I don’t recommend AT ALL. These people made me pay a flat fee or $400 because my housing authority manager was late on her portion of the rent. I’m never coming back to these people
This is the worst property management company I have ever seen. I just rented a house from them for 2 yrs. The owner of the house name was not on the lease if if was we would have never rented the house. Mynh would not fixed anything because the owner would not let them. The fan in the living went bad shortly after moving in the owner would not fix it said we could but to her it was just cosmetic. The floor in the kitchen started coming up she was told by Mynh this dangerous but she said no do not fix it. I fell in the kitchen because of this and I’m 75 and blind on the left side. This owner would come to my house without a appointment and when you tried to talk to her she would just stand there and smile at you. With a written notice and all signed off on it we moved 3 mos before our 2 yrs were up. I had the house cleaned really for move in and now I still waiting for my 2300 deposit. This owner has 2 of these houses in Siena LV NV and she did the other person the same way and she moved out b4 her lease was up.
Horrible app even worse rental property. I’ve tried to log in to the app and on the website for the past 4 days to pay my rent. It’s no longer an option. I’ve sent an email every single day and I have yet to get a response. The app will constantly log you out. When I move in , the place wasn’t clean. I also request pest control y money because of the roach infestation. It’s extremely difficult to get in contact with someone. You’ll speak to 3 different people trying to resolve 1 issues. It took them 20 days to fix my ac in may. You will personally reach out the maintenance people and schedule things and they will still show up on the wrong date. There’s mold in the bathrooms as well. I would not recommend this company or the property I stay at. The walls are thin. You will hear your neighbor drop a remote, you will hear how excited the dogs get when the owner get home and lets them out their cage. It may be for some, but not me.
I’ve been with many other properties. I can say MYND management is the best I’ve been with so far. They make it so easy for me to pay my rent. I was so tired of making money order for every little thing. Now, I can just roll over and grab my phone and pay my rent without having to leave the house. Anytime I have a concern or not sure about something. I don’t have to wait for weeks to get an answer back. I wish a lot other properties can set up like this so it can be much easier for the residents, there’s a lot of people without transportation to get around. I love it!!!!!!!!!!!! MYND management is the way to go. I haven’t had no issue. And they quick to solve your issues or problems.
Whatever you do stay away from anything that has Mynd as a property management company! They are the worse company to come into contact with, in addition your maintenance emergencies are not classified as emergencies and in the case of us if you loose AC in 100 degree weather the jokes on you to figure it out and pray they actually send someone who knows what they’re doing. Instead you’ll get numerous people each making the issue worse while you sweat away in your so called “home” we will NEVER be renting with anything associated with Mynd. They’re an absolute JOKE! For your sanity, saftey, and peace of mind look elsewhere!
This is by far the worst company to rent with it took them 3 months to fix our air while I was pregnant, then they kept sending people out to get a quote on the cost of fixing it but never went with them and it was always a third party vendor nothing well known or name brand. Then they charge all these unnecessary fees and once brought to their knowledge they acted shocked. All they will do to you is lie it doesn’t matter if you pay on time every month they don’t care about their renters they only care about a dollar. Do not waste your time with this company absolute worst experience ever begging people to do their job.
This company is no help with getting anything fixed or resolved. You’re constantly talking to 3-4 different people about the same thing. They do not relay any messages among theirselves as to your account. They love to charge random fees for things they weren’t charging before. I truly wish my last owner never decided to sell because this has been nothing but a hassle now having to deal with this company. She always fixed things within a timely manner, these guys not so much.
This is bygar the most unprofessional company yet. They allowed us to pay and view a property that was supposed to be move in ready that someone was living in. The next day after we paid we were denied in 1minute. They did that twice . They never went over our application we were denied instantly. Then sent me a message saying i can apply towards another property in 30 days. Then later i was told you couldn’t for 30 days. Its some illegal stuff goong on with this company. Im filing a complaint with the state.
We have always gotten great customer service with the office and anyone that comes to do work orders. They’re very attentive to any emails that are sent very quick to respond very thorough at their calls and follow up. Really appreciate all the great work you do thank you. Hold02
I have to say using the Mynd team has been the easiest experience ever. Moving from out of state into a new state, the Mynd team has taken care of everything, and their App made it 100% easier ! Thanks to the entire team and app developers ! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This app has made the moving experience and getting settled at my new home very easy. I got discounted moving services through their “offers” and set up automatic payments.
Great app, super easy to navigate, super nice people that are running the app! Everything laid out in nice way, and very clear instructions on how to do everything! Would really recommend this app!
Have used the app for over a year & never had an issue. Fast & efficient way to pay my rent & report problems. All my issues have been dealt with quickly via the app
I have had nothing but positive experiences and just renewed my lease. They are very responsive when ever I have a question. App works great for not only paying rent, but asking questions as well.
This app not working good. It keeps the app hang up and nothing will come up. The service request takes a long time to fix. My first service request has not solve yet. Please fix it as soon as possible. The fridge keeps on turning on and off. Always in power outage mode. I’ll will not take responsibility if the fridge won’t work anymore.
App has not worked in almost 6 weeks. Trying to call the company is a joke. I’m still waiting on them to fix my oven from back in July All I get is the runaround and empty promises of phone calls for the next day. Worst company ever in the 10 years that I have lived in this house. My landlords definitely did not choose the best company.
Scheduling a simple maintenance has been a nightmare. In theory it should be ok, but the staff don’t see the available times and multiple people are working on your service request with different info and times. At this point they have even told me to contact the owner for them to fix the fan.
The MYND app was designed for ease of use and efficiency. I will gladly continue to communicate with my property management team through this easy to use app.
I don’t know what changed, but the app worked fine until 2 weeks ago and now it will not open. It stays on the green Mynd screen. I have deleted and reinstalled numerous times, but it still does not work. My phone is up to date and the app says it’s up to date. Please fix!
Im trying to pay my bill. Website keeps forcing open the app on my phone which doesnt work. I re-downloaded the app. No luck. Id like to pay. Im sure youd like to be paid.
The app is so difficult to navigate and it takes 30+ minutes to submit a maintenance request- 1. because it lags and is soooo slow and 2. the ‘virtual assistant’ takes so much longer than just selecting what is wrong, writing a description, and submitting pictures.
Avoid at all cost. Terrible service. Acts like they care, when in reality they do not care about your well being. No physical location to go and address issues. Seems every worker is out of state and takes forever to get issues resolved.
They abuse tenants . Very horrible Property management company . They have no interest in you as a tenant . They just abuse you , no one shows you where things are in the property . They act like ghosts and hide cameras in the house to be monitoring you without your permission . Don’t use them .
This app functioned just fine on my IPhone 11, and was the main way I paid my rent, and submitted service requests. After switching to my new phone, it never loads into the app. There hasn’t been an update since the new phone came out
They have INFESTATION of BED BUGS and they tried to blame it on me my first week living in the apartment. The emergency 24/7 service is a lie and they DO NOT answer after 6 o’clock. MY A/C went out in the 100 degree weather and they did not answer or show up. This should be illegal. Again do not rent here.
This is the worst company ever ..Communication is horrible and they lied about a lot of different things and i don’t live at the residence anymore and still receiving emails and texts from these people smh… never go with them they’re janky.
Terrible company. Do not use. Took two weeks to get AC fixed and have had sewage water coming out kitchen floor drain and no one to fix it for 36 hours. The sprinklers haven’t been serviced either.
You will have to talk to 7 different people and explain your issue to each person individually. Then they won’t do anything about your issue. Their emergency hotline is unstaffed. Untimely and myndless.
Any time I try to make a payment and click “Pay” a red-colored error message pops up which reads “UNAVAILABLE.” I am unable to make payments via the app because of this.
I’m trying to pay my rent using app and am encountering difficulties in doing so. Sent many emails to support with no reply. Please reply to my emails so this issue can be resolved and my rent paid promptly.
Downloaded, redownloaded, deleted, redownloaded, updated…rinse and repeat. No matter what I do it won’t let me login anymore. Have to go to website to pay
they are ABSOLUTELY the WORST! Their managers are “in a meeting” every time we call. Like McDonalds Ice cream machine is broken. IT IS ONE DAY TILL RENT AND EXPECT ME TO PAY MADE UP FEES!? “Managers are the only ones who can help, and we don’t have any.” They are Absolutely intolerable with your 2.5 stars. No wonder you’re so “Cheap.” You don’t do anything to spend money on!
They will lie to you, charge you for repairs that existed prior to moving in. You can’t talk to anyone there. They do not operate according to state statute requirements. Absolutely crooks.
