Was working good enough until this week. Seems like an upgrade has turned into a quit worky worky....The third party that is responsible for this app need to get on it. I hate not knowing when classes are. On the other hand....I see where our club is going with all these new innovations. The personal trainers are elite. Classes and training staff are elite. And it’s pretty cool having this app once it gets fixed. Keep all those ideas and innovations flowing...but get on the third party to get the app working...
The app is simple to use (once you have it set up). AND the staff are more than willing to teach anyone who needs help with the app. It is easy to register for general usage and then add any additional activity such as swimming and tennis. You don’t have to worry about waiting once you are there. So happy the gym is back open!!!
The reviewers complaining are doing it wrong (big surprise). All you need is your member number which is easy enough to get if you don’t have it. No, it is not the serial number thing on your keytag. I can reserve pool lanes, tennis courts, racquetball and general club usage. This is a piece of cake! Light years ahead of the rest.
What an amazing piece of technology. To think I can reserve a tennis court from the comfort of my car. My only complaint are the people who reserve a court and then don’t show up. Just cancel your reservation you idiots.
This App only has class schedules. You can track group fitness that you attend, otherwise not much else is there. Though you see different menu items like small group fitness or tennis, there are no schedules or information on how to sign up for those. There’s no pool schedule. And you can only track when you attend a class. You can’t track when you workout on your own. Why does this App even exist?
At one point, I was actually logged in and using this app. This morning, I tried to look at the class schedule and had been logged out. It continuously told me my credentials were wrong, despite resetting my password a few times. I tried making a new account to get it to find my old one, and it said that my member account couldn’t be found by my member number. Totally useless.
I have had nothing but problems with this app. Despite selecting “remember me” this app never saves my information and, in fact, can’t even find me when I enter my data. Every time I want to use the app I have to “create a new account”. It’s like I don’t exist in the system because I am never told that an account already exists for me. It is beyond frustrating.
I can’t even create an account. I used the number on the back of my card, and it’s telling me “Member account not found.” So now I can’t reserve my time to go workout since they are limiting the amount of people who are allowed in due to COVID-19. Edit: You have to call them.
This app hands down changed my life and fitness drastically! It worked so well....I am enthused to be part of the revolution in the ever so changing fitness industry.
One star because the app is lagging its years behind and the customer service is trash. Also because the only option to book time to lift currently (COVID-19) is thru the app. Trash. For you guys with log in troubles good luck lol
