MSI Mystic Light

Connecting and getting the app on both my computer and phone was easy. But the annoying part is •none of my parts are showing up on either the app or the computer app except for my graphics card. Is there a way to fix this?

I will admit that it took me a bit to set this up but once I did it was very simple to use. Go to msi support page-> search your product-> support-> utility. In here theres a mystic light download that you need to get so you can use the app. I am now finally able to change the LED’s very easy

Doesn't connect to my desktop and app crashes when it does worthless

So I built my computer and yada yada after I got this on my pc and had connected through the app everything worked fine now I don’t know what happened but it just crashes every time I try to connect

Won’t find my computer. I’ve used MSI products for years and lately their quality seems to be coming down. The gaming app on the computer won’t work I try the phone app it does not work might be time to explore other options for my next build. sorry MSI step up your game.

So I recently bought an msi motherboard. Downloaded the app on my phone and pc. Downloaded it on my pc. Install it. The pc restarts. Then when I go to open it it uninstalls the app on my pc and makes me reinstall it. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy msi products with mystic light on them🙃

the download link in the description of the app says its an expired or malicious page, and the msi website downloads for msi sync are all “not compatible with your operating system” and im using the most current version of windows 10 pro... do yourself a favor and buy an ASUS product, and NOT msi’s trash

Keeps crashing when i try to connect. I was able to connect once. The layout was very simplistic but as i was changing the color it crashes again. No luck after that. Regretting buying MSI products and will be buying other brands instead.

Ordered my PC but my monitor got here first and it showed me on the website to get the app to change the RGB on the monitor and here I am with no way to connect it without using a PC first and downloading extra files.

Have everything set up but won’t detect my computer Edit: I’ve already installed the latest version of Mystic Light, updated bios, and enabled the mystic light app option. Still would not discover my motherboard. Edit: same domain/wan. :/ Edit3: had to change my managed switch to DHCP. It works now. Thanks!

Built my computer last week. Installed MSI software fresh. This app sees my computer but immediately crashes when attempting to connect.

Every time connect it crashes and I did every troubleshoot Thing I can do

This connects to my computer and does absolutely nothing. Zero functionality.

I have Mystic Light installed on my PC. I have the app. I can connect to my PC but I can’t change the colors. I can only change the animations.

Can only turn off the lights, options to show list of effect broken.

Crashes when attempting to connect.

Will not connect to PC. Spent two whole days looking for a workaround with zero success. Complete waste of time.

No matter what I do my device will not pair is there a way to fix this?

The app won't even download from the App Store.

This just doesn connect with your computer. After downloading pc version, ir says the app is not supoorted by the platform. Then I made a research and my MB is not Mistic Light compatible. Then WHY it is announced as compatible, even the box says so! Very disappointed with MSI.
