This app is great, I randomly get lumps of money out of no where, no complaints here! The only bad thing about this app is if you use debit when swiping your card it takes $0.50, but this can easily be avoided by using credit instead. I also wish the card had a chip since not everywhere has swipes. (Baseball games, food stands, etc)
This company is a horrible company. They convinced my employer to switch over to their new system, but it lacks simple conveniences like transferring my money to another financial institution. When I go to take my money out of an ATM which is my only option now, I have to pay a fee because this company owns no ATMs of their own. So I have to pay money to access my own money. The user interface of their app is not user friendly or intuitive. The entire app is just designed to sell you their other useless features. 1 out of 5 stars. Do not recommend for anyone. Update: Upon further investigation, when I had to get a new card, when my employer switched over to their failed system, they charged me a $5 fee to get their fancy new card. They seem to be a company of crooks as well as poor app developers.
I want to get this. It starts w “ enter email” … I enter email. I tap “ validate email” and the new screen says “ enter email” and “ enter card or proxy number” . Hello? What card or proxy number are you talking about? I check my email. I have received nothing in inbox or junk. Am I to make up a number? Do I use a debit card a credit card? What. Can not even get started w this there is zero explanation and googling it just gets the same poorly explained screen. To use app support you need to log in or “ get started” which requires having a card or proxy number. You guys may want to be a bit more clear on how to register. Have never had a problem registering an app in my life till this one.
The app is ok but I hate that when I have a problem to address the give me the run around. Recently on March 7th 2024 an ATM didn’t dispense my money I called the number to atm services and I was told to call the number on back of my card to file a claim in which I did and it has been almost a month and nothing. I haven’t received money back on my card. The ATM services department says that they can verify my money wasn’t dispensed but my bank had to submit my claim and so this is frustrating. Would be nice for them to also add a link to be able to file a claim online instead being passed around from one person to another on the phone when we call in
When I made my profile and closed the app it logged me out of my account and now I have no access to it whatsoever, my email isn’t working and whenever I try to reset my password it says “invalid email” I don’t know what to do. And when I try to make an account it says “Oops! It looks like that card is already activated . Please create an account or login with the associated email address to access your cards details.” I need access to my account soon as possible and I can’t think of anything else to do.
My employer uses this platform to pay us. I haven’t been able to access my account for 2 weeks. I’ve suddenly “forgot my password”, while I’ve been using Face ID to login. I try to reset my password, the link they sent me doesn’t work. I try to call customer service, the phone number hangs up on me after 1 minutes. I try to email support, nobody responds. I have 2 weeks of payments from my job in this account that I cannot access, cannot transfer to another bank. I’m seriously considering quitting this job, solely because of this company because getting paid this way is the worst.
MyDash card has been withholding my money for the past week or so. And they keep blaming it on other errors and such. Every time I call and ask about the issue I keep having to be put through the same list of their customer service team approving the purchase and to wait 24 hours only to be met with the same issue. And every time I have tried to call and speak with a supervisor I’m put on hold for over 20 minutes. I experienced this habit in the past with another card company and I’m so disappointed to see that they’re completing the same lazy fraud protection practices.
When Dash first had this app it worked great a few updates later and it barely functions. This has been an ongoing issues it works when it wants, then doesn’t work at all. This includes their website. I’m trying to check my balance and every time I do it just sits there doing nothing. Then if I even make it to the login screen and enter my information, it again sits there and does nothing. Hopefully they fix it because it used to be seamless, I used to be able to sign in with Face ID too, but for some reason on the app that no longer works.
If you need to see your direct deposit then this the app for you, you are able to see when they send you your money and how much you have already spent from previous charges I give this a 5 star rating
It says a week ago from today it updated “to help signing in easier” but now I cannot login with my thumbprint it makes me type in my email and password. Please change it back to how it was before. But other than this new update I have no complaints about the app, I highly recommend
The app has worked fine for me. One super frustrating thing though is that Im unable to view my current balance because the card design is mostly white and the font used to display the balance is also white. Haven’t been able to find any setting to change or another way to view my current balance. Any workarounds/tips?
The app looks good. It won’t allow me to use Face ID to log in; I have to type in email and password each time. It won’t allow me to add a card to my Apple Wallet because it doesn’t recognize Apple Wallet as a digital wallet for some reason. I only have the app because I am required to by my employer; I wouldn’t touch it with a six-foot pole otherwise.
I down loaded app. Entered all the info Email etc….. worked once and with Face ID Opened app next day password did not work and tried to reset incase I wrote it down wrong so tried password reset. App did not recognize my email said it was in valid. Then I looked for a way to contact developer not luck. Log in for that help was unsuccessful because it did not recognize and email or password. Only thing it recognized was my card info but still couldn’t get in.
In a work group everyone got paid on the same day. That was three days ago mine still has not gone through. Paid a bill a week ago bill shows it was paid but this app still has the money in it. So you can not trust what it says is in the account. Oh yeah and good luck using the card it works about 30% of the time. The other 70%. It gets declined. It’s basically worthless. I don’t think you could find a worse company
I had the ClinCard which allowed you to transfer your balance to your bank. This one does not allow you to. That is a major inconvenience. Nobody wants to bank with a pre-paid account and once you’re left with a low balance, it’s almost impossible to get rid of.
I have been trying to access my account through the app and website for over a month and continue to experience the exact same issue that other users are experiencing. This has been the most terrible customer service experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this service to anyone. 😡😡 I would give it 0 stars if I could
Despite having hundreds of dollars on my card, I am frequently declined for purchases as small as $5. This is across many vendors and there is no in app option to approve these transactions. There is also no way I am aware of to transfer the money to another account within the app. Only to get cashback then deposit it in another bank.
When it works it works great but when it doesn’t work you end up getting upset that you don’t have access to the money you have been told you were supposed to be receiving and you don’t get it in the time frame you have been led to believe that you were going to get it.
After getting a face scanned to open MY phone, getting my face scanned again to open the app, and entering security credentials, then pressing a box that says I’m not a robot, I still have to select those ridiculous rectangles with pictures too small to see what they want me to pick. Please stop with the photos.
They win corporate business to pickpocket consumers. For the dash card they charge essentially 3$ per atm transaction and limit that to 500 daily. So that means you can only pull 480 to keep it under 500 since any atm adds on its fees. Use it as a regular card and you lose out on rewards. Horible company that I only use because I’m forced to. The app thankfully works well enough it does not add insult to injury.
So I went on some last minute Christmas shopping and for some reason their useless “system” locks my card due to fraud but it was me so instead of sending a text or an emailSO I CAN VERIFY like a normal company does they just deactivated my card and since this happened Friday I now have to wait until Monday CHRISTMAS RUINED DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND DONT STORE YOUR MONEY ON HERE AS SOON AS YOU GET PAID TAKE YOUR MONEY OFF THE CARD avoid the headache I’d give 0 stars if I could
My only complaint is that the background of the card is partly white and so is the balance on the card. This makes it impossible to see the balance, please change the balance numbers to black so I can see it. Thanks.
For the last 6 months or so since they’ve been updating their app it has not worked at all I can not even log into my account on the app. I’ve called with no answer but to wait until it’s updated. Would not recommend this app to anyone! I’m only forced to use this because this is what my company uses.
I am trying to apply for the card, and it’s asking me to submit my articles of incorporation for my business. Why would that be needed? Is that a scam? I’ve never had to do that for anything else related to my company.
My app stopped working and told me to change my password. Once I did this it kept telling me my password was wrong and then they suspended my account. I emailed them three times and they refuse to answer any of them. They also don’t list a phone number. This has got to be the worst app on the internet!!
Please, please consider being able to add more than one bank account that we can send money to. I would love to send to my account and my children’s as well. It would add greatly to ease of use.
For some reason I keep getting locked out of my account. I know my password I wrote it down when I reset it. I emailed them and told them my online and app account was suspended. Haven’t heard back from anyone
This is a lousy app. If possible do not use. This is my 2nd card that someone pays me money. Cannot get my balance as I have no card associated with account. However if I try to add card, it states “card already exists”. A catch 22! Just use the phone number on the card. Customer Support was absolutely no help.
Not The One Far Me This card charges for EVERYTHING….Also when I get gas it places $150 hold. I have this card because of payments made by a company. It has NEVER been so hard to get MY money. I TRULY HATE THIS CARD!!!!! I wish the company would got back to the previous card OR find a better one to make our monthly deposits.
Once you get logged in, the app is pretty good. But why does this app forget all my login info every time it updates? It’s so annoying. Don’t tell me it’s for security purposes. My banking app don’t do this.
This app doesn’t work. I’m trying to signup because I really need to check my transactions and I can’t. I just have the option to activate my gift card but not to open an account like customer service said. 😡
Tried logging in multiple times. The “log in” button has no effect. Even when I tried the forgot password route, the “continue” button didn’t work either. I uninstalled and reinstalled and STILL can’t get in. So frustrating.
Won’t remember your login info and won’t let you reset your password. will just send you an invalid link that tells the developer to fix it. So when you want to check your balance, there’s literally no way to do it if you don’t remember your password.
I’ve been using this app for 3 months. It prompted me to do the update. I did, and now the “log in” button doesn’t work. I called customer support and was told to use the website instead of the app.
Every time you enter your pin in a store it takes away 50 cents of a dollar, if you use it 4 times a day it takes away 2 dollars much more than an established bank
Victim of Hurricane Ian - was gifted this to help and have not been able to access the full card number. Keep being told they are working on it - in the mean time they have $100,000 of charity money locked up, earning interest. People are calling the Governor and the media.
I don’t understand that every time I have to log in I have to do this dumb picture clicking like click all the pictures that have stairs and it’s absolutely aggravating I will be deleting this app and taking my money out
I get paid through this app but use a different bank. They’ve made it so you can only use the global transfer option now and you can only use it once you’re 18. This means that I can’t use any of my money anymore.
I had all my money taken off my card in another state. They went to a wal green and took it so they knew what they were doing. When I called them they telling me I need to send them proof of my address for them to send me a new card just to get my money back .
This app is not good. It constantly has issues, and I haven’t been able to see any transaction history on my card in a month, I’ve called and spoke to someone who did nothing about it. Garbage.
