I like this app however one of the main reasons I go to your website is to look at my energy usage. I enjoy being able to see my usage day by day and i really wish this app would support that otherwise it’s not bad.
Glad an app for PSO finally got released. Looks like the long wait was because it’s a high quality utility app. So far, so good. Polished and works well. Definitely better than the Georgia Power app I used before I became an Oklahoma resident. Anyways, I haven’t had any problems paying my bills or looking at usage.
Power went out during a biblical storm, was fixed while the storm was still happening. Don’t know if it’s just because I’m new to Oklahoma or whatnot, but apparently these guys will go out during absolutely anything. Nothing but respect.
They need to update the app to show how your payments are made (debit card with last four numbers, or last four of bank acct number used). I made a payment this morning and can’t remember which bank acct I used. Never got a confirmation email after the payment was made either. I also don’t see it showing up in either of my bank accounts, but my AEP acct balance is $0 on the app. I called PSO and they can’t see how it was paid either. This seriously needs to be changed. This is f*ing ridiculous. Every other bill I pay shows where the payment was made from except for this one.
I’ve called their support line multiple times and was told the issue would be escalated to their app team without resolution. No login issues with their website. Comments are mostly the same here. App team appears too far removed from support. Most likely poor devops interweave. I’d avoid and petition the company to drop the product team to reduce costs to the consumer at this point.
A PSO representative walked me through setting up the Checkless Payment Plan. Her name Breanna. I do not have a computer and my phone is smarter than I am. Breanna was wonderful. Treat her well, any company would be happy to have her.
I activated my PSO account the last week of April and still have not been able to log into the app, but I never have an issue logging into my account in the web browser. This should be fixed and soon seeing as how it has been an entire month since I have been having problems. There’s no telling how long this issue has been happening.
App does the bare minimum. Some key features are broken (like bill comparison) and a lot of the links in the app take you to the website, which kind of defeats the purpose of having an app. Was expecting a little more from a major utility company that services millions of customers in 2024….
This App looks nice but the automatic payment feature does not allow for any flexibility. I do not recommend using this app it has cost me over 3 times my monthly bill in overdraft fees because I cannot postpone payment 24 hours for my payroll to deposit. Just better to get a paper bill and pay the late fees if necessary.
No one at PSO Oklahoma is aware of how to handle mobile app support. Yes agree, thank you for offering the mobile app. How about maintaining it and not allow it to die a slow death? Touch ID does not work. Please either remove the feature or fix it.
I haven’t been able to log into the app for many mo this. No help found on website or App Store. Changed phone settings and nothing helps. This app is a brick!
App needs to be removed due to lack of support. It’s crazy to increase monthly bills but tools such as this app is worthless. Where is the money going?
It won’t allow me to login in period it just keeps quint oops something went wrong on our end and it asks would you like to retry but it keep saying the same thing please help
This app is CONSTANTLY CRASHING!!! I use it because it’s supposed to be easier then trying to go in the mobile sute but I can never stay on the app. Always crashing
