You cannot use the devise without the app which I don’t like but okay. I also wanted to put it on my phone and iPad so I could use the other but it will not allow me to do that either. At present I can’t log in to the app and I use the same password I’ve been copy and pasting but no. So right now I can’t use the devise I paid $300 for because of this app. However, I will say I love the NuSkin RenuSpa.
I downloaded this app for a Nu Skin device and wanted to create an account to track my usage. It keeps giving me an error message about my email address, even though I know it is entered correctly and is a valid email address. Tried sending a message through the app, but the feature to capture the screenshot so they could see the error didn’t work either. Incredibly frustrating.
I stated using the app for the LumiiO additional features and the Glow Up In 60 Challenge but the app no longer recognizes my device and I cannot log my treatments. I have done a Bluetooth reset and factory reset with no success. The phone Bluetooth connects with the Lumi but the Vera does not.
