One of the key components of a good app is the developer’s response to comments and questions. I don’t see that here. This app is in need of an update. Other than that, love the casino and love the app as a tool to keep track of my points. UPDATE PLEASE!!!!

My app won’t show me current promos or if I have free play available. I have to go in and swipe my card at the kiosk everytime to see the promos or my free play offers. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong. I can scan for careless pay when I’m there but I would love to be able to see if I have any special promos waiting for me. I mean who wouldn’t love an extra reason to come back and see you all!! I love sky river although I think you guys have attached a magnet to my car because every time I drive by my car veers off the exit and into your parking lot😂🤷‍♀️.. SEE YOU SOON!!!

MyskyRiver app will not open the wallet which allows you to link your bank account or credit card to the app. I believe it also allows you to apply for a line of credit. Everything else on the app appears to be working, but it will not allow me to open up my wallet while using the app. I have troubleshot it by updating my iOS, deleted and reloaded the app, and did a hard reboot on my phone. Still with the same result. To the Developer, any suggestions?? So frustrating

I created a screen name and password on the website at least 3 weeks before the casino opened. I downloaded this app after the casino open and it won’t accept my screen name or password, but the screen name and password works inside Sky River Casino at the Kiosk machine. I tried to reset the password through the app a few times, but nothing gets sent to my email. It’s the correct email because I get other email from Sky River. Developer what is your solution to fixing this?

Since the day they’ve opened this casino their app hasn’t worked properly yet people are spending thousands (me, I am people) at their casino. The “promo” section has never worked. It’s frustrating to say the least. Hard rock and red hawks app works just fine but for some reason sky river doesn’t seem to care or feel the need to make sure their app works properly. Please fix the issue sky river!

This app provides all the necessities I need while I’m in the casino. Cardless play is very useful I don’t need to use my physical card to play. I can add funds just using my phone.

Sky River has made it SO easy to navigate the property’s dining establishments, offers, and is a great way to keep in the know with what’s going on with the newest CA casino!

Started playing on opening night and my loyalty points are racking up! I’m a sucker for rewards, now I just need a big win 💰

I have never been able to see how much free play or food credits I have via the app. I have to wait and sometimes even prove to the casino staff that I have received offers via email that do not reflect on the app or in person. It is pretty frustrating to deal with every time I visit.

This was such a simple way to avoid all the lines to get a card. I love this technology.

The Mirage sprays pina colada to cover the smoke smell, it works….call em and see how they do it….until then, many people i speak with will not return to this casino,,,,no excuses….Circa in vegas also figured out how to fix this issue …so please fix it or do nothing and lose millions every month

This app is AWESOME. Zero issues creating an account. I love how easy it is to use!! I’m not very “tech savvy” so the easier the better for me.

Always have a problem logging in. I went casino had then fix it. When I got home had issue logging in. I keep clicking forgot password and never receive e-mail. Did it several times. Nothing!!

I’d love this app if it was useful. The promo screen is always blank so it doesn’t work if you’re looking to add promos to your card. Not really sure of the point of it.

I have downloaded this app and have deleted it five times now. Once the app is loaded it appears to freeze and not process as if the page isn’t developed.

Never have received your mailer with free play.

I’ve downloaded/deleted the app several times! I even made my account @ the casino & every time I launch it, it stays in the blue screen with the SR…won’t do anything else!?

Food is always so good and so is the gambling 😊

No bike racks anywhere on you site. There are a lot of people who like to bike to places instead of driving. Also you app keep defaulting. Says I need to reset pass word but never get the info to do that

My computer will not process due to the certificates not being recognized. So cannot open app what to do?

Antivirus software blocks app saying dangerous site

We went to SkyRiver Casino last night arrived a bit late around 2 am. The casino was beautiful and big. Nice to see a open bar when you walk in. The machines are fantastic. The tables were hopping with people. The only bad part was no place to eat at that time of morning. We seen a young lady when a big jack pot and we were excited for her and another person won big also and the staff was fantastic and warm. They gave us free $20.00 to play after you play a $1.00 or two. We are excited to return for the food at the wonderful market place. Anthony A.
