I’ve been trying for days to log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled app and still nothing. I sign in fine but then the spinning circle starts and I never get in to the app. :(
It seems like every update causes a problem. Every time there is one I have trouble opening and logging in. The latest (4 days ago) was installed and not is just sits on the SAP screen frozen This makes it impossible to get work done while traveling. It is happening too often. Please QC your work before you push it to the users of your software
My employer uses this app. It has too many hiccups to have been in existence for seventeen years. I constantly have to reconnect to my company’s purchasing and buying system. It is marketed as a convenient solution for approving orders while out of the office. However, it does not always function well. I might as well carry my work laptop with me to prepare and approve orders.
This app is an ignorant app that helps us approve purchases faster. However this app is not up to par because it constantly crashes. You have to always delete it then redownload it. For as important as it is, this app should be far more reliable. Very disappointing. I’m recommending my company to replace this company and their app because it’s trash.

This message has been there for several months when I open the app. It was just updated 2 days ago and still has the message. I uninstalled and reinstalled with no change.
I see a lot of people with the same issue and the reply is always the same, please open a ticket blah blah blah. I’m having the same problem where the app is stuck on loading. How about fixing the app. I don’t want to deal with my own tech support let alone a third party.
After using the code to sign in, is brings me to a spinning circle and once that’s completed the screen just turns white. It says on the computer that I’m activated but on the phone there’s nothing.
