Proozy’s Variety of Authentic Goods is Awesome But…
I’ve been ordering from Proozy way before they even had an app. They’re excellent as far as their variety of gear, and their prices and sales are off the chain. However, I noticed that there’s not enough of a description when it comes to certain things that need to have absolute descriptions posted, such as the size of the bridge, lens, length of the temples when it comes to the designer sunglasses. I noticed that some of the sizes, although it’s small, medium or large differ from the clothes but at retail stores. Perhaps they get lots of clothes from the designer manufacturer that were subpar and they sell it to Proozy and then they resell it to the public. Not that I’m saying that Proozy sells but at times the sizes/fitment are definitely are different than what I have purchased at retail stores or other online platforms. Overall, their customer service is excellent. I’ve dealt with Katrina on occasion for about five, six years and she’s always pulled through. I hope the Customer Service reps that she hires train under her because she is excellent! So happy that Proozy has elevated themselves and their online shopping offers by creating an app. It seems easy to navigate so far but they definitely need improvement in the descriptions where certain specs are needed in order to make an intelligent decision to purchase. Kudos to Proozy as we customers are Choosy!

Awesome!
I’ve purchased quite a lot from Proozy. The shipping is a bit slow. Not a lot of plus sizes. But, other than that. Great prices on name brand clothing. All is brand new, With the tags on them. Can’t go wrong. I also have a daily text from them as to other name brand items on sale. :)

So far so good but could be better
I’ve placed 2 orders. It took quite a while for them to even ship out but my second order shipped before my first order did so I contacted them and they responded promptly. They upgraded my shipping on the first order and it was shipped out the next day so I was extremely satisfied with their customer service. I ended up receiving both orders on the same day…. Today! I’m very happy with both items in first order but the hoodie I ordered second is white and it arrived dirty, as if while still folded it had been sat down in a filthy floor and had soda dripped on it. I’ve sent in a message to customer service so we will see. I’m sure I could probably get all the dirt and soda out but I shouldn’t have to. I’d never, no matter the price or brand, purchase an item of clothing that is new and filthy! Update: customer service responded to my concern over hoodie immediately, asked for photos and then sent me an email with a way to return it with a refund. Customer service is amazing! Their prices are great and their products are 100% legit! I highly recommend PROOZY to anyone looking for a good deal on name brand products!

Don’t buy from them ever!!!!!!
This company is a rip off they sent me the wrong item. They don’t have any way to get hold of them they don’t have a phone number. They don’t answer the email. Brad‘s is where I ordered it from and they said there’s nothing they can do get hold of the manufacturer with their which is this cruise PROOZY, whatever the whatever their name is, they are a rip off company they just send you anything and you can’t complain. You can’t get back to them and I know that there’s no way that anybody’s gonna get to read this. I am going to go to every social media media outlet I can get to to report these people they’re terrible you don’t know what town they’re in what state they’re in there’s no phone number please. It’s up to you now don’t buy anything

Disappointed!
I have ordered from here before and maybe had to wait a bit for an order, but always got what I ordered and always got a good deal. This time they put out a really good deal and guaranteed delivery by Christmas. They printed a label, but never gave the package, that I paid Express shipping prices for, to Fedex. I contacted them and they said they’d take care of it. They printed another label and after two days it was picked up by FedEx, then a winter storm hit. No one can control the weather, obviously, but if they had sent it when they said they would, I would have had my order for Christmas. Now, it’s the 28th, and still no package. I contacted them again the other day and asked for my money back, but no response at all this time. Just very disappointing. One of the items was for my son in laws birthday which is this coming weekend and I don’t even know if I’ll have that in time, nonetheless the person that was shorted gifts on Christmas Day!

POOR Customer Service!
I ordered a pair of slippers online and your website gave me a “site not available” message but, I was charged for 3 of the same items! When I called to cancel 2 of the orders was told to leave a message and never received a call or email! I also emailed to request that only one pair be shipped, but never received a response! I just received 3 pair of the same item and I am told I have to pay 8.99 each to return 2 of the 3 pairs! If you had cancelled when requested I would not have to pay to return the 2 pair of shoes that were shipped incorrectly by your system being out of order! NEVER going to order again from you and will be reviewing in other sites-including Brads Deals!

Great prices, poor customer service response, no free returns
Prices can be great. Shipping is charged if you don’t spend a minimum amount. I had to make a return (size was too big). Getting the return label was easy. But it took a long time for my return to be processed. Over six weeks from the time the return was dropped off in the mail. It took a few emails from me to customer service before my return got processed. On top of that, there is a $8.99 fee for returns.

WHY no iPad app???
I can’t believe that in the year 2023 that app developers are STILL developing apps that are NOT device agnostic! Why go to the trouble of writing an app that IGNORES tablets. The iPad is a VERY popular device that hundreds of thousands of people around the globe use every day. I can’t understand why you wouldn’t develop this app so that it is smart enough to reformat itself for optimal screen viewing when the user is using an iPad. Until then I’ll continue using a good ‘old browser, as it is still smart enough to format itself in portrait or landscape based on how I am viewing my screen.

Takes A Long Time to Ship
Proozy always has great deals. Unfortunately, they take a long time before shipping items even after you've paid for shipping. It's been a week and the order confirmation email says to allow up to 10 business days to receive confirmation of items shipped. This is the reason that I tend to stick with certain merchants that have quick shipping processes.

Very unhappy!
I won’t be doing business with you again. After having bought a lot of stuff from you for Christmas, for gifts, I found out the gifts were not returnable because of a deadline you had established for qualifying as Holiday gifts. I’m out of luck! Then in a total screw up, you sent the wrong sunglasses for my son’s gift and by the time you we got this figured out, you sold out of the right sunglasses after telling me that there were 61 pairs in your inventory when we replaced the order for the right sunglasses. Not good!!! I’m a very unhappy former customer!

i’ve been trying to return an item for two weeks now, but the customer service cannot do it themselves, but force you to use the online tool which has been unavailable for weeks now. I give their customer service credit for returning my inquiries, but I think it’s unfortunate They’re not empowered to take care of things themselves

Slow, slow, slow
Order sat unfulfilled for 20 days, after 10 contacted customer service and no response. Waited another week and contacted again and still no response. Finally 3 days later a response that order was cancelled. Other colors were available in my size that I could of ordered had they responded in a timely manner but now sold out. Have had successful orders in the past but also cancelled orders.

Improved but still not great
This is a vast improvement over shopping on the website. The app itself looks great. However… I was promised a discount upon my first in app purchase. That didn’t happen. None of the active discount codes I used worked. It even the one sent to me by the system in a text message. Also… can you PLEASE add a search feature? And if there isn’t an items available in a given category can you make it unavailable to click? It’s annoying to seedy a category to shop and find it empty.

I placed an order Nov 16 for four items. Today is Jan 5 and I still have not received two of the four items. I sent an email to PROOZY and did not receive a response. When I checked on the order it says they are preparing the order. They are winter clothes for my grandkids. They won’t fit them next year- even if I do someday receive the order.

Could be more user friendly
It would be nice if you could easily reorder items from your previous orders. Also to be able to use various codes for different products all during the same cart checkout. I would buy more if it were easier.

pricing is competitive, the daily deals are usually pretty good as well. Only complaint is the turnaround times on getting the product shipped out and delivered. Normally It takes anywhere between 2-4 weeks to get an order.

When using the app, I’m not able to get credit on Rakuten for my purchase like I can on the website. This was a BIG disappointment, since I spent quite a bit of money tonight.

Hard to find in stock items
It’s so hard to find what is in stock on this new app. The website is so much easier to see what you have in stock on sizes and colors instead of having to tab there each one to find what color may be in stock.

In the past 60 days only 1 order has been sent. The rest have been refunded or are left unfulfilled. Customer service does not respond. Don't count on this company if ordering for gifts. If you get the ordered items they are as depicted though.

Spend thousands a year the one time they screw up now I can’t get anyone to respond. Like 5 emails now. Only response is a automated mf. I am so angry that I’ll never shop there again. I love that store to. Whoever is in charge of returns should be fired asap

Got a great deal CANCELLED

These clothes are terrible looking. Cheap and look fake. Don’t waste your time. It takes 3-4 weeks to get to you. And they charge a $9 processing fee when you return the clothes. Crazy.
