Mortgage payment
This app allows me to pay my mortgage. If you pay on the due date, the app takes a few days for the payment to show paid on the companies side.

Update broke login
This latest update has broken facial recognition for login. Even after you enter your password, get prompted for facial recognition it doesn’t work. Tried several times and the same result. Nice job on checking your updates because we are sure that this impacts more customers. Unfortunately the developer response didn’t even address the facial recognition issue with the app update, we in fact called in several times, but the app is still not working properly. As was previously reported, facial recognition no longer works. The latest update fixed the issue with the login, it’s unfortunate that no testing was done and that reporting to the company when calling in didn’t elicit any response. This is a recipe for recurring problems. The fact that nobody admits to fixing that which they broke (Lack of accountability) is sad. But not surprising or as sad as calling into the company’s support. It’s a mortgage company, the service desk says there’s no escrow department, and it gets worse but not applicable.

Poor app, and an even worse company
The app itself is slow and has bugs that need to be fixed. You can not scroll all the way to the bottom on most pages and it’s just glitchy in general. This company assumed our mortgage a few months ago and it has been a nightmare ever since, specially with the transfer of insurance documents. It’s like no one at their company bothers to take notes or pass on information to others so nothing is streamlined or in sync. My insurance company thought that the calls that they were receiving from this company were spam because the people that were calling could barely speak English. Finally after a few agonizing months everything got squared away…at least we think so. The end result is I will owe them $26 dollars for not providing insurance documents to them in time. At first I thought I was going to try and fight this to keep my $26 dollars, but I think I will save my sanity. Anyways, terrible company and app…did I say that already?

Outdated and Inconvenient
Pros: 1. The app allows for online mortgage payments. 2. So far, it has accurately reported my payments. Cons: 1. No Auto-Pay Setup on the App: It’s 2024, yet you still can’t set up auto-pay online. Instead, you have to call them, which is inconvenient and outdated. 2. Delayed Account Updates: After my mortgage was transferred to this company, I was alarmed by a delay in updating my account, which made me worry unnecessarily about missing a payment. It took them a full month to reflect the payment on the app. 3. Clunky Interface: The app feels outdated and lacks the smooth functionality you’d expect from a financial service in this day and age. 4. Auto-Pay Setup Revisited: Seriously, you still have to call to set up auto-pay. This cannot be emphasized enough—it’s a basic feature that should be available online.

Think twice before letting them take over your mortgage
TERRIBLE COMPANY. If your mortgage is through ServBank, I recommend you refinance your mortgage and choose a different bank. They are terrible. They will add fees to your monthly payments without informing you. They will change the confirmation amount from what you think you're paying to something completely different. Buyer beware, terrible, terrible, terrible. For example, I paid my mortgage. took a screenshot of the confirmation total two days later they tried to take my mortgage plus $100 more out without confirming with me. I don’t know how they get away with stuff like this. If you read the other reviews, this is not an isolated incident. I started with the money source and they were acquired by Servbank. Sunset acquisition about two years ago. I’ve had nothing but problems. DO NOT GO THROUGH SERVBANK!!

Mobile site lacks clarity
The site is too cumbersome and it is difficult to find what I am looking for and at times I cannot. For instance just yesterday I attempted to make a payment through the mobile app. I thought everything was scheduled and correct. It appears that I either missed a step even though I went so far as choosing the account from which it would be drawn. There is no place I can go to see if a payment is pending and it appears that no payment was made. Still not sure a day later but would love to see a simpler and less cumbersome mobile site.

Hands down the worst app I have ever used
I have worked for 2 banks, had my mortgage transferred twice, and held bank accounts at multiple institutions and this is the worst app I have ever used. It is like going back in time to 1996 and using dial up. It gives you the option to pay more on your mortgage payment but when you try to select that option it does not let you continue and says “regular payment must be made first before paying any additional payment” ok then why have the option? Honestly can’t wait for my mortgage to be transferred again this is my least favorite lending company thus far. I wish we could choose who gets our business.

Missing basic functionality
Like most things in the mortgage industry, you are bought and sold without notice throughout the life of your mortgage term. Something as simple as splitting a payment in two is not a self service option and the recommended course is to go back in time and use our banks to send out paper checks… First few weeks “with” Servebank and it’s already a countdown until we’re free from them. Since we didn’t choose to bank with them and our servicing was migrated, hopefully they fail as a going concern or they hand us off to someone else. Whichever comes first is fine by me.

good features, but buggy fails often unexpectedly
this app has good features allows you to see your documents and make your note payments sometime. It fails on login often and for some reason, makes it difficult to make advanced payments it always marks your payment to zero when you try to go back to the payment page not allowing you to change the number or amount. Overall, it’s a good app, but these bugs take away from it.

Mediocre at best.
The app can only be as good as the company and I’ve had issues as a whole with Servbank. I’ve been double charged twice. Once on their end and it was refunded in 4 days. Once on my end I added a small payment to my monthly charge and was charged in full a second payment. It’s been 22 days and still no refunded despite being told I’d receive it. The app I have trouble logging in on occasion as well as finding important documents.

Insurance not paid on time
I’ve contacted Servbank at least three times to ask them about the process for paying for the outstanding balance on my homeowners insurance and have uploaded an updated invoice and declaration page twice—and had the insurance company send them as well. The insurance company kindly waived my late fee, but I expect Servbank to follow up on what I was told each time I called and pay the bill before my insurance is dropped.

Customer Service
You do not take care of your clients. There is no and I mean NO interaction with the client. I have asked and requested an understanding on my escrow account - no one is able to give me any information. I have never receive my property insurance and I have asked for the terms I have never received it. I would like to shop for my own insurance no one will give me guidance. I wish that another bank would take over my account. I am a sad and disappointed first time home owner Thank you.

one star!
This app should allow the payment being made to be submitted anytime within the day of choice, including the same day. Not allowing the payment to be processed on the day selected such as the same date, seems like this company is just looking to charge another “late” fee and charge more while looking to take advantage of the customer while finding a process that leaves the customer with no choice, it’s a bad practice!!

Login Issues
This app will not, unlike other apps, allow me to save login credentials to my phone passwords and work. Also, the Face ID function doesn’t work. Lastly, the two factor verification won’t allow me to select text messages instead of email! Quality speaks volume, especially with access and security issues! Please address these concerns! Not a fan
The app doesn’t allow me to select specific payment options even though the options are listed. When I call customer service they are not able to resolve the issue. I’ve also had to re-try making a payment on a different day because the system isn’t working properly and won’t accept my payment at the time I try to make one.

Review
You’re online app takes way too long to take money out when I make a payment. Constantly watching my account to see if you took your withdrawal after I’ve paid is very old and annoying technology. Every other payment system comes out same day or on Monday if a payment is made on the weekend. Hopefully I’m not charged late fees from your lack of current technology.

APP IS TERRIBLE
So many things wrong. Difficult to login. You have to press on the screen a lot… only to find out there is a “terms and conditions” agreement prior to going to next screen but the keyboard is blocking it from showing. Fast forward to logging in, I can’t even confirm my bank information for automatic payments because again… the keyboard is in the way and won’t go away to confirm details. Just horrible.

Works fine.
Went to TMS app, told me to download Servbank app. Installed fine, used my TMS password and worked fine, home page with all correct info, easy to use for a computer illiterate like me. So far a seamless transition.

Too long
I always make my payment on 1st of the month, but service bank takes 3-4 days to process payment, and by then they are sending nastygrams saying my payment is late. You guys need to get your act together. I did my part!!! Other then that the app is easy to use

Payment plus doesn’t work
Each time I select payment plus (extra 10% to principal) I get an error saying “payment plus not allowed until total payment due is made” I’m not behind. I’m today (July 4) trying to select August 1 payment. So then I have to schedule a regular payment and go in and edit it. Please fix this glitch.

UNWILLING TO GIVE ME LOAN PAYOFF AMOUNT AFTER WEEKS
Servbank and their app are HORRIBLE. Half the time the app freezes when I try to make a payment (guessing they want to collect late fees) and I’ve been trying to get my loan payoff amount for 1.5 WEEKS now and they continue to just say “sorry, we’re unable to right now.” WHAT?!?! It’s hindering us from being able to refinance (currently 7.25% interest rate). My lawyer will be contacting Servbank if this continues. DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE WITH SERVBANK!!!!!!

Harassment
My mortgage like hundreds of thousands of others mortgages are due first of the month but we have until the 16th to pay it I’m never late never missed a payment and I’m constantly harassed by your company!!! It’s not late until 10 days after official final due date which the 16th !! You make me feel like I’m doing something wrong I have an excellent payment history!!!!

Does not work
I echo the previous review. I cannot login with this unusable app. You can’t scroll down to enter your login info. Clearly there is something below. I can login on the webpage without issue. Never seen an app like this. Unfortunate as we came over with the sale of The Money Source which had an outstanding app. Too bad they didn’t use their tech when they bought them.

Customer service that answered the phone call Your raised his voice and me telling me I called already so I got upset I’m not his child for him to raise his voice to me I told him he didn’t need to yell at me that I was calling to do a follow up since I didn’t hear back from anyone hate this new mortgage company I’m going to start shopping for another one .🤬

Invalid Date
Can’t post payments on weekends because you will get an “Invalid Date” error. Also recommend renting. Buying a house is stupid. Majority of the payment goes to interest and escrow. Out of $1057 mortgage only $200 and some pays the principal. Don’t even get me started on PMI.

Disappointed
I alway pay my payment after the 16th of each month. I used to be able to pay the late fee along with the payment until February of this year. I have to call in each month which I don’t have time to do. So please fix this app so you have the option to pay late fee along with monthly payment!!! Thank you

Unable to make additional payments
App won’t let you select payment plus 10% option unless you already pay the full amount. (Why have it as an option then?) any additional payments I try to make, a number pad will come up that will not close and I am unable to make the payment or the app freezes.

Can’t show breakdown of principle and interest for each payment. Can’t pay extra principal on payment for the month which makes no sense. Only wait to do it is select 10% option or make the monthly payment and com back and than make principal payment.

Minimal use
I’m disappointed. I can use the app to view how much I owe, but not the statements, even though I get notices to view them, they’re not available. The app in general has limited functionality and is only slightly more user friendly than the full website.

It’s not truly connected to the payment system.
It’s convenient enough, but the history of transactions when viewed online appear to be different from a payment made through the website. And some functions are not possible though they appear in the app.

ERROR when selecting terms
Unable to use the app at all. When trying to login you select to READ the terms & conditions you must approve to use the app, it takes you to an error message. Can’t get past the login. Unless you agree to terms that you can’t access to read to approve? If resolved I would try again.

Terrible Customer Service
Customer service is a nightmare. Generic responses to email inquiries and cannot ever get anyone on the phone. When we were switched over from TMS to Servbank, no one notified our insurance company so we have been going without for over a year. I only out because we actually needed it recently.

You can’t see if you have a scheduled payment. Plus you get an email saying you have a letter but you download it and it is so small you can’t read it. It shouldn’t be this difficult to find your information

I don’t understand how you buy a company (TMS) with a great app and then create such a dumpster fire like this. It’s not like we had a choice in this and are now just stuck with your poor management decisions. Recurring payments system is broken and I’ve now had to make manual payments 2 months in a row after 3 years of easy payments with TMS

It would be nice to be able to set up extra payments or a by monthly schedule utilizing the app, but this feature in this app does not allow that and it’s not usable to allow you to view an amortization schedule seems pretty elementary
