Works…kinda
The app works ok in the way it’s designed. The problem is that the info given isn’t very helpful. I can see the kWh usage for the week. Great, what does that translate to in dollars? Sure I can look up rates and do math but other (coughGAPOWERcough) apps do this automatically. When I try to see the CURRENT period usage it takes me to the PREVIOUS period usage which I can see on my past bill so that’s pointless. Again, I think it does what it’s designed to do, I just think the design needs to be reworked.

First Time
I’m young and this is my first time ever dealing with any sort of electrical company. I have had nothing but great service and an easy time working with Jackson EMC! This app has allowed me to watch my usage of electricity by a day to day or weekly basis. It’s a very neat tool and paying bills on this app is secure and the simplest thing ever! Setting up an account with Jackson EMC in the very beginning was also very easy and I am grateful for the wonderful customer service I experienced a year or two ago when I first joined on! (I have never had any issues while here and never needed to call CS again). Unfortunately I am moving out of Jackson EMC’s range to another county, they will be missed!

Useful for paying bills but can never see usage
Keep trying to track usage but all I see is usage data still loading. Worked for the first few days but hasn’t worked since last week.

App Crashes on iPad
App works fine on my iPhone, but it crashes upon logging in everytime on my iPad.

Usually fine to pay a bill
Lately the app won’t sign in. Been having to use the website which wouldn’t be so annoying if it didn’t insist on using the app that won’t sign in…I look forward to a fix

Can’t open app on IPad
Just downloaded app, I was able to browse during initial login. I closed out and tried reopening the app and it tries to automatically log me back in but crashes. It will not allow me to type in my login information.

I can't t see uses and billing for both accounts ts because you merged my bills to one ling address and app is just giving total this won’t work for me

Paperless billing NAG is STILL broken
Constantly nags about choosing paperless billing. Select NO then SAVE and the next time you log in it’s nagging about it again. For what I’m paying in electric charges you can afford a stamp.

Sits at logon screen forever
It just sits forever at the logon screen whether I use faceid or password. It started doing this a few months ago. Was great. Useless now.

Can’t get beyond new user screen
I downloaded the app today, according to instructions, I should use the “new user” tab for a first time user of the app. After I enter my account # name and email address the message is “registration error” email account already exists. Then I go to the log in section, enter my email and password for user name and password, message is “login failed”. So I guess I won’t use the app, I pay my bill on the “MyJacksonEMC.com website. I hope this can be resolved.
