Gets the job done

It’s not the best app and it has a bug where it won’t let me put in my thumbprint so I have to type in my login every single time I open the app and it’s really annoying but it works for the most part I guess

App suggestion

I think we should be able to see our paycheck stubs on this app. Now that we don’t get a paper version anymore. Can’t you add that ability to this app? We should not have to go to the store to look at our paystub. That would be a great addition to this. If you can get that to work out it would be greatly appreciated

Ok I guess

It’s good when it actually works, for the last week it’s been taking 15-18 min for it to “load” very frustrating.

Is this app EVER going to be fixed?

Still can’t log in on my phone. Times out every single time and can’t even get the Face ID to work. Only the work tablet seems to be working. Very frustrating. Should be able to access my schedule whenever I need to.

Doesn’t get the job done!!

Can’t put in a request for days off and i cant even look at other things that other companies would supply in their apps/employee self services. Though, its not like their going to read this!

Face ID

Gives you options to set up Face ID & won’t let it even work 🙄 a hassle to log in everyone I need to check my schedule

Constantly crashing

This app is constantly crashing to where I Iegit have to uninstall and reinstall almost every day. It always says there’s “an error fetching data”. Also, I agree with the other interviewer that said we should be able to see our paystubs from the app.

i’m assuming the login is down due to so many stores being closed, however we still need access to time cards and vacation hours available. Hope this is fixed soon.

why is there even a face ID option

i get tired of typing in my password every time i use this app & so do my employees. it's been like 3 years give it a quality update please and thnx 😊

Good

It’s a good app to view schedules and add requests. I agree with another review on here that it should give us an option to view paystubs.

fix this!

This New update i dont like it at all, when i log out of the app! It doesnt actually log out like i have to refresh the screen in order for it to fully log out !!! Like you all need to work on this ASAP.

Enable fingerprint

I sometimes don’t have the time to log on or remember what my password might be. I need to be able to log on with my finger print.

This app needs a serious update I have to uninstall the app every time to look at different things it’s pretty inconvenient.

I can’t even reset my password, even though my state is open again, so now we have to manually send everything and it’s a mess

Can’t log in

I can’t log in with the same password. Hitting forgot password doesn’t work. Please update we are already working in store.

touch ID/facial recognition don’t work

would make sense to fix these features since the username is assigned and the passwords change so often

When trying to enable touch Id it keeps on saying invalid username and password
