I love my weather ap not only can I see my weather but I can check on family my Granddaughter lives in Florida,Brother in Idaho, Cousins in Milwaukee 😉 Thank You
Look, this is a free app. It’s an ok app. It would be a much better app if you turned off the alerts on the radar map and make it that the user has to turn them on. They make the map useless. Map is basically useless with alerts on. So I have to every time go to alerts and turn them off so I can see the radar clearly. They turn themselves back on when you close app. User should be able to chose what alerts they want, not have them all on as the default. I would rate this much higher if this issue was addressed
Hard to read data in the white font that is superimposed over a field containing white puffy clouds. Just lose the clouds behind data! Would be nice if on the map function you could opt to have an overlay of regional air quality (smoke). Or at the very least give a current air quality rating on each location’s general information page along with the current temp, humidity, wind speed/direction , etc.
A previous version of the app that was all black is much easier to see. The white lettering on a light blue or cloudy background is almost impossible to see sometimes. Thanks for fixing!
The white text is impossible to read on the partly cloudy backgrounds and you can’t change the settings. This is a classic ‘take it our way, settings are not to be changed by the unwashed masses’... Reminds me of the first apps in the 90’s! Sorry Fox, you screwed this one up. Hope the news app is better, but my expectations aren’t high. I’ll go back to Weatherbug!
Getting used to it. It’s a pretty easy transition. BUT, get rid of the White lettering. A bit of a pain having to move the page around, just to be able read it. Fix That, and you’ll get 5 stars.
All the alert overlays are obnoxious. If I want them on I’ll turn them on. But if I turn them off they should stay off. As it is every time I open the app I have to turn them off again.
Version 5.0.602 introduced weather sensitive backgrounds and white text on white fluffy clouds are difficult to read. I really dislike trying to scroll content to a place where I’m able to read text that I’m interested in. This may be “clever” but it is poor UI design. I wish that I had the old version back.
