This app works great however it is really annoying to click the wrong button (or even the right button) and be stuck waiting for the contacts or lists to load before you can either change screens or press the next button. This problem is even more pronounced when my internet is slow.
I’ve been looking into text service options for quite awhile, but never had the budget to throw hundreds of dollars at a service I wasn’t thrilled about (limited keywords, limited contacts, etc.). Every service I checked into required not only an exorbitant monthly fee for limited service, but then required extra fees for absolutely any extra service at all. PB has SO many options, ALL included in the monthly cost, starting as low as $10/month?? That’s awesome! It has allowed me to start with the bottom tier, and as I build my customer base, I’ll be able to afford to buy more credits for messages...I love that it allows the flexibility so that a business can grow with the price options. Also, the support is almost unreal, lol! They are amazing, listen to customers, and are always there to help! I’m so impressed and can’t stop telling people about this service!
If I could give this zero stars I would. The sign up process is confusing. You cannot tell how many texts you will get per credit. I tried to sign up late at night and thought the $300 annual plan would work. But I could not set up a campaign, I could not reach anyone - no phone number and no easy way to get help. Not even the Facebook group lets you in quickly to ask questions or get answers, so customer support is just AI bots until you get persistent or upset. Taste of the future right here. I cancelled (very hard to find the tiny hidden cancel button!) but it did not go through and they charged me. I never was able to even upload names or build a campaign all they had to do was remove credits and give me the refund. Instead they spend countless energy writing me how they won’t give a refund. Stupid business practices. It costs more to argue with an unhappy customer than just give a refund. I went back to EZ texting & Google Voice. Do not even try using this product. Terrible product & terrible customer support.
I’ve been using PB some years now & have truly enjoyed the simplicity, convenience & the many options for effectively connecting, communicating and staying in touch with everyone in my sphere (clients, colleagues, prospects, new leads, family, etc). It saves me a lot of time & simplifies my targeted marketing communications. No more missed birthdays, anniversaries, follow-ups or on-boarding connections. Their newer interface, AI, landing pages, etc provides a simple, full-featured asset for growing & sustaining positive relationships. I also love the easy access to trainings, tips & info to learn how to get the most out of their services.
I started using project broadcast when social media algorithms started changing and it showing my content as much. I’ve gotten an amazing response and love using it. One of the best parts, is they have free video training, step by step on how to use all the features! There are many options to use when texting including tagging specific groups of customers or team members. Their customer support is top notch as well! Highly recommend this app!
I have been using this app for around a year and love it! My business is growing because I’m able to reach more people! The best part about this app is the support: Jake the developer is super responsive and helpful with questions. They also have online videos and Facebook communities that you can ask questions of or search too! I’m telling you just try it and you won’t go back!

Best texting service and the best value I have found
I am astounded at the number of features this app has for texting my customers. I previously used a different service that was much more expensive and much less user friendly. The price is right and the features continue to advance regularly. The developers take input from their users seriously and innovate regularly to add additional features!
I’m so very grateful for this app! I wasn’t going to use it at first but after taking the free bootcamp the developer offered I am so very glad I did. This app is a very effective tool for me in my business and it just keeps getting better. The developer is always eager and willing to make improvements and answer any questions! In the world of social selling, it is amazing to have something not attached to social media to help communicate with customers. No trying to figure out how many messages you can send before being put in jail. There is a learning curve, but the training is there and their customer support is world class. I am a pB mega-fan & geek!!
I’ve been using Project Broadcast for the last 6 months and love it!! It makes sending mass texts so easy! And scheduling your texts? YES PLEASE! The creators are also very receptive to feedback. I’ve seen updates happen a few hours after someone requests a tweak or a change... they are amazing and really take our needs & wants to heart. Highly recommend!
I downloaded this app on my IPhone but couldn’t log in. It doesn’t recognize me as a new user so keeps asking me for a password. I tried hitting forgot password but it doesn’t send me an email to reset my password. Hmmm??? Is this app working?? I didn’t want to give it a terrible review yet because I think there must me a glitch.
I’m pretty positive this app was made with the power of Autobots. Seriously, Megatron stands zero chance when he’s up against this thing. Project Broadcast is as cool as Jazz, eager and daring like Cliffjumper. While this app is new and you may think he’s a little more Rodimus Prime (or you may call him Hot Rod) I assure you, this app is all Optimus, all the time.
I love this app and everything it has to offer except one thing…..there are NO sound notifications when you get a text message from someone. This really hinders my business by causing a delay in response time. If this can’t be fixed, I’ll have to look at other options. This is the only downfall I have and it’s a BIG one.
From a business standpoint, there is no better app out there to communicate with a large group of people at any given second! The ability to send out information to a large group of people, or a drip campaign in this world of text.... this app nailed it! Great job!

The latest update summer 2023 is horrible. It’s not user friendly at all and it is so slow. You have to manually refresh to get new messages and it’s extremely hard to work within. I’m not sure why they changed it or who they had beta test this. But it’s a major fail.
For a small investment a month, I saw big a increase in sales because I was able to reach my customer base both in English and Spanish a lot quicker than an email for a 3-day sale in October.
I love project broadcast it is easy to use whenever I have a question I can ask it on Project Broadcast Facebook , the first time I used it , it paid for itself, so I would recommend it to anyone!
I’ve been using this app for about 1.5 years now and this newest update has required me to delete the app on my phone and reinstall. This will cause all my data including all my contacts since beginning to be lost. That’s my business…. Guess I’m now out of luck. Not user friendly. This is the most disappointing !
I have all of my notifications for this App turned on, Siri is set to announce them yet there are no notifications even when I get messages. I don’t understand why I can’t get notified I have a message.
I use this app for essential business communications and suddenly the app will not let me log in. First off there should be a way to save my password and the prompt never comes up. I have to switch between accounts often and it’s tedious and taxing to enter different logins and passwords each time. Secondly, the fields on the app keep erasing my text preventing me from being able to log in. The website allows me to, but it is also NOT mobile friendly so there’s not getting any work done either way. Can someone please fix this ASAP.
Not sure what’s going on but this app keeps glitching. Every time I start working on something to broadcast it freezes and I have close the app and get back in losing my data. There is no help or feedback tab in the app and I have no idea how to get ahold of the creator to get it fixed.
Having a new customer sign up and get their money off and then disable their account is the worst part of this app. You guys need to grow up and stop having peoples money without serving them right!

App kicks me off and won’t let me log in. I tried to go to the website to write support, and the website is down. Hard to run a business with their app and frustrating that you can’t get support.
I downloaded the app after a friend highly recommended it for my business. It does not give me the option to set up an account. How do you use this app.
When I install and open, it’s not allowing me to create a new account. Asks for email and password only but of course, I as never given the opportunity to create. Help!! Thank you!!
Looks like a SCAM APP. You can’t log in. They won’t send you a reset password. Looks like a way for them to charge you a monthly fee and provide NO SERVICES.
This app is the bomb.com! I now spend 5 minutes sending texts where, previously spent an hour! The time-savings alone is worth the cost of the app. But, add the functionality and features which provide various ways to “get the word out”. Wow! The cost is reasonable.
