Some great, some awful
I ordered 2 bras and 2 shirts. I made sure to use the size charts because you definitely need to pay attention! The bras were soooo wonky that I couldn’t wear them and unless you have two boobs in the 6 inch center of your chest they won’t fit anyone lol, could return them but I’ll probably just throw them away because they were only $5 each. But the shirts fit and look amazing on me!! I’m short and fat, so shopping for clothes is rarely fun. I wear a 1x normally and according to the website I needed to order 3x from them. I actually have trendy, cute clothes because of this website!! I’m about to order again, I finally am able to wear things besides fat old lady tops!!

The only place I shop for clothes!
I’m very picky when it comes to picking out my clothes and don’t even like to shop at the mall because I can never find anything I like. I got advertised some dresses on Instagram and decided to download the app to look at the clothes. I was surprised to see how cheap everything was and how cute the clothes were so I decided to buy a few dresses and shirts seeing as you can return the clothes with your money back. I noticed that the shipping took pretty long so I was also surprised to find that expedited shipping was only $1.89 more. Then, I noticed the tracking wasn’t working so I got worried until after the 3rd day, it said delivered! The clothes were exactly as expected. I will say, you get what you pay for. The material is a little cheap and one of the dresses had a small hole in one of the pockets. BUT overall, I LOVE the clothes. The sizing for everything was perfect, the clothes were very cute, and everything was comfortable! I recommended this app to all my friends and family and have started buying all my clothes here!

Horrific return policy/customer service rep
Never again will I order from this site. The return policy is so outrageous. I called to see if I can get a return / exchange order in process because the size was too big. The first rep I spoke to said I had to send an email along w the order number along with pictures of all the items I’m returning. Waste of time! And really I think it’s their way for us to not return the items and for folks to deal with it. Sorry not me. So I went and let them know this process was awful and there needs to be a better way. The rep then hung up on me thinking that was going to stop me but it didn’t, so I called back and got a nice gentleman. He said a picture was not needed just the explanation of the return and order number. Still though, this process is dumb. I been in the customer service field and never heard I had to email someone to return the item, what’s the point of having anyone on the phone line??What a disappointment. I never want to deal with these people ever again. I’ll stick with the Rainbow clothing store, at least I can return right at the store. If I could a zero to the first rep I spoke too I would because she does not deserve the 1.

Don’t bother bc they don’t answer your e mails I got a hold of someone on the im they said to e mail them .... they do not answer these it said with in 24 hrs .... I don’t think they know when 24 hrs is they had a Facebook coupon if you invited three friends and they excepted and download it and open the app get five dollars for each one I only got credit for one I got a hold of an instant message person who said to email the problem for which I did the coupon says it’ll be there with in 24 hours it was not me so the answer your email within 24 hours it’s been a week I was waiting on this coupon to order a dress I wanted and now the dress is gone up three dollarsSince I put it in my cart they sent me an email saying my cart was going to expire that’s why I contacted tried to contact them I don’t answer emails and customer service stinks so I gave two stars because I did order one dress fits pretty good little big but least I got it on it’s a pretty dress I got a lot of compliments so for my daughter materials a bit then though

Best app!
I really love this app and the people from the customer service are so awesome and patient. They have been able to contact right away and can always help me. I already ordered three dresses from them and they were beautiful. My third item didn’t in with my other two orders and I was worried so I contacted the customer service and they told me it was out of stock (it wasn’t when I ordered it) but they said I could wait, get a refund or change it for another one. I decided to wait and it was worth it because as soon as it was back on stock I got my dress. You have to be patient and understanding about the people who work for this company because they have to answer to everyone who uses this. Not everyone will be as lucky as me but I really do recommend this app. Thank you Rosegal for your amazing service. Will totally be buying more things! 💕

Horrible wait time for anything and everything
I can understand having to wait for an order. Not a problem. However, somewhere between me submitting my order and it being delivered, my address was messed up (I live in an apartment building). The day my order was meant to be delivered, I never received a call or anything asking about the address. I waited a day or two more and checked the status. There was a new message that popped up saying my order was being returned to sender. I contacted both the shipping company and rosegal. The shipping company told me they were actually not in charge of my order (contrary to what Rosegal had as the carrier for the order), and when I contacted Rosegal, I was simply told it would take an addition 7-10 days to find out where my order is now. I am still waiting on my order and the order was placed a month ago if not longer. 😖 responses to issues should be handled much quicker. When I finally get my order, I will not be ordering from them again.

Not worth it
I was excited to try Rosegal, as it’s been promoted as a plus size clothing app. The only thing I saw about returning was on the first page, it said returns within 30 days. Didn’t mention any exclusions. The biggest size available in the swimsuit I wanted was XL, kinda strange for a plus size app. So I get the swimsuit, and now I look at it and I see where the measurements were, that’s my fault for not reading the measurements. I see when it ships it comes from China and I think here we go it’s not going to work, bc their sizing is much different. So I get it within 30 days (doesn’t fit) and I try to contact them for returns, and of course they don’t do returns on swimwear. I scoured the app and finally found where that policy was hiding, under account information. The full return policy Should be on the front page, not one stating returns within 30 days if that’s not the whole truth. I gave it two stars because it did come and bc the measurements were there I just didn’t see them.

Go literally anywhere else
Had the absolute worst time with this. They'll send even just one item out if you select expedited shipping just so they can tell you it was sent within the expected time frame. Never mind any of your other order; that'll take a month or so to actually receive. When you go to get help from their customer service they just literally read from a script. There's no actual help, just what they read from their script and screenshot. Spoke to two different guys, Salazar and Ishmael. Salazar literally read from a script, disappeared for about 15-20 minutes (so long that the thing asked if I was still there), and would not actually ever stray from the script. Ishmael at least strayed from it a little when I was trying to get help. He didn't disappear for a long period of time. Either way I'd honestly try to get your things from another place. You'll just wait a month (or more according to some reviews) before you actually receive anything.

Buyers beware!!! Don’t bother wasting your money here!!!
I really wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order! I placed an order that was supposed to be expedited shipping only to receive 1/2 of order about 3 weeks later, the other half took over 5 weeks to be delivered. The quality of the materials was awful! The items I received looked nothing like the pictures on the site!!! The size/fit ridiculous- the items were so large it was laughable! I tried to cancel the remaining order after the first delivery but they wouldn’t let me. Then comes the most ridiculous return process. I reckon it’s their way of discouraging people from returning things. I personally don’t have any more time or patience to waste on this whole experience, so I’ll consider my money wasted and this shopping experience a lesson learnt! I was excited when I found this website but after my experience I feel am being extremely generous giving you a 1 star! Never shopping here again!

Do not recommend.
I was super excited to purchase from Rosegal because they have some very cute things. I ordered two pieces of Lingerie. One came in fine, a few loose strings on the lace, but otherwise fine. The other item, however was absolutely AWFUL. It was a black nightie type of thing with a thing bottom and the top had two long tears going down half the length of it and the bottoms had one leg hole that was MUCH smaller than the other and also MUCH too small to fit a leg in. I can’t even return the items even though I can’t wear them because they don’t accept lingerie returns. I tried to leave a review and 1. The comment section says you can use 3000 characters but when you go to submit it you get a pop up that tells you to use no more than 140 characters and 2. I couldn’t even submit the review because it always says ‘failed’ when you push the button. I am extremely disappointed and I highly recommend not downloading. I’ve had better luck with Wish.

Worst costumer service
This app has the worst costumer service I’ve ever seen. In order to return items (that were too big and had low quality), you are required to exchange several messages on their website, pay for it to be mailed back to them and basically beg for your refund to go back on your credit card. I’m still trying to get my refund even though they received the items back 10 days ago! After I requested my refund on my credit card, they said it was fine. Now they keep telling me that I will have my refund on the wallet on the app. I don’t want it on their app, I will NEVER buy anything from their app again. And worst, after I sent a message last night pointing out that had said it was okay for me to have my refund on my credit card on a previous message, they DELETED the whole message history from their server. I would recommend to run from this app if you don’t want a headache.

Went through the refund process and everything
I’ve only ordered about 8 things through Rosegal and did run into some trouble with a certain dress. I followed the return information as follows and had an okay experience. It does take a day for the company to respond, but since I was sent the wrong item they gave me my money back and allowed me to keep the wrong item. I was quite worried ordering from Rosegal due to issues like this, but I am satisfied with the way they handled this return. Also everything so ordered fit to the sizing chart as well so I had no trouble in sizing. Though somethings maybe don’t look as good on me when they get here, I feel that is just apart of the risk of shopping online.

Poorly updated, lousy customer service, misleading sales.
Items that are not available are still advertised. There is a tunic I wanted to get and saw it on Facebook thinking it was supposedly restocked, but after I pressed the shop button, there was not button to add to my cart. All I saw was it said Find Similar Items on the bottom—that was hella frustrating. They need to stop being misleading on advertising on items they don’t have. I look at the item prices, some of these don’t look like they were even worth $40 bucks and supposedly marked down to sale prices. This website is almost exactly like Shein, Zaful, and Romwe—same layout, and similar clothing—so be careful shopping on those websites too, but they have better discounts than this site. Their customer service is a bit better, but still not worth the hassle—just stick to legit brands or in-store retailers.

I ordered a dress almost 3 weeks ago. It never told me that they were out of that specific dress. I ordered it and a week later noticed it was still processing. I contacted them and they told me the dress was on back order and They will get more in between 7 to 15 business days. Like I said it has been now three weeks and they still don’t have my address in stock. So I went and found a different dress and asked to exchange, before I ordered it I asked them to check to see if that one was in stock because it showed all the sizes were in stock and I did not want to wait another three weeks for the dress. The person informed me that once again this dress was out of stock. So I asked for my money back because I have to find a dress by a certain date for my anniversary. They really need to update their website and keep everybody informed of certain dresses that are out of stock.

Cute clothes BUT...
I wasn’t aware of the 10-25 day timeframe for shipping until after I placed my order. I’ve ordered 6 items which I’m still waiting for that have all been shipped at different times so I have to wait to wear a complete outfit. There isn’t an option to expedite shipping at an additional cost either. I had a concern regarding my order and submitted an inquiry thru the app. I received a confirmation email that my inquiry had been received however I still haven’t received a reply. So that is a bit frustrating also. The company advertises on Instagram all of the time which is why I downloaded the app. This is my first time placing an order an unfortunately will be the last time. I’ll just have to find cute clothes elsewhere. Thanks anyway though! I’m still excited to get my items whenever they arrive.

Near impossible to return
I had bought a few items and all but one had fit me. I could not figure out how to return it so I reached out to ROSEGAL but never heard back. This was about a month ago, so I should have heard by now. Great clothing, just hope you don’t need to return anything. Update, after leaving this review, they reached out to me and told me that since it has been over a month, I am unable to return my item. If I had taken a screen shot of the screen when I reached out to prove I had reached out within 30 days then they may have been able to return the item. I will not be shipping here again, as I don’t want to take the chance I have to return something and not be able to again.

I’m constantly looking through this and making lists of what I’m wanting. A couple glitches here and there but overall excellent service and easy to find items! The app is easy to navigate and I love the clothes on here because they are my style! I’m a retro girl and have to admit this is now my too store to shop! Don’t do it
The company will take your money, it will take months for you to get your items (if you get them at all), and it takes weeks for a refund to come back to you. I ordered three items around March 5th. I was under the impression I’d receive those items in 8-10 business days as I was told when I picked my delivery method. Meanwhile, two of the three items were delivery the second week of May. The third item is still MIA somewhere. When I contacted Customer Support they said they were out of that dress despite me having already paid for it. I asked when it would be back in stock and they said they hoped this week. Even if it came back in stock they said it would be two to three weeks for me to receive it. Two to three weeks longer for a dress that I was supposed to have received in mid March. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience.

I love this company!
I always like to shop around and get the best deal on clothing. I used dress lily for a while but then discovered rosegal. They have the same, if not a larger selection than dress lily does and they ship WAY faster. I typically receive orders in two weeks or less!!! The quality of the clothing is pretty good, I can’t complain about anything I have received from them. This app is so easy to use. It’s very user friendly as different departments are categorized very well so you can find clothing for whoever you are shopping for with a click of a button. I definitely recommend it over using the website.

Not bad over all
The app itself is very easy to use I just wish that the clothing sizing was easier to understand. The first time I ordered I ordered everything way to big and returning was a hassle. I needed up not doing it and just giving my sister in law all the stuff I bought. They have nice stuff but the plus size sizing is not easy to follow because it changes with every item. I just wish they had an easier return or exchange option other than us having to pay for shipping.

Amazing!
I love ROSEGAL! They always have cute clothes, but if you find one you absolutely love, don’t wait bc they can sell out quickly! I’ve learned that the hard way but they never fail to have new and more cute clothing available. The clothes run a bit smaller than the sizes I’m used to which is why I order 2 sizes up, but the clothes are just as pictured! Customer service is amazing and will do everything they can to help if something isn’t right on your order. I would recommend ROSEGAL to anyone and everyone! The App is easy to use and very simple! All around love it!

I was having such are hard time finding clothes that fit and cover the appropriate areas since I’ve gained a lot of weight the last year. I was having such a hard time finding clothes that make me feel comfortable and enables me to hide my apron belly that causes many insecurities when I have to wear clothes that don’t cover but this app gives me so many options to choose from that doesn’t cost an arm and leg. I haven’t made a purchase yet but the moment I have the extra funds I’ll start building up my new and improved wardrobe. I have no complaints about this app currently. Thanks

I placed an order on April 29th 2020 and I still have not received my order try to talk to customer service online and all the can say is it will be here soon but ups says they are still waiting on the order so not sure what is going on this is my first time ordering from them and may possibly be my last. Update May 22 got my order and I am highly disappointed they sent me what I thought was pants but it’s more like the silky pj pants you buy from Walmart and there is no button or zippers and no cuts in the pants it’s and pictures I wish I could put up pictures but I can not figure out how to do it and their is no button to post pics so I guess all I can say is Beware of this place it’s not worth the price Update may 28th well I got the pants I ordered of course but I’m still waiting on my top that I ordered on April 28th 😡

I ordered something for my wife and got it expedited shipping which says would be delivered within 3 to 7 business days in hopes it would get here by Christmas....my order is still processing and it’s been 10 days..they were pretty quick to take my money though. I contacted them via Facebook messenger on Monday the 17th to check why my order was still processing, they didn’t replied until the next day saying that they would check on my order for me if I would give them the order number. I replied right back and haven’t heard back from them yet. But yet at the top of messenger it says they usually reply in minutes. I’m very unhappy with the way this business is being ran, and if I don’t get my money back or if I don’t get my order then maybe this review will help people think twice about purchasing from this company.

My go to app for timeless style
I recently discovered RoseGal while looking for something to wear to my husbands company Christmas party. The clothing is super stylish and the selection, no matter the size, is plentiful and full of variety! I love the fact that, most of the items, can be dressed up or down! Also, they offer a variety of Styles, not just trendy clothing. I thought I would have a hard time finding something dressy, but not too dressy. Once I opened the RoseGal app, problem solved!!! I found those classic looks that are timeless, and that’s what I was looking for. Trends are fun, but quality, timeless styles are my go to for a special occasion!

Swimsuits
The swimsuits are WAY too big when you order standard American sizes. I ordered two suits, paid extra for early shipping and they were enormous on me. I did find a family member who could wear them so I sold them to her. I ordered three more to replace those in a smaller size and they were too BIG. I contacted ROSEGAL and in small print they say you can’t return swimwear. I now have almost $80 tied up in three swimsuits I cannot wear. Great. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a way to measure correctly because the swimsuits are not compatible. My suggestion... don’t order any swimwear unless you like to play roulette.

Not what I expected but still nice
The shipping takes a little long and tracking didn’t work for the longest time but I did receive all my items. The material they were made out of is very lightweight and sheer and definitely a cheaper material but overall I thought it looked good. They run a little large. I wish I ordered a size down on all my items but 1. The customer service is non existent so you can’t exchange them unless you want to go through a painful, long and irritating process with automated messages and you covering overseas shipping. They offer a keep the item and receive 20% refund so if you don’t want to do all that to ship it back you can at least get some money back.

Stay away!
Do NOT SHOP HERE! They will lie to you about shipping timeframes and also lie about their resolutions. Customer service is scripted and they only show reviews that also look staged! Do your research online. They agreed to a resolution and later stated they would not keep their word! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Even after I post this review the app developer responds with bs... your customer service team lied and then refused to stick to their word! Your products are of poor quality and I will be pursuing this issue! It looks like there are plenty of dissatisfied customers who you all have practiced unfair business with and some of your reviews are clearly scripted! I have asked to speak with the legal department and I will get is continued scripted responses! Businesses such as these should not be able to victimize consumers and should be banned from doing business!

Highly recommend
This app is awesome. I have purchased items from ROSEGAL and I was not disappointed. Being a young plus size girl I always find it hard to find stylish clothes that are true to size. Well this this app really changed my confidence. I used to shop plus size stores and the styles were always older women’s styles. My outfits made it look like I was shopping out of my grandmother’s closet. 😆 I absolutely love this app and glad I found it. I highly recommend ROSEGAL to all women that are looking for quality stylish clothes at a great price.

Great place to find cute clothes that fit
ROSEGAL was originally just another clothing app for me. So I made my first purchase and hoped that the clothes would 1 actually come, and 2 would be like pictured. When they came the clothes were great! I ordered a few blouses and a dress and all came just as listed. One piece of clothing didn’t fit and customer service was quick and happy to help me return it! I recommend this app, they really try their best to make your experience great. All the sales they have, buy one get one, and whatnot happen often too so it’s great for a good deal too!

My orders
I understand it could take a while for my order, however they sent half of my order with no information about the other items I have not received. In addition to that my second shipment has been sorted but has been sitting in a warehouse. When I tried to question it I get the run around with a phone number that won’t dial or connect. My order was ordered on the 4th said it has been shipped out but has been sitting since the 7th. Here it is the 17th and no one has even reported any information except it takes time. So why alert me it is shipped out if you’re going to hold it in a warehouse? The service is horrible because no one can help me or talk to me. I’m understanding but when I ordered things just for it to sit in a warehouse, with no explanation; I do not like that

Disappointed as of late
Order several swimming suits as I do every year for the past three years about December ish. Usually no problem getting them by the time vacation coming in February yeah plan on longer then normal shipping times This year they split my shipment in two packages great no problem there. Only after two month only one showed up. Customer support was notified said wait until a date well passed vacation. Super disappointed but it was tolerated you know covid and all ((rolling eyes)). I am still waiting on a refund of swimming suits I have not received. They were better with results prior to the pandemic.

Worst customer service ever
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They took my money right away that was no problem. But getting my stuff to me? Lol it’s been over a month. And every time I try to contact them there is no phone number and if I talk to the chat they tell me to issue a ticket. I have issued many, and get no response even though they say they will answer within 24-48 hours. They gave me a tracking number for my package and according to the tracking, it’s been in California for 3 weeks. Rosegal said they would contact fedex and ask why it hasn’t shipped to me yet. Finally after a week I called fedex myself and they said rosegal has only made a label. No package yet. Liars!! This company is a scam and they refuse to give me my money back!! Don’t buy from them!!

Great fashion for a great price!
I have been ordering from ROSEGAL for a while now and they have yet to disappoint!! Prices are great shipping is fast and the clothing is great! They have a variety of sizes and styles to cater to every size woman! I have purchased tops, bottoms, swimsuits and accessories and have gotten so many compliments when I wear them out! I have referred many friends and family to shop with Rosegal, their only complaint is that I didn’t tell them about it sooner!!! I will continue to purchase from them in the future!

ROSEGAL is awesome.
I adore this app and the clothes on here. I’ve ordered a couple of times and the products are top quality. The app is easy to use and fast. Customer support is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’m very picky about clothes. These are beautiful well made and so comfy. Takes a little bit to get the order but it is in China. It’s so worth the wait. The only con I have is the tracking you can’t track like the US and that takes getting use too. But all in all love ROSEGAL.

Overall very satisfied
I love the Rosegal app! Easy to shop on. Shipping takes a bit, but I am East Coast USA. Still though I have had worse lead times on local vendors. Clothes are decent quality for the price and so are definitely better than others. My only complaint is the tops made out of material that has no stretch to it from my experience have very skinny arms. I have tried a few different ones with same results. Lesson learned!! Still plenty of options to choose from!! Happy I found Rosegal and do recommend to friends!

Wish I can give no stars to this
I can’t track my item I don’t know where it’s at I don’t know if I’m ever going to get it I wasted money worthless never doing this again I rather try my odds on craigslist or a dumpster where is my item I ordered it on the third and haven’t heard anything other than it was sent to FedEx that’s the last thing and the only thing I’ve heard where is the updates the tracking number does not go to anything nothing no help no nothing just literally nothing I get it it’s coming from China but won’t I get some kind of update other than the one thing that keeps showing up over and over and over just say it sent to FedEx that keep popping up it’s popped up like 15 times and that’s the only thing that shows up like what the hell

I’ve shopped with Rosegal for about a year now spent a lot of money on this company never had a problem. Two months ago as a matter fact September 25 my birthday I ordered myself some things which I never got it took me almost 3 months for any kind of help Rosegal offered me no solution except for the give me a quarter of my money back saying I had no insurance which they lost the item in China somewhere never evenGot to America horrible horrible company worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life very rude people negative attitudes I had a bunch of friends that were shopping at this company and they are stop shop in there now because they were such a horrible person to me more than one person all their customer service sucked

I ordered three items
I ordered these items on sept 5th. And I was told on 15th it was in New Jersey. I’m still waiting for it to leave New Jersey. I contacted Rose gal. They proceeded to blame it on my address, the post office, or me having it. When I responded that post office didn’t have it, the address was correct, and they told me it’ll be another 7-10 days to find out where it is. If this site would’ve been legit I was planning buying more from them. Now I don’t care if the clothes show up tomorrow, I’m not buying another item from them. Buyer beware. If you want nice clothes, buy from bloom chic. I bought a jumpsuit from them. It’s super cute, very well made and they have plus sizes and it usually arrives in a week or two

My opinion
So far I have only ordered 3 things and that was bathing suits they all fit me just fine I’m a plus size girl so I just read the comments and I got my size that I normally wear and they fit I wish they would let you mix and match tops and bottoms I don’t have very big breasts but I have a big booty and hips so I do need a bigger size but overall I am satisfied I paid extra for the faster shipping and they got here in time before my vacation I haven’t wore them just tried all of them on and I’m excited to be wearing them!!

Horrible Service
I regret ever doing business with this company. The return process is ridiculous. Most items shipped from China, poor quality and fit. After numerous emails and escalating my refund request the process took longer than a month. I was given a hard time because they post measurements but as well all know not everyones body is the same!!! I felt inadequate and in the wrong when all I wanted to do is return clothing that did not fit properly and of cheap quality. They had no problem charging my credit card and then an extra charge for an international transaction! But when it came time to return I was given the run around. Do not do business with them and save yourself a huge headache! Never again!!!

Never order from this company please, I ordered my size and it was still too big and they are wanting me to pay to have it shipped back to exchange for a smaller size. I have also had a problem with receiving my order they keep telling me that almost everything I ordered is out of stock, so I called and replaced the items with something else and was told it would be shipped out immediately & now there telling me the same thing that it’s out of stock I will never order from them again! They do not match to the American size believe me! I will only order from company’s in the US. I even paid for priority mail and it’s still been a month and they will not give you any discounts.

So a plus size girl and I absolutely love the styles and it’s amazing because they’re not tents or usual styles you see in the plus size department they’re fashionable clothes they are absolutely amazing the material is quality and the prices you definitely cannot beat for those girls that know that they are plus size girls and I mean anyone from a tenant up that they consider plus size these days this app is amazing and the clothes are pretty beautiful and just the right price to keep you in style

Sizing is ridiculously bad but they clothes are oh so cute!
I was so excited about the styles - they are so cute. I was very excited that their tops were cut for an hourglass figure, which typically is difficult to find. There was so many items I had planned to purchase. I usually wear an XL or 1X in plus size tops (38 DDD bust, 30” waistline and 40” hips). I was ordering everything in an XL and thought I’d better double check the size chart. Are you kidding me! Their size 2X is equivalent to US size 12. Furthermore, they don’t even offer larger sizes for anyone who could possible be larger then a size 12 - which would be the majority of the population! First I have to say, I don’t care what the # is for the size. If it fits, then it’s my size. They could call it fat lady size for all I care - I just want something that actually fits. But for them to advertise that a 2X is equal to a US size 12??? In what mind frame does this make any sense? I’m so glad I checked but at the same time I’m so sad that they don’t make these super cute styles in sizes that would actually fit most people!

This company advertises non-stock items... without ever informing you. They’ll take your money quick, but several weeks later your order is still "processing", and so you haven’t received a thing. Contacting them only produces their “sincere apologies”, but does absolutely nothing to fix the problem. It’s time to get the Attorney General's office involved, for the fraudulent practices of this scamming vehicle. By the way, scroll through the reviews, and your see literally hundreds of 1-star reviews, from people saying they were ripped-off. Also, read the Developer's responses to all of those complaints. It’s the same 3 scripted responses, used over and over and over again. This company is in China, and knows how to scam Americans, and take their money.

Terrible business practices
I ordered an item through their site and noticed it’s been over 3 weeks and still nothing arrived. I called in to speak to guy that claim his name is “jam” refused to provide an company ID. His constant reply was its company policy. I asked what state they are in and he replied he can’t tell me because it’s company policy. I’m very suspicious now. I asked for a supervisor and his reply was they are all on vacation. I asked if the call is being recorded he said yes. I asked for him to create a claim number and he replied he can’ ***** company policy. Any thing I asked about the company he refused to answer. He couldn’t tell me when my items would arrive either. I than asked for a refund and he hung up on me. Now when I call back there’s no answer

I bought 5 dresses from this company. I got X Large, I usually don’t wear that large of a size. However I figured I would order size larger than I wear, they are to small. I have contacted the company and it seems like to me they are giving me a cat and mouse game. Do this do that they say, but then they do not tell you how to get the forms you need. I just wish they would send me what I need to do and not have all this run around. I really like one of the dresses. But it’s to small. And the others dresses are nice but just too small. So if you order from this company make sure you buy a couple of sizes bigger. Because it is hard to get them to answer their phone and to get the information you need to send them back.

I love rosegal!
I’ve had rosegal for a few years now…initially I was hesitant cause I wasn’t sure how legitimate it was but I’m glad I took a chance…they have such a huge selection in clothing you’re likely to find a lot of unique stuff for all different styles and sizes the prices are usually fair and there’s almost always coupons and their items usually send out by the next day and they deliver within a decent time frame. I highly recommend..

Not happy with the service was not able to get the right help to return ideas tht was the wrong size. Still waiting on two ideas tht was to be delivered on the 7th July very very not please at all I dnt feel the ideas was quality all I want to do was return the ideas for a refund now I have clothes tht dnt work for me!!! I’m not happy and I still dnt know we’re my other ideas are located. I requested to speak to a manager and I was rejected from the call. I spend a good amount of $$$! With ur company this is not a good way to start a good business relationship with a new costumer. I hope to hear from someone right away concerning the matter. Thank you!

Unhappy customer
I order six items and only received four of them. I waited a while to see if the company was going to send me an updated as to when the other two items were going to arrive and I never received a message. When I contacted customer service the first time they claim they would send me a message in my email when my items were shipped. More then two weeks went by and still no email! I contacted them a second time and told them I wanted a refund for the items I never received. They claim it takes 7 to 14 days for a refund! It didn’t take them that long to take the money off my card! This is bad business!
