I reviewed price - rite earlier and gave it a great review. However I didn’t review the app or digital coupons. That set up is terrible. It is so confusing with the Shop-Rite digitals intertwined. The ad on the app doesn’t really tell you much. So I give it a 1.
I used to shop at Price Rite, but I am finding lately that I can find better prices at other stores on sale. It seems like their prices have increased over the past year, and some of the deals are not that good anymore. However, there are some good deals if you know your prices. Last, their can return machines never work which forces me to go elsewhere to return cans and pick up a couple things while I’m there.
The app has a graphic that states after you load coupons you can go to the coupon history tab to view clipped coupons. There is NO coupon history tab. Where have you hidden it? This app is not user friendly at all. I’m not able to add items to my shopping list. It continues to tell me it’s not available. This app is very disappointing.
Meat, fish— excellent quality and priced so I can afford to pick up more than one package. The fish is particularly fresh. I love radishes and make a salad with the bulbs and the greens. Price Rite has topped every market with perfect radish greens— clean as a whistle and fresh tender leaves. I love to shop price rite
This app is a legacy of shame. I loaded while in the store and I must have spent a half hour logging in and out to get the digital coupons! Once you log in to the app you shouldn’t have to login for the coupons. So now I get a 404 bad request when I try to load coupons. I may just delete the app. It s no help at all. Doesn’t look like they have any updated versions. Don’t they know this thing doesn’t work?! Don’t they check?!
You need to have more accommodations for handicap people people on oxygen people who can’t walk distances they need those electric carts. I waited 2 1/2 hours to get on an electric cart at the Price Rite store on University Avenue in Rochester New York. Finally well my husband did the shopping while I sat there on a chair in the front of the store and waited, and I never got the cart
Nice app. W clipping coupons etc. would be better if had a price scanner attached to it. Often at the store the bins aren’t clearly marked for items. So this would help
Tge Erie Blvd store has a friendly helpful staff. I always use the self checkout, I enjoy shopping there, I have since they opened. Better produce than aldi, better selection too
I’ve never experienced an app where nothing works. Set location 5 times to no avail. Refuses to allow me to download coupons as it takes me in circles telling me to log in when I already am logged in. Map will not load. Do not bother downloading this app unless you truly have the desire to annoy yourself. A sixth grader could do better designing this app. Can’t even send review as it won’t accept nickname. Hmmmmm. A scam.
So the price rite app needs to function similar to shop rite app and work more fluid. I should have to login into the website to load a digital coupon it should automatically add them when I look for in the app. Also scrolling for products and coupons get stuck and usability is something to be desired.
Always clean, organized & helpful staff The prices are reasonable compared to the other surrounding supermarkets! I love this store especially in Hyde Park! Keep up the good work serving the Boston communities!
I have an iPhone and I have to keep uninstalling it and reinstalling every other week as I keep getting “bad request” when I try to load digital coupons. Must be a thing because I know another iPhone user that has the same issue. Wish it worked smoother….
Our neighborhood Price is not included in the list of cities that were listed. We have a neighborhood Price Rite in Albuquerque NM so I don’t want to use the app if our store is not listed. In fact NM is not listed.
I made an account, and they logged me out when i went back to open the app weeks later. I didn’t remember which email i used so I tried to reset the password for each e m ail but they never sent me a reset link. I tried to create a new account but it won’t let me. Useless app.
There is a problem with digital coupons and none of the employees or manager of capable to fix the problem this is not the first time or last time, complained many times seems to be no body cares ,need to learn fro other stores such as shop rite,acme to deal with these issues
I’ve been using this app for a couple months now. Fir the last month I have been unable to open the coupon tab. Keeps giving me a 400 error. Can you fix that please. Thank You.
Crashes constantly. This app is no different than using a web browser. It doesn’t remember clipped coupons and doesn’t show you what you’ve clipped already.
I just deleted the app, I used it for awhile and it was annoying having to keep logging in but I was shopping last week and none of the links on the app worked, couldn’t even log in just errors
App is not loading digital coupons for about a month now! Please fix!!! I’ve been going into the app click on digital coupons and a message comes up that says “400 bad request” etc.
I tried and tried to load coupons but it kept saying I needed to log in first. I was already logged in! I tied for 2 days and then I finally gave up. Such a waste of my time...very disappointing!
This app looks good, and that’s about it. How about PR hire some app developers and make this app actually work. That would be good. Will delete if app and PR account is not fixed soon.
App has improved recently but is still of no use. When you check out to apply coupons, there’s no where to input your phone number to find your account. When you ask they seem confused. Occasionally some one understands. There needs to be a screen up to enter phone number or a bar code in the app for them to scan to apply coupons. Else, the app is useless.
Update on 10/30/21 - the issue is still going. Logging out and logging back in does not fix the issue. I am not the only customer experiencing this, so it’s obvious that you are ignoring an actual problem within. Sorry to be harsh, but please take ownership of your work. Senior citizens rely on Price Rite, if you are unable or unwilling to make it user-friendly just go back to paper coupons. Hey Developers - we still get stuck in the "log in to load" loop for Digital Coupons and no Price Rite employee/manager knows what to do to rectify it. Please do better or just shut it down and go back to paper coupons.
Horrible interface. Every time I try to log in to add coupons an error message shows. The only way to use the coupons is via the app but you can’t load them. Significant updates are needed. Every week on Thursday I have to to delete then reinstall the app to look at the news circular. The worst app design and interface ever. Get your act together it’s 2021 5 year old are developing more reliable applications.
