Peach State Health Plan

Yes, there’s an app that is titled, “Peach State Health Plan;” however, there is nothing in it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and when I click on the icon, it takes me to a blank page with no options whatsoever. Is this a joke? I’d like to use the app for its intended purpose rather than call and sit on hold for an hour waiting for a representative. On a positive note, the reps I’ve spoken with thus far have been nice and knowledgeable. Please fix the app or remove it until it has content.

It works good now except for selecting a PcP their website doesn’t ever work. Georgia tries to inconvenience and deter Medicaid members from using the services down to their gateway and all plan websites are junk. They make you call to select a PCP which can take hours waiting for a rep. This should be looked into by the government because it really is trying to stop people from using Medicaid.

This app much like this health plan is a waste of space. Case managers who put words in your mouth and threaten you. An app that does not work. Fake physician listings because nobody will actually accept their insurance. Yep Peach State has all of this. Interestingly PSH can kick you off of their insurance no problem. You ask to change mid-year and they just laugh at you but they will do it if PSH wants to dump you. So glad that this nightmare will end on September 1st.

Can’t log in. Doesn’t tell you anything went wrong, I’m just redirected to a blank login screen. It’s counterproductive to have your agents direct customers to the app when the website won’t work. For now you should enable agents to make changes over the phone while you redesign your website so that basic functionality like provider selector works.

I have two children and in order to register them I have two have two separate accounts with two different emails? That takes away from the convenience. For a parent account there should be an option to add another child. If I’m missing something please let me know!

This is the worst insurance app I’ve ever had to use. It’s useless for anything besides showing a virtual ID card. I cannot pay my bill or see a claim. If you told me that this was an app created by a fake insurance company in order to launder money, I’d believe you because it’s that bad.

Every review for the past two years gives this app 1 star. Every review for the past two years says the same thing. Nothing has been done to address the issues. Why do you all even refer us to the app for assistance?

I downloaded the application hoping to get a better look into my insurance, maybe hoping it’ll be easier to find doctors, dentist and behavioral health doctors, but I can’t even get it to pull up. Main screen Peach State Heath, then blank white. Doesn’t even give me the option to log in. Bad bad service

The information in the app is incorrect and contains none of the functionality of the website. It’s almost like it was created so that the company could check a box with the regulators that it offers an app.

If I can give this app zero stars I would. I can’t view my ID card and whenever I click on any menu option it freezes or just won’t let me go back to the main screen. To see another screen I have to exit the app and log back in. Worst app I’ve ever used.

The app is not working. I can’t view my ID card! Once I click on something there’s no way to go back to main menu, please fix these issues the app is not worth downloading with all these problems.

The app doesn’t work leaves u on a blank screen no matter what u do won’t let u login or anything. So they need to either fix the app or take it down cause it’s no help to the members who need to login for something.

I have called support 3 different times they never change anything the app is useless no Face ID or any updated security it’s useless to even call or even complain

Everything is difficult in peachstate. Last year I got the voucher for YMCA, but this year is complicated.

I couldn’t log in. Now I just get a white screen. It would be better to have no app than to frustrate people with one that doesn’t work.

This is just a white screen that eats up battery. I deleted and reinstalled with the same result.

Soon as you open the app it’s just a blank white screen. That’s all. What are we suppose to do with that?

The app is currently frozen it keeps closing out by it self so I'm going to give it a few days and then try it out.

Can't show the login page all it shows is a white blank screen

Doesn’t seem to work if you have a peach state marketplace plan (through ambetter). It says that the login is unauthorized.

This does not work for the Ambetter plan and it doesn’t seem that there is another app for that - please fix
