SEVENTEEN LIGHT STICK VER2

It used to work for me fine but ever since last yr, it didn’t want to for some reason connect anymore. I bought this off of Weverse so I know it’s official but it still says it’s not connected even though it shows the blue light, I just want to see the other light modes again, Lord Jesus please help this app work again!

Everything works fine in terms of the settings for the carat bong. However, I am attending the January concert and no dates are showing up for it in the app. Please add the 2020 concert dates!

I just received my caratbong and I no lie have spent over an hour almost 2 trying to get it to connect to this app. It’s because it asks to update the caratbong. I follow the steps and it doesn’t want to connect either way. Is the app glitching? I’ve tried this on an iPad and my new phone and still nothing. I’m pretty good with tech so I don’t see how it’s user error. Please fix it! It’s super annoying re doing the steps over and over again with no success!

I know my lightstick is real I got it off of Weverse for crying out loud it used to connect to both of the apps that are on here but it doesn’t anymore I know there isn’t any seventeen concerts anytime soon but I still want to have if to mess around with it I want it to be colorful and bright to have its rainbow colors but not this nor the other app will connect to it

The app is great!! My lightstick connects perfectly, but the battery thing is a bit confusing since the percentage keeps changing each time i tap on it (like 70 to 60 to 80)

This is a way to test if your light stick is official or not if it doesn’t connect you probably got scammed. I love it always change it to pink or blue

you have to reconnect the light stick to the app every time you open it but it doesn’t take too long so i don’t mind. once it’s connected it’s really easy to control and i love all of the different modes and colors! i haven’t been to a concert yet so i can’t comment on adding dates + seats but other than that the app works great. just make sure that your light stick is authentic!!

The app works and everything but I’m going to a concert in January and the date isn’t in the app so I cannot put that information in

I am able to connect my light stick on another phone but not my own. My app says “firmware (null)” and I don’t know how to update it.. I think this may be the reason it is not searching for Bluetooth devices..

I had reinstalled the app onto a new device but the lightstick will not connect within the app. It is an official lightstick and I initialized it like the app recommended but it still won’t connect.

I bought an official light stick, however the app won’t connect to it. The light blinks blue, and it still updates, but the app says that it doesn’t connect? I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem but if there’s a way to fix it, please let me know!

I just got my lightstick and i can’t connect it at all and I ordered it from WEVERSE so I know it’s real but when I open the app it doesn’t spin around the Bluetooth and won’t connect. I go to a concert at the end of this month so please fix the app

I recently tried connecting my lightstick but it won’t connect and on the main page it says something between the lines of server not connecting. Please help!

Were is the update on the concert cause it said 2019 but were in 2020 and it said updated but there is nun

I am going to a concert in less than a week and the concert dates for the ‘Theater Setting’ still haven’t been updated and there is no offer to update the app either. Other than that it’s a fantastic app.

It connected just fine the first time. Now it refuses to even try to connect. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, restarted my phone, everything.

I’ve tried multiple times to connect it but nothing happens. When I go to settings it doesn’t show up on Bluetooth I’ve done everything I can but nothing happens

Didn’t have my concert date on the app. They messed up and put a the day before, but they didn’t have a concert then.

The app right now is not working when I try to connect my light stick it’s says it’s unavailable and I try multiple times ( I really need help! )

I’ve seen reviews that the app always asks to update the lightstick. Its really annoying I've been trying for 2 days to connect it but it doesn’t.

about a week and a half ago, when i first got my light stick (real, not fake), it connected!! but now, it doesn’t. i have tried resetting my phone, initializing the light stick, redownloading the app, turning bluetooth on and off, etc. the ver 2 app tells me that version info from the server is unavailable and to contact a manager

At first my Carat bong would connect to the app but now I can’t connect it to the app at all

This app wouldn’t let me connect my lightstick to each other. Cant even contact the person who created the app.

I try to connect my LS to see the difference between the 3rd ver. And it tells me this “ 서버에서 버전정보를 가져오는것에 실패하였습니다. 관리자에게 문의해 주세요” Which means “Failed to retrieve version information from the server. Please contact the administrator” It’s unfair to those who have this Version and can’t even access it’s full potential… please fix it

I also am having server version failure or something?!?? Will it be fixed before my concert???

hi it doesn’t let me stay in the app for more than 10 seconds! it doesn’t work at all. it crashes every time open it and i’ve tried everything :(
