The whole system is great, easy to apply and receive loans, great interest rates, great customer services Jason Rangel has been great to work with on several loans, and other services. Several branches to conduct business. I mainly use the branches on Louisiana and North Big Spring, both those branches are great, great people, great service.
WHYYY does it log me out while I’m in the middle of using the app?! This is infuriating when I’m trying to balance my accounts. Or if I switch over to another app (like my checkbook ledger app cause I’m balancing the two) for literal seconds and I immediately switch back to My Community and have to log back in and find my spot again. Make a timer that asks if you still need to stay logged in after a period of time like literally every other financial app. Or don’t have it log you out where there’s still activity happening with the app open. So so so frustrating.
Hello I am needing the IT department for a troubleshooting issue. My wife and I have the MyCommunity mobile app on our IPhones and we use the mobile deposit option a lot with our cameras in the past, however it’s no longer letting either of us use it. When we try logging into the mobile deposit segment it kicks us out of the whole app. We have tried logging out of the app and going back in. We have tried turning off the iPhones and rebooting the iPhone system. We have updated our phones and we have also tried deleting the app and redownloading it. HELP!
We came to approach Staff in HEB Andrews branch , the staff there was so amazing they are very helpful and of course they are not giving me a hard time they refinance one of my vehicle . The only thing is nobody answers phone immediately but i still do business with them till i live in texas. Such a nice bank service and online is very detailed.
I’m tired of all these fake positive reviews it’s been months and y’all still haven’t been able to fix mobile deposit and it’s so consistent logging me off out of no where please do something already
Been using this app for years and have loved it. But a few months ago (maybe longer) it stopped allowing me to deposit a check. Click on it and the app just closes. So now I have to go to the H‑E‑B branch to deposit after work. It’s a little thing. But it is inconvenient.
Great ladies and gentlemen helping me out. Sometimes on things with apps dealing with the bank. Set up things for me a few times. The one on Midkiff and cuthbert!!
This app is really good when it loads. But it’s been saying try again later when I just open the app. Restarted my phone still has not worked. This has happened on many occasions.
I am so tired of getting kicked out of this app. I would save myself a lot of time in trouble if I just closed my account and moved it to a different bank..
App finally updated again…I thought ‘finally the remote deposit will be fixed!’ Only to be disappointed once again. This is ridiculous.it hasn’t worked in a year. I’m gettin sick and tired of having to physically go deposit checks in this day and age. Fix it. Or I will be forced to move all of my accounts to a different CU.
11/11/22 6 months later and this app still has not been fixed, cannot deposit checks. I’m on the verge of closing my accounts and going somewhere with Mobil banking that actually works. The deposit check feature hasn’t been working SINCE MAY!!! Update:: app was updated and now keeps CRASHING!!! Why can’t this be fixed properly!!! Still can’t deposit checks The deposit check feature has not been working since last week!!! I work during bank hours and don’t get a lunch break so this is very frustrating.
