Very easy to use and helpful when buying or adding airtime to my phone. I always just buy airtime so I don’t have to actually go buy a card from the store, it’s great! The app even gives you the autopay options and gives a discount on the bill every month if you set it up. All in all great app, thanks!
Been a loyal customer for almost 10 years now, use the app everyday. Love how I can redeem reward points, look at how much data Ive used and see exactly when my monthly payment will be deducted from my bank account. Only question I have is it possible to transfer my number to a new sim card using the app? (I already have a new nano-sim card, the only reason I need to transfer my number to the new one is because my current sim card is the older large sized card and doesn't fit in newer phones sim card slot). I'm using the BYOP program, and don't need to make any changes to my account, except for making sure my number is still on my account but using the new sim card I purchased.
Loved it at first but now it messes up every time I open it. The app is very convenient when it comes to auto pay and data usage but it never works anymore. First it just wouldn’t ever refresh my data so I could see how much I’ve used and now it just flat out won’t let me log in. It also doesn’t tell you when your money will be taken out of your bank account or when your next bill will be due. The app also logged me out and it’s telling me that there’s no account associated with my phone number when I try to log in. Like I said it’s very convenient when it’s actually working but it definitely needs some work.
The app worked great up until maybe two or three updates ago. It never lets me log in. I always get a “Cannot connect to servers at this time” Warning and I have to use the website. So tell me what is the point of having the app on my phone? That, and I get notifications for promotions I can never take advantage of because the app never works. When you log on to the website the promotion is nowhere to be found. Extremely frustrating! I have a notification on the app at this very moment I cannot clear because it will not let me log in. Please fix this app!
Really love this app! Very easy to use, and very convenient! Goes along so well with account, I am even having fun with it! Also a fun and excellent way to score extra points just for having some fun with it! Worth checking out for sure! Thank you Net 10!
Left straight talk & went with net10 couple weeks ago and I downloaded the app, but when I try and create an account-it says- “my number is not associated with no net10 or can’t create account at this time!! I love their service & prices but the app needs serious updating!
App works great and makes account management easier than the website by far. I have been using Net10 for 3 years now and I am extremely satisfied. Paying $34 a month for unlimited talk, text, and 2gb of data. You cannot find a better deal anywhere.
I have used net10 for years and they just keep getting better. I have iPhone 6 Plus and never have any call or data issues. Easy to reload and I only pay 35/mo highly recommend to this company to everyone!!
I was promised my 8 GB of data to carryover to the next plan, and when I paid it didn’t work, I asked to speak to a manager and he was just rude to me and said that “he can’t break the ‘law’ of the company” (NET10). I was surprised that the even the supervisor’s English was extremely poor, not to sound racist but it made communication almost impossible. DISHONESTY when selling a product is means for a charge back, so I’ll be calling my bank and asking for the money back. Bad move NET10! You should treat new customers better. Goodbye.
So far so good! I filled out multiple surveys and it seems as though they’re listening. All of the things I requested are now available through the app ie extra gigs (added data)
I input my credit as my main payment system but it charged my debit still. I checked the payments again today and my credit was marked as default. Please charge the correct cards especially when you can mark them default.
This app used to work before but in the pass month it won’t event load to tell me how much data/minutes I have left....... Thinking of switching if they don’t fix the problem.

That would really help people to save & Net10 will build more clientele. On my iPhone 13Pro Net10 app widget truncates usage bar on the right edge. Widget doesn’t adjust for iPhone dark mode. On the other hand the app (which has improved in the recent 2 updates, I.e. seems to actually work now) draws usage bar correctly.. Only minor “quirk” in the app now is login question about using FaceID prompts for fingerprint instead. It’s only the wording of the setting though since FaceID works just fine.
I keep hitting the log out button when I open the hamburger menu. Also the data balance never refreshes for annual plan, it should be refreshing per month.
I have always had trouble logging in to see my usage and today is the worst day ever. I contacted support, got transferred to a supervisor, spent 1 hr and 40 min, wherein I got NOWHERE. The bottom line here is, this carrier is NOT Apple friendly so you should not waste your time using it or signing up.
It was convenient when it worked but after the recent update it logged me out & keeps telling me my password is wrong. Tried resetting it & it still tells me my password is wrong.
First I was disconnected during a transfer 8, yes 8 times. No one speaks clear English and every call each of the 8 people had different answers for my issues.
