I love the new features added this year to the app, I can almost completely run my prospecting from my phone! I would like the ability to be able to remove a contact from a cadence I’m working on. I usually add contacts to cadences in bulk, and there are typically a few one offs I need to clean out. A simple way to swipe the contact out of the cadence would be great.
Most sales tech apps are pretty rudimentary or hard to use. When I downloaded the Salesloft app, I was pretty impressed. I had a few cadence steps to complete and it sent my emails and logged them back perfectly. I’ve used it a few times to make calls and it gets the job done. I’ll definitely continue to use it and see how it continues to improve over time
Started using Salesloft about 6 months ago and the system alone has helped me as a seller tenfold. I’ve used other tools in the past but I’ve got to say, this is by far the best, AND they have an app! Seriously has made my life easier and has ensured I hit email replies asap when I’m away from my computer. Cant wait to see what else they add from a functionality standpoint
I have previously used Outreach and they do not have an app so having any functionality available to me on the road while visiting clients is a gift. You cannot run cadences yet but that’s probably coming. For now I’m just grateful I can pull contact info and all of the envelope information on each contact while out in the field because the SFDC app is not good for that.
I find it very handy for small quick views of customers and people and live updates. I love the new task tracker update ! The one enhancement request which I would find incredibly helpful is being able to set tasks for individuals on the go. As I view emails, I want to create a task or assign a task. Otherwise I am very pleased with the mobile app!
Good, But Needs To Be Comprehensive With Interface
The app works great on my phone when my work computer is active, but there are issues when I try and check on my phone and my computer is on and I encounter “refreshing errors”. Also, it would be great to have more comprehensive interaction as I have on a computer. Otherwise, great app for checking notifications and responding to clients.
When I get a text it will normally show me the first one but when I go to open when it shows I have a second or more, it won’t show me the text on mobile and I have to go to my laptop to see it.
Why even make a mobile app if there is no functionality?
The only functions of this app are a keypad for dialing numbers and tracking email opens from messages you sent on the desktop version. If I wasn’t in the field often then this wouldn’t matter but this app isn’t built for organizations that have AE’s that work in the field. I need the ability to dial and email from my cadences while I’m on the road. Otherwise I have to wait until I get home to log all my dials and send my emails. This app is really inefficient, I hope Salesloft is working to improve this.
The app is very limited! You are not able to see everything/detail in a person record. You are not able to see notifications notifications of every kind. I get a mobile notification that one of my clients is viewing my webpage but if I go to the app through that notification it doesn’t say anything there. I would like to be able to watch the demos that are recorded and stored in salesloft on the go. For instance if I’m going onsite I’d like to be able to watch the video on my cell phone from my discovery call I cannot do that. This app is very basic, which was fine for five years ago. But we are past Covid and in Mobile era . I would like to be able to see everything in a contact record abd the ability to filter down to just what I have done.
Expect this app to have some really vital functionality. Here are a couple issues. While you can see that someone emailed you, you are not able to see what the email is and reply. This is a pretty basic requirement. Although you can add someone to a cadence and email them immediately you can’t continue with the next steps for others that may be a that same cadence. There’s no way to see the cadence list either, unless you’re adding someone to a cadence by clicking their email.
I love that this app keeps me up to date with my prospect communication without me having to hop in to my pc to see if someone’s read or opened my emails. It’s also super easy for me to take or make calls/send text from my own cell. Excited for them to continue to upgrade and grow app!
The Salesloft app is a crucial piece of my sales process and allows me to get work done wherever I am. It’s extremely easy to use and robust, and is different than any of the competitors’ tools. Highly recommend incorporating this into your work day!
Our Sales team brought this on and it has helped me tremendously. I am on the go a lot and having the ability to place calls, send texts and know it’s being logged back into my CRM when I am away from my computer/desk is a game changer.
The idea and build of the app seems great, but once you actually use it’s a pretty bad experience. Things often don’t load properly, but the worst part is the texting. Most times I try to send a text and it sends nothing, I have to restart the app to be able to send the text. If they fix this it would probably be 5 stars.
It has the basic functionalities for salesloft to make a call or quick note. There’s still 2 big issues: 1 - texts received don’t show up right away no matter how many times you close the app 2 - you can’t expand the logs on contacts to see notes or content of prior activities
It is crucial for me to know when my prospects are engaging with my content when I am on the road. The salesloft mobile app allows me to run my business and strike when the iron is hot no matter where I am.
Love being able to prospect from my phone — who should I be prospecting, what should I be saying, what do I know about them — all from this app. Game changer!!
Love using this to make calls while I walk my dog. Nice to step away from the computer. Can't wait to see future versions where I can run cadence steps, update opps, and review calls.
One second it works next second it doesn’t. Very minimal app and still doesn’t work for the few things it’s made to do like calling through cadences. Sometimes it works othertimes you just open and close the app several times and cross your fingers.. this morning I’m having no luck attempting to dial through a list with the app on iPhone.
Purely having the application is a huge value - the trigger to know when contacts are engaging with the content, and adding net new contacts, saves time.
I love the app. It gives me real time updates on contact engagement. My only issue is that if someone replies, I can’t see the response on the mobile version, just on desktop which kinda defeats the purpose of mobile.
Everytime i try to use this app not a single thing works. Can’t tap and open emails, can’t dial anything, can open the dialer but can’t enter numbers, can’t open messengers—every basic function you need to do on here you cannot. Massive failure honestly; don’t waste your time until they fix it.
I really don’t understand the point of the app. Not only can you not run cadences, but at the account level, you can only see details and not actually make any changes. For example, I’d love to use the app on my ipad to take notes directly into the accounts during meetings. There is not a way to do this. We need: - Ability to change and add to accounts - Ability to view and update pipeline from Deals panel - Run cadences - Improved note functionality within accounts
Great idea for an app but not the best execution. The dark mode has poor visibility and the app itself has a lot of bugs that need to get worked out. Outside of that this is would be an awesome way to keep up with sales outreach.
it glitches and freezes soooo much and i have to use it for work. i hate using the app it freezes and i have to close out of it every 2-3 calls because it freezes up.
I rely on SalesLoft on a daily basis - love it. App is basically worthless to me. Texts send when they want to. Menu and pages load intermittently. Always throwing up errors. I would love to use this.
Very happy this app now exists. It’s been especially impactful for my outside reps who had trouble logging on the road. Now, they can log calls to Salesloft and Salesforce at once with the click of a button. The app ensures that no conversations are lost.
I have had this app for a few months now. I have never been able to use the search bar. When I type in a name, the information will pull up only brief, then the page will say “Oops! We searched high and low, but we cannot…” it is so frustrating. If I hit edit when searching, I am able to see the info I need to see but what is the point of the search bar if it does not work…?
The only thing keeping me from giving this a higher rating is the fact that you can’t see / run your cadences. Add that and I’m changing this review to 5 stars.
Why bother building an app when it doesn’t work half the time? Searching for customers generates an error, there’s no way to monitor text messages, and selecting an email address only works if you’re using the default Apple mail console. Work harder on having a functioning app and less on the company logo and color scheme.
No cadences, no email templates, no upcoming actions?
What is the point of this without being able to run cadences, use email templates, etc? I can use salesforce alone for making calls and logging activities on my phone. I can’t believe the lack of functionality on the salesloft mobile app. I’m disappointed and hope this is on the roadmap, or my company will be moving away from Loft. Don’t lose customers!!
This app is awful. No cadence?! Tried using it through safari and it’s also absolute trash 🥺Hopefully updates happen shortly to fix that because as a commuter, this would be amazing to be able to use when I’m waiting at the station or on my way into the office!
No cadences? No templates? Only call logs and read receipts? The point of wanting my small phone to have SalesLoft on it is to run rapid fire calls using my phone. If this feature was added. I’d be able to make more calls, go on more walks, and see my (phone)screen in the sun! The rest can & should be done on a computer. Pretty sure this is the first review I’ve ever left on an app. Just looking out for salespeople with my review.... doubt (but hope) salesloft takes the feedback.
