Easy to use in book loads

Everything is good in this app very transparent only the problem they don’t mention Facilities address. it is convenient who is booking Load they can see Facilities address so that they can check for the warehouse status. where to go and how to get in.

I had an argument with a broker name Lukas Rust today I did an instant book load the day which was my first time instant booking with RXO I booked the load and did not get the rate confirmation to me I thought maybe it go through so this morning I called them to explain the situation, so the broker asked my company info and then he went ahead gave me the load details, he said they require trailer washout with proof of the receipt and no reimbursement, so mind me I just had a trailer washout a couple days ago so immediately I told him I’m not interested he then said do you want to unassigned from the load and yes. A few hours later he wrote me and said they not required trailer washout anymore and I replied to him I said I’m not interested Then a few minutes after he called me and said you black people i don’t like you and cursed me out He said he wrote a negative review for my company. My thing is am I not allowed to say no to his load after he gave me the load details On top of it I did not have a rate confirmation nor I did not sign the rate confirmation neither. This man is nasty and racist.

The app is extremely slow to respond

Not sure of what happened, but this app is extremely slow to respond lately. If I want to search for new loads it takes several seconds to open a desired search option…I hope the app admin can fix this. Also this app compared to som other Brokerages is very “basic”. I like to search for my loads trough the app instead of waiting for long time on the phone to reach a broker. Tracking , submitting paperwork, checking on payment status would be a plus and I would defiantly book more loads with XPO.

Pay to Factoring

My only issue is with payment. My last 2 invoices took 88 plus days to pay . My factoring company was holding over $2,000 of my invoices due to aging invoices from XPO. After serval emails and phone calls . I was able to expedite the payment. I will continue to work with Xpo in future based on point of contacts and assured me if I run across this issue in future reach out to upper management point of contact . Thanks for resolution.,

Bad update

It was better when XPO after the update to RXO I mean come on why it’s super slow and not showing the empty miles and we’ve to wait like 10sec after each click really I stopped booking anything cause it takes forever to do anything, guys update this on IPhone,

RXO worst app to use

XPO was very good and convenient to use. I’ve booked lot of loads on that app. But since the switch to RXO it’s been very difficult to use. I’ve never been successful in booking load with this new app it takes forever to load.

Great rates but not able to book

2 issues • when ever I try to buy the load I never receive a confirmation and it’s always given to someone else • I received a big ding on my carrier rating because it said I was late to a shipper when I wasn’t and have proof. I was using the app & diligently reporting my arrival and departures from the shipper and receiver. When I tried bringing issue I never received a response.

Driver/ Dispatcher

I’m enjoying the load board and I really enjoy this tracking app. It’s on point because I can relay update my status while in route to my destination and that eliminates hold time on phone calls. Thank you Tahj Trucking

I had a lot of trouble with tracking the load, I had to turn off the app every time because every time I opened it to check the follow-up I appeared that I was on tracking off

RXO app is JUNK bring the Old XPO Drive App back.

Since XPO did a rebranding, did they really need to change the old XPO drive app too ? This new app is laggy, the interface looks like a 5 year old designed it. It is missing all the relevant load info which Carriers need to make a decision on whether to book the load or not… Just bring back the old XPO drive app and call it whatever you wanna call it. I used that old app for 4 years and it was the best. This RXO app is JUNK.

Great Experience

I like the app its perfect for booking loads after hours and no hassel to return a previously booked load if i cant do it because of unforseen circumstances. The interface is user firendly and informative

Slow

This app is frustrating. It is extremely slow on my tablet and/or phone. It takes about 5-10 seconds before it puts the cursor in the search box. When I “try” to select a search date it does not show an entire week of dates. It shows Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday dates for every week of the month.

App issue

Thier become more like those cheap apps working like snail, keep crashing, taking longer time than normal to stretch locations,dates and equipment options.

Drive XPO was 10x better in terms of speed this app you have to wait or keep pressing the same feature over and over again

GPS location

GPS location remains on even when not using the app and selecting off when not using the app.

Easy to use

I use XPO app, to plan and look for my load. XPO app is a good resource to have. Most load which are posted on this app are light and less deadhead to cover for the next load.

It’s JUNK

It’s junk app. Put in offer and it just keeps loading forever and ever. It’s basically useless.

Registration problems

Every time I try to register I get to the point where it says I’ll receive an email to finish the registration process…. But I never receive one. And yes I put in the correct email address…. Many times in fact. Had the same issue before updating the app.

Not working right after IOS update

Since the update, the tracking will not work regardless of setting (Always) and all loads are now bid only which the system automatically rejects. Please fix as I have called to complain, emailed, and had two of your brokers try and help with no support.

Super Slow

Compared to the old XPO app, this newer version is super duper slow…it takes forever to load…please fix it…the old way was much better and I enjoyed getting on it searching for loads but now it’s a dread opening it up

Not functional with IOS / apple platform

I have an iPhone, ever since they did the split from XPO, to RXO, this app keeps freezing, doesn’t track anymore, and takes forever to use the app when it doesn’t want to freeze or crash.

Decent App

App doesn’t have correct contact info and only allows you to book at the offer rate. Loads aren’t competitive compared to others in same areas.

Nice app but having shipper/ receiver info would be helpful when bidding on a load. Also recent search history would be nice to have.

Please fix the app

Since the change to RXO the load board has been super slow terrible to touch sensitivity and the calendar won’t allow you to pick certain dates please fix what’s going on I’m missing XPO

The XPO app worked until the new RXO update. Once updated, the app lags very badly. Difficult trying to navigate the site. Whatever changes were made needs to be reversed.

The new RXO freezes and is really really slow or unresponsive. Also you can not see the numbers when you type the bid…Driver dispatch input for location is on not working also. Couldn’t place a bid…I gave up.
