues.. try again” or “ we have detected a server error” etc. are you just trying to collect information???
Definitely should have read the reviews first! Every scam review on this app is 100% right. My lawyer is now pursuing legal case for identity theft. Good news is they found out who is in charge. Bad news my identity got stolen

The customer service employees are very rude, and unhelpful. I spoke to about6 different people who all have me a different answer, or said they would call me back and never did. I never write reviews but I'm so upset with this app and their service I wanted to warn other. Don't get this app!
So excited about this new app because instead of waiting in traffic with screaming kids in the car after work to cash my check, I can just do it from my phone now. Saves me a lot of time and thought. Everything works great and I'm really happy with it.
