App doesn’t appear to permit you to submit reimbursement claims and requires a form to be sent by email or mail. In the digital age, this is unacceptable and the app also has 3 cropped images to scroll through with no text or description. I’m not even sure why they’re there. The app was updated 2 months ago for branding changes. I don’t see any development happening to improve this app.
When I click on a claim, at the bottom of the screen there’s a radio button to ask a question about the claim. The problem is that when I have pressed the button and entered the question, the response I get is that the provider isn’t covered. Seemingly, the screen I see doesn’t matter, and the app mismatches my questions with providers who aren’t depicted on the screen. This happened in the January, and twice today. If I have to make a phone call anyway to get the information, why have the app. Useless and worthless I am removing it.
This app apparently doesn't update very often. There are different numbers displayed on the app and the website for the amount of the deductible met. It is a nice idea, but it should be correct. Very frustrating.
This app gives me zero functionality beyond accessing my medical ID cards. I can’t find any information whatsoever for my FSA and there’s very limited interactivity overall. Why does this app even exist, and why do there seem to be other similar (dysfunctional) Trustmark apps? Any time I have to access my benefits it’s an enormous struggle. I hate this company.
I’m not normally going to write a review, but I’m gonna leave this one here. Why my company went with Trustmark is beyond me. The process is completely perplexing to sign up for. The URL I use is TrustmarkSB dot com (SBfor small business). Apparently that account is not linked with normal Trustmark healthcare in this app. I cannot login with my Trustmark login data. Confused yet? Me too. Seriously
Application does not function at all. Buttons do not respond. It’s impossible to navigate via the menus. It is impossible to send a message. I find this disappointing yet unsurprising; perhaps it is part of the business model to make it impossible for customers to file insurance claims.
The app has a button to search for a provider but I keep getting an error message. I sent a message about the error and got a reply that you can’t use the app to search for a provider, you have to use a desktop. Then why even have it as an option on the app! Pointless!
Downloaded and registered (I guess) when I go to verify my email or phone number and then come back to put it in it kicks me to the log in screen. I can’t even set up a log in because can’t complete the process. Have tried 3 times.
None of the hyperlinks work when trying to find a provider. This app is NOT user friendly. I’m not impressed with any of the features and I’m irritated I have to use this. Customer service/help buttons are no help either.
This app is basically a virtual insurance card. You can view your deductibles and claims. That’s it! You can’t do anything with the information, but you can view them. I’ve used at least 2 other health care providers and this app is simply unacceptable.
Just downloaded the app and have attempted new signs to register. Every time I leave the app to check the authentication process in my email or cell phone. The app must be restarted. It’s been a vicious loop for 10 attempts now.
The app opens and lets me sign in but it won’t load cards, benefits, or anything. I assumed it was a glitch at first but it’s been months. The app just doesn’t seem work on an iPhone. Fix your app.
Doesn’t function correctly on iPhone. Particularly the find provider function. You can’t scroll to see anything. Can’t resize to even attempt to make it work.
Do not download this app. It is a complete waste. It does not open, it is not accurate and the company does not respond when you message them. Just another company ‘managing’ Aetna insurance. Waste. Of. Time. And. Space. Horrendous customer service. 🤬🤢🤯🤮😡🤬
The app never works. I want to save my medical card to my Apple wallet and I’m unable to. It also never works. Everything take forever to load not useful at all.
This app is horrible! I came even login! I open the app, start typing in the info, and it crashes every time! Such a waste of time. The ONLY reason I gave it 1 star is bc I couldn’t give it 0. 😒
I have an iPhone 6s+, downloaded with no issue, but every time I try to open it, it shuts right back down.... I haven’t even got to log in for the first time yet!
My employer encouraged my to loss this app to view my EOB’s. I never could get past the endless feedback loops the knots kicking me back to the home screen.
A nice addition to their website, as an additional tool. Would be nice to be able to look at the details of each individual claim. But so far, very handy and easy to use.
The app shows a splash screen and then freezes on iPad. On iPhone, I try to find my username and it takes me to web page that doesn't load. I can't believe my employer cannot find a decent company to manage our health care insurance. This is the worst!
Horrible app! NONE of the features work. I’m trying to find a provider and it won’t allow me to change the zip code from the automated one they have as an example. When trying to use the member tab, nothing loads. I pay so much for insurance to not be able to use a functioning app.
I’ve had this app for a while and have never been able to log in. Username and password work every time on the website but always has an error message when I try to log in on the app. I keep the app thinking one day it’ll work, but no such luck.
