Wow
So comfortable you forget they are on!! They actually stay on when doing my 5 miles run and all my other exercises. I believe the sound is better from the open runs specially on the low deep sounds range. I love that you can hear the outside sounds when I am outdoor running since when I run is in the wilderness and I want to be able to hear any animal might be around!! When I am doing other exercises I usually do them early before work and before the kids get up and they let me hear if something is needed since I have a little one. The multi-connection works amazing changing across the designated devices automatically and it has never failed. I just discovered that if I leave my ipad in the middle of the house I can walk and listen to my music almost in every area in the house so the range is way better that my old open run with I still also love but my wife has claim ownership lol. I got them because as stated my wife was taking my old ones to much so went to website to get new ones and then I saw a new model so decided to give it a try. Now the problem is she is wanting this ones. Lol

Basic but necessary
If you have the Open Pro version of boneless headphones I recommend downloading this app. I don’t think it is absolutely necessary to have the app to change certain settings on your openrun pros but it does make it easier and allows you to look at the settings and know which ones are selected without having to go through your openrun pro buttons changing things just so you can hear which setting is selected. The one thing it is absolutely necessary for that you can not do on your openrun pros is find out exactly how much battery you have left. The ORpros will tell you High,Medium, or Low when it turns on which indicates how much battery charge is remaining. Yet, the app will give you a % of battery left. Try it out you can always delete it if you do not like the app. Oh, make sure you register the ORpros on the app so you will have a record of your serial number and be covered under warranty. Have a great day and I hope you enjoy your Openrun pros as much as my fiancé and I enjoy ours. Did you know that they make the openrun pros in a mini size?? I have a big head and the minis fit nicely on my head. I almost bought them but since I wear a hard hat daily (which has a strap pressed against the back of my head) I purchased the regular size. Need to do a test fit if possible though because you might really like the minis. I know my fiancés pea head sure appreciates the fact that I bought her the minis.

Finally wireless earbuds that stay on and sound great
Thanks to my small ears and head never could wear earbuds that stayed in, and always had to buy add on ear hooks that never really fit well or were comfortable enough to wear for more that 20 minutes. I had given up and bought a pair of Shockz Openrun Mini - which I loved, but when I lost them and went to buy a new pair I saw the Openfit with ear hooks and decided to give them a try. They stay on, sound fantastic, and best part is that I forget I have them on! i love that I can pair them with both my phone and iPad, and the app helps adjust sound/volume etc to my liking without which has made using them so easy. And bonus that they are comfortable enough to wear in bed, and through the app can adjust the pause button to be in the ear not touching the pillow. If I could change anything it would be great if the case had wireless charging, a mini size (they stay on fine, but a little smaller would be even better) more colors and a ring in the case to hand them on a hook on my bag or at home - but I found a case that has that feature. Big fan!

Finally, a device I can live with!
I spend most of every day in front of a computer, on Teams or phone calls. In-ear devices never stay in my ears, and hurt after a while. I’ve tried various over-ear headphones, and even the best begin to hurt after a few hours of use. My Shokz headset is so unobtrusive that I often forget that I have them on my head. I seldom listen to music, but when I do, I find them fully adequate. If I really want to hear better fidelity, I’ll don a pair of headphones or put some power into more serious speakers. But for business use and phone conversations without blocking external sounds, I find Shokz to be perfect! I can make it through a full working day on one charge, but the fast charge option is so good, that it’s not a big deal, if I do need to recharge them. I bought a pair for my 30-something daughter who has hearing loss in one ear, and they work fantastic for her! I’m going to buy a third pair so that my wife can enjoy them while on her peloton.

Almost
Pros: Sounds is way better than conductive types especially when driving etc where there background noise. Based on people I’m on the phone with, they indicate the background noise cancellation is impressive and they can hear me clearly even when I’m standing near loud music or loud machinery. Bass is impressive for open air concept. Nice to have the EQ to adjust for listening style/type. Stays on the ear securely. I can do all my ninja rolls without losing the earpiece. Can still hear my situational surroundings which is huge plus over traditional in-ear earphones. Cons: Was not comfortable with my eyeglasses ( Yours may differ). Battery talk time can be better. Not sure if the app battery indicator is inaccurate or the battery is poor because my talk time was only about 50% of expected. Although open-air concept it covers just enough of the ear canal that I still get a little moisture buildup which is a bit annoying. They should also come up with a one-piece design connected with the cross-support across the back of your head for those not not needing separate one-piece functionality because it’s inconvenient having to juggle the individual pieces (I miss my conductive type that’s all one unit).

Open road pro is a nice headset
These are a nice set of headphones for the office. I like how I can connect to my work PC and work cell phone at the same time. The open ear allows me to have conversations with other people without removing the headset. They are very comfortable to wear all day and have great battery life. I think the audio quality is good at this price point. I would like to have a bit smaller loop around the back of my neck. It will sometimes get caught up in a hoodie or jacket collar. The only real issues I have, it will not automatically reconnect to my PC or phone. Several times a day I need to leave my desk and when I’m back in range of the Bluetooth they won’t automatically reconnect. Most of the time I can reconnect to my PC through the app but, when I forget my phone at my desk it won’t reconnect at all. The app won’t recognize them and the only way to get it to reconnect is to power cycle the headphones. Overall, they are a good headset that are very comfortable, good sound, and long battery life. I would and have recommend these to friends and family.

Love my Open Fits
My wife has had two pair of open run and I liked those but they caused me a headache when f wearing at work all day long. (We use wireless coms at work.) But I love the compact size and long battery life of these little but powerful ear buds. I can even wear them on my motorcycle. Sometimes I don’t wear a helmet and they still fell secure up to around 50 mph! I have been up to 70 mph for a few miles but they didn’t feel as secure at that speed. Battery last all day and they become so comfortable that I don’t even realize I’m wearing them until my wife makes fun of me after I get home! I don’t listen to music so can’t speak to bass and what not but Podcast and Audible plays well and voice calls are clear. I can even talk in low tones when needed and still be heard very clear, or so I’m told. The case been good for at least 3-4 full charges before I charged. That’s all I can think to say after having for about 4 months now, super satisfied!

Great for those who can’t do in ear headphones
I love these headphones, I had ear surgery a few times & can no longer use in ear headphones because of it, I also don’t like over the ear headphones because of the bulk. Shokz are perfect for being able to watch an episode of my favorite show & being able to hear my kids when I need to, they’re also great because they don’t feel uncomfortable, they’re lightweight enough to almost forget you have them on. Amazing when you need to make a phone call or listen to music while grocery shopping & feel like you need to be in your own world while picking up necessities while being able to pick up on the normal ruckus going on in the grocery store. Bonus perk is when people think you’re talking to yourself because its hard to see that you have the Shokz on when you have long hair covering your ears.

Review after using for 3 months
I am 54 yrs old female, and I use strictly for talking on the phone answering and listening. I do not play music, I use these for work, in my office and out in the field. So far the Shocks are the best that I have found for using them with my Apple I-phone 13, that do not connect around the back of my head. I like that they are independent of each other and I don’t have to have them both in my ears, I can use left or the right independently. The connection is pretty good, (could be a tad better, but not complaining) once in a while I might drop a call. I’m not hard of hearing so I can clearly hear the person on the other end. I like that it does not sit directly in ear. The case is convenient, could be a littler smaller for pockets. The only thing that is a negative is I do have an Apple Watch, that has its own line. The Shocks app does not work independently with my Apple Watch so in order for me to use the Shokz I do have to have my phone in radius.

Extremely Disappointed
I have used the bone conducting products from AfterShokz most of their 12 years in existence. They used to be proud to be a U.S. company and their products and service reflected that U.S. pride and ingenuity. Then something happened. AfterShokz announced their name change and moved out of the United States to Texas, the land of constant power outages and oppression of women and immigrants by the authoritarian autocrat book-burner Greg Abbot. It seems this move out of the US to Texas was a cover for their real transfer of power. They have followed Trump to China and Russia, his favorite countries (besides his Rocket Man’s North Korea.) Sad! Shokz is now located in Shenzhen, China and Hong Kong. Now we see why they have lost so much of their innovation and responsiveness to customers. And why they have been unable to make the app work properly for everyone and across all of their headphone and headset products. I had so hoped they would have connected their product to Apple Live Listen by now - a service I am needing more often as I age. But they have obviously not listening to the needs of their loyal customers for a while. Sad.

The best on the market.
I have owned several head sets and sets of earphones. These by far have been the most comfortable and easy to use. They have the best transparency as there is nothing in your ear to block noises. These work well and don’t irritate my ears or skin like previous other brand products have. They are affordable and hold charge better than any other headset I have used. I work around heavy equipment every day and these have been amazing. The mic provided in this head set has been great. I have had no complaints of the clarity of my voice from the receiving end of callers. I would highly recommend these to any and everyone. They even work well in applications where ear plugs are required for noise cancellation. Even with equipment running in the background people I call can clearly hear my voice without all of the background noise drowning me out.

A Game-changer!
It has been almost 8 months since purchase and have no regrets. The sound quality is sufficiently balanced with the practicality. Love that it’s lightweight yet durable titanium band helps which helps them from falling off or losing the device altogether like I would have with earbuds and is comfortable to wear. I was drawn to the bone conduction device primarily for the “lose-proof” factor, to be able to answer calls on the move, and worry-free work outs from the device falling off. I was not expecting top-notch sound quality, however, the volume and sound is quite good for day to day tasks. Fully charged, the device lasts me a full day of usage with no issues. The only drawback if I had to state is that the magnetic charger is proprietary so you may consider buying an extra down the line. I would not hesitate to recommend the Shokz OpenRun Pro whatsoever!

Lightweight with clarity
I bought the around the head Shokz for my sister. She was complaining that when she is mowing the lawn she can’t listen to her music. She said she doesn’t want something that drowns out all the outside noise, so after checking out several different ones I picked Shokz. After she received them and she told me how wonderful they were so I decided to get some for myself. You have to understand, I LOVE MUSIC and I enjoy listening to it all the time. I bought noise cancelling headphones from Bose and I love them but like my sister, I wanted to be able to hear noises around me and the noise cancelling was too much on the Bose. I bought the new Shokz which just fit around my ear and I love them. I actually forget I have them on. Lightweight with extreme clarity and it makes gardening so wonderful and I owe it to Shokz. Thanks again.

Shokz Open Run, Open Fit and Open Fit Air
Shokz is an amazing company that produces a great Product and backs them up with great warranties and great customer service. I have a pair of Open Run, a pair of Open Fit and a pair of Open Fit Air and they are all amazing. My wife has 2 pair of Open Run, a Pair of Open Fit and a Pair of Open Fit Air. She prefers the open Run and I prefer the Open Fit’s. I have had a couple pair replaced under warranty and they got me the replacements in less than 2 weeks. They all sound great and function as described. I’ve had a couple instances over the last 4 years where a connection was lost. But that’s it. I re-pair them and we’re golden. I don’t work for Shokz nor am I paid for this review. I’m just a good ole boy from Arizona who likes to give credit where credit is due. Thank you Shokz!

It’s not bad
I’d say it’s an upgrade from the cheap wired old Apple headphones. I think it depends on how your head is shaped as well as how you angle them you will hear different tones as they vibrate on different parts of your face or the Tragus (the part before your ear). They are comfortable and it is nice in the way you can do things while wearing them you couldn’t before like hold convos with others and don’t feel rude. I wore them all day at a low volume however at the gym I definitely had to turn it up past half way. I’m still a bit on the fence about keeping them…I need to go for a long run with them and see if they stay in place since there really is no way to brace the back end unless you angle it up into your hat like I’ve done today…is there a “mini” version? I thought I saw something like that as an option although I’ve never thought of my head as small…

Love Shokz
When my wife first suggested I try her first pair, I was initially skeptical but, ever since that first use, I’ve been a huge fan! I have purchased 4 different sets of Shokz over the years, with only one pair actually going kaput on me. My original pair still work just fine, pair #2 openrun, pair #3 opencomm, and now my 4th pair, openfit. The power/volume up button recently broke on Pair #2 after about three years of at least 15 hours of use every day. Not sad or upset about it, they worked well right up to the very end. I love the openrun model because it’s so sleek that I can sleep in them with little issue. Obviously opencomm you wouldn’t use for sleeping. The openfit, I tried for the first time last night and they faired well too! Although, one of them popped off my ear while sleeping on my side. Why do I love Shokz? Frankly, it’s the fact I can be on calls, listen to music, podcasts, do my babble lessons, etc., and still maintain my critically important situational awareness at all times. Whether I’m in the city or the woods, i can enjoy music, talk to my friends or family, or learn a new language and still have my head on a swivel. So yeah, you could say I’m a big fan!

Shokz vs Sony WF-1000XM4
I have used the Sonys for 2 years now. The Sonys are excellent for noise cancelling and sound. The only issue is I work in a way where I travel and walk with customers, having multiple conversations over the phone and in person. The Sonys noise cancelling is too good, with the amplification hearing tinny and difficult. Excellent head phones if you can or want to be isolated. Shocks with the open ear design, truly work great for me. I can not only hear the phone and sound with out missing the conversations happening around me. I can also hear my surroundings, while listening to call or audiobooks. When I am on site and working, I can actually hear things around me. This is an excellent safety feature for me being in construction.

Use the custom EQ settings
I really enjoy the OpenFit. I am normally an OpenRun Pro wearer, but I typically only used those for calls. They work great, but the vibration of the OpenRun gets to me when listening to music or podcasts for hours. The OpenFit solves these issues for me. I have total awareness of my surroundings, and now get to listen to podcasts, music, whatever I want with no issues. Again…I love the OpenRun, and I’m guessing the bone conduction vibration issues where mine alone, it’s just great to have something that solves all my problems. The one thing that I think they need to improve on is the preprogrammed EQ settings for VOICE, MUSIC, Bass Boost, etc. These programs didn’t work for me. I was happy that i was able to set up custom EQ settings and this solved everything.

Great but Little Bass
I have enjoyed these open ear headphones for a few weeks now. I’ve had them connected simultaneously to my iPhone and MacBook. It does great to wear all day for conference calls on Zoom and Teams and I’m told that the mic is crystal clear. It’s also great for listening to audiobooks. But my favorite part has to be how they fit around my hearing aids. I have no problems wearing both hearing aids and Shokz all day long. When it comes to listening to tunes, given how much the product website brags about the “enhanced bass with incredible depth”, I was underwhelmed to say the least. I’m sure they have done wonders to add a little bit of bass to open ear headphones, but that’s it. I’m my opinion, it’s on the verge of false advertising. Maybe I would be less disappointed if they didn’t cost so much.

Truly fantastic for running and teams calls
Bought our original set at a sporting event (Ragnar), after hearing amazing things, it’s a relay race where you’re running in the wilderness sometimes by yourself and sometimes in the middle of the night, so the bone conducting headphones were appealing for safety reasons. They provided fantastic audio and stayed put even on treacherous terrain, sweat, and sprinkling rain! When I got home, learned that we could pair them to multiple devices which made us all fight over the one pair! We now each have our own pair and we’ve tried three kinds. They are absolutely perfect and we can even use them on a day to day for Microsoft teams meetings, gardening, training, etc. we absolutely love them!

Love my shokz!!!
These are great. I have an iPhone 11 and somewhere along the line I have become allergic to silicone in my ears and so the traditional ear buds become a problem for me. At first I thought it may be Apple products, but trying other brands also irritated my skin. Being that I didn’t want to just wear over-the-ear headphones, I was left with very few option until I found Shokz. Although this particular brand doesn’t work seamlessly with my iPhone, I feel that the lack of controls I would normally get with Apple made audio products is acceptable due to how irritated my skin gets with silicone. Audio sounds great, very comfortable secure fitting. I use them for all areas of life just like any other pair of ear buds. Highly recommended for those with similar ailments. Very happy with this product.

Great sound
I have had these for a few months now and love them. The sound quality is amazing and with the ability to adjust the sound to my liking within the app is great. Great bass sound as well. Battery life has been great so far. I can go a solid 6 hours before I hit 10% and need to recharge. Case recharges fast and I only need to charge the case every few days. They are also very comfortable on the ear. And with the ability to hear my surroundings as well as music is nice, like you get with bone conduction. So far only issue I have had is that I have had to repair them twice with my phone. No idea why but that’s not a huge deal just something I noticed. I would recommend these to anyone.

Great Battery and sound
These headphones are exactly what i needed. I use them for bicycle riding. They allow me to hear my surroundings, they provide average music quality, fit is great, and battery life is outstanding. I have worn regular sunglasses, and sport glasses while I had these headphones on, and didn't even notice them. Very comfortable. Music quality is not important while I'm bike riding, rather just having music in the background. That being said, the quality was not that bad, not Bose, but good. Being able to hear my surroundings is great! I really like these headphones for outdoor activities where I want to be aware. By the way, you can download the app for some customization, firmware upgrade, and battery life

Small price for peace
After trying another bone conduction headphone that was less expensive, had more features but were uncomfortable, I tried the OpenRun Pro. My wife was always complaining that she couldn’t talk to me when I was wearing earbuds which caused me to try bone conduction headphones. After two weeks she tried them. Result, I bought her a set of OpenRun Pro Minis. Small price for peace. I sleep on my side and can sleep all night while wearing them. I wish I had them when I was a bicyclist. They have good Bluetooth range and reasonable sound for music. If I had one wish they would automatically switch to my iPhone when a call came in.

Disappointed with both the app and the headphones.
Opened the headphones yesterday, excited to put them to use. Have been working on them ever since. The left earphone doesn’t work at all (yes, it’s fully charged). In the app is shows that the right one is connected and the left is not, so I have to put ten both back in the case and hold my fingers in them every time I want them to connect. Once that’s finally done, the app is telling me that there is an update I need to download. Started the download last night, woke up this morning, the update was still at 1%. I know it said it would take a few minutes, that was a few hours. Have “forgotten” the device in Bluetooth a few times, have deleted the app a few times, still the same issues. Nothing but a huge pain in the rear since I received these, it shouldn’t take hours of work to simply get to use headphones. Should have just gone with Bose.

Magical
For phone calls nothing will ever compare. I like watching movies with them too. The only problem is the hard stiff band that wraps around back sticks out so far I cannot lay my head back on my nice couch or chaise lounge. I’m kind of the family phychiatrist, and I love a good chaise lounge. Sadly I can’t lay back on it comfortably with these which is upsetting because they perform like nothing else. I’ve had all of apples ear buds. I cannot have things in my ear and be cut off from the world around me. These let me connect to two environments at once. The one I’m in physically and the one my phone or Apple TV provides, like a movie. When I’m old I can definitely see myself relying on these to watch film but also being able to talk to my partner next me probably wearing a matching set.

Weak charge
Not sure they have a wear charging case loses 10% right away everytime even when not being used which makes no sense. How do I lose 10% from just taking the case off the charger with having to charge h headphones themselves. Well sent back those pair and had a new pair sent out and same thing which is odd the case lose so power so quick. And both head phones one always loses power way faster than the other which is odd. And to the guy on the video says some thing about sound I will have to say guys an idiot not meant to be loud and I’ve owned many pairs of shocks and by far so far the open fit does have the best sound. Which it had a better seat resistance and dust protection for the price but when they renew this maybe all these isssues will be fixed and maybe on a charge you’ll get as long as the open run pro on the next generation and be better protected from dust and water.

As someone who is hearing impaired (completely deaf I the left ear)
As someone who is hearing impaired (completely deaf in the left ear), this app truly falls short. One would expect that a company that makes conductive listening devices might take into consideration that their user base may have needs beyond the norm. I need to be able to adjust the right earbud and balance the sound quality so that it serves my limited hearing range. When I tried the Shokz from the acoustically controlled display in the store, the sound quality was much better than what I am receiving from my devices. We immediately purchased the Open Run Pro minis, only to find that they didn’t fit and still slid off my growing in chemo hair. The OpenFit style is working much better for my needs, if only I could adjust the balance a bit.

Excellent System
Shokz Pro are the best investment I have made. They are comfortable and can hear the music with clarity. Base is ok I you consider speakers are not inside your ear. Battery is good. I charge them every morning, start using them at 6AM and take them off around 8 PM. The only thing I don’t like is the vibration that sometimes occur where there is heavy base. It is annoying. I used to have AirPods Pro and gave them away. I lost the gimmicky Siri announcements but that is not essential. Conversations are even better, can hear and participate without a problem (don’t expect to hear if the volume is loud). If you acquire the Skoks you will enjoy them!

Terrible Headphones
I’ve only had my open fit Shokz for 3 months now and I’ve used them seldomly, whenever I decide to run. They’re by far the most unreliable headphones I’ve ever owned. They connect to the headphones while they’re inside the case, draining the battery, and there is no way for me to stop it from happening or to fix it. Then when I do need to use them, the left earpiece dies in under 10 minutes. I make sure they’re in the case properly and still have no idea why it refuses to charge or why it my phone is still playing through them when inside the case. These headphones are way too expensive to be having these technical issues. I’m not impressed and I’m honestly just irritated by how much I spent on them to use for running, only to have to bring my AirPods as backup because I know my Shokz will fail on me every single time.

Upgrading from Shokz Open Run
Bought my 1st Shokz Open Run (Mini) and loved and used them daily for 6 years until some rubberized parts had softened to point I thought it best to replace it. The replacement pair (also Open Run) became dull to my hearing and were never clear when used with my iPhone. I used this pair about 8 months. However, I love the open hearing concept and decided to try the OpenFit. I really like the lack of the connecting bar and the lightweight, ear hook design. I am blown away by the clarity of the sound! Plus such long battery life! I am really looking forward to using the OpenFit for years to come!

FANTASTIC PURCHASE
I am so pleased that I purchased my Shokz Open Air Mini headset. They have performed beyond my expectations. The quality of construction is apparent immediately. Being a Quality Assurance Manager in manufacturing I am struck by the attention to detail. The added benefit of being able to pair multiple devices has been a Wonderful surprise. I pair both my phone and tablet and I am able to get Every notification of email and text even while out on the noisy manufacturing floor. The battery life is phenomenal. Multiple days between charges even with both devices paired. 5 stars, NO! 10 Stars All the Way!

Better than anything else so far
I have a small head and small ears. Ear buds would either hurt or just fall out. A friend had Shokz and showed it to my husband. He told me to order them, so I did. They’re pretty good as I have no trouble hearing in the car. I have an old car that doesn’t have Bluetooth so I needed a hands free way to answer the phone while driving and to hear map instructions. The only thing negative is that the controls hit the back of my ears whenever I wear sunglasses, which is most of the time in Florida! And the volume controls are so tiny that it’s difficult to tell which one I’m using. But they definitely beat anything that goes in the ear!

App is supper slow and consistently loses connection to the headset.
I love the Shokz headset, but this App is a daily frustration. My set up uses the multipoint pairing feature to switch between my windows work computer, my work iPhone, and my personal iPhone. Some days when I start up my work computer I can see that the headset connects to computer (and also my work iPhone), but I get no audio from the computer. I have to open the app, wait and a long time for the app to realize that it is connected to the headset (this is my major dissatisfaction), before I can use multipoint pairing screen to toggle the work computer connection off and back on. Since the phone is already connected to the headset, I don’t understand why the app take a long time to “reconnect”.

Gotta have one!
Working in and around an environment with safety concerns including traffic and other potential issues where you need to be aware of your surroundings, you can communicate with your team (or listen to your favorite musical selections) while maintaining your wellbeing. Ok, so the music quality (base response) isn’t as good as your I-buds or a good pair of noise reduction headphones, but it’s better than being flattened by the bulldozer that you didn’t hear - and on the other hand, you can wear your safety earplugs in a noisy environment- and still communicate with your team on your phone with these!

Loyal user
I have been using Shokz of different kind for about 7 years. I have used the warranty service with no issues. I have had the original, the open run pro, and now the open fit air. I love that I can change the settings in the app and check battery power. My brain works better with music or commentary in the background. I simply cannot live with out my Shokz. Life would be too boring. Plus I can wash dishes and talk on the phone. Everyone can hear me and don’t even know I have on headphones. If you have been thinking about trying these. Do it!

Love my Shokz Open Run Headphones
Great bone induction headphones. Love the fact that you can listen to music, podcasts and like and still be able to hear others and things going on around you at the same time. The sound quality is great and the design is unobtrusive and light weight. Feels like you aren’t wearing headphones at all, which makes them easy and a pleasure to use for extended periods of time. They are also great for taking and receiving phone calls and the sound quality is great. These are my go to headphones for my daily needs. Two thumbs up!

Amazing product
Got the OpenRun Pro MINI and the sound quality is unbelievable. Of course for an admitted audiophile they are not going to replace the audio quality of in ear or over the ear headphones, however, the bass is incredible and the ability to still hear what is going around you is nothing short of unbelievable. I do wish the headband was adjustable as the positioning of the unit over the ear can make a very noticeable difference in the volume and sound quality. Other than that this is truly a game changer for audio listening and can not be beat for making and receiving phone calls. Thanks for creating this amazing device. David

Love them BUT
I use them daily for work and listening to a movie, podcast, or music without bothering others around me. Love them: Comfortable and often forget they are there. I almost returned them, but the above-stated benefits were my deciding factor. Hate them: After several months of use, I still can not use the touch button on demand. I know that it works because I will accidentally trigger it. But this feature is not enough reason to return or quit using them. The comfort and ability to use one at a time and then switch ears if it runs out of battery is a benefit that meets more of my needs.

Exceptional open-ear headphones
You don’t get the quality sound from in/on-ear headphones, but the fact that you can hear your surrounding while listening to music or a podcast is a plus to me. It is light on my ear’s, I forget that I have it on sometimes. I am a week in from when I purchased my first Shokz product, so far I like it. No problem with call audio, I was able to hear clearly and the caller on the other line as well. I recommend the product for people looking to try open-ear headphones. Try it!! If you don’t like it, return it.

Great at first.
Enjoyed initially listening to music through the Shokz Open Fit earbuds. Began having issues with them after the second firmware update. Followed instructions to update them and when the firmware update was at approximately 68% it failed. No way to redo the firmware update or back it out. Left earbud wouldn’t charge and would disconnect from Bluetooth because of lack of power even though they had been in the case charging for over 24 hours. The case was connected to power the entire time. I’ve only had them for two weeks. Will try to charge them again and see what happens. If it’s the same, these are going back.

Enjoying
I’ve had them for about a month now. I basically use them for podcast when I’m running or even doing house work. I was worried about the fit with my hat and sun glasses but the design is great. I also worried about them possibly falling off because they didn’t feel snug. They don’t budge a bit! Super light, can’t even really feel them. When I have them on and I’m not listening to something. For example if my podcast ended. I sometimes double check they’re still there. They don’t move. I haven’t taken time to figure out controls for volume or answering calls yet but I’ll get there.

Great headset but I need to learn the non-intuitive controls
These Shokz are great little earbuds and I love that you can hear ambient noises in a room while also, wearing your earbuds and listening to music or talking on the phone. The only issue I have is I can never remember how to use the controls. They are not very intuitive, and I have trouble answering the phone and hanging it up as well. A physical button, like on the other models, would be very helpful. Otherwise, I think they’re great! I think, for my next set of Shokz, I’ll have to try the one with the extendable microphone.

Best Headphones Ever
What an ear opening experience this has been! You can hear every little subtle nuance. it’s like being gifted with super hearing! They are extremely comfortable, I’ve been walking around all day with them on my head. Because of the cool induction technology you can still hear the wife, while you listen to music. it’s a whole new world, you can pair them with your phone, you’re Apple TV, your iPad. you can switch back-and-forth between your phone and your Apple TV with multipoint connection. By far the best headphones I have ever used.

Not very impressed
Having issues daily! They remain connected to my phone when both are in the charging case thus giving me no audio on my phone until I manually disconnect the Bluetooth. Audio is horrible when I get sweaty! I have to take them off and blow them out to be able to hear anything out of them. They don’t charge very often without having to take them out and put back in charger. Seems like they don’t connect to the charger very well hence the reason for my connection and charging issues. Other than those issues they seem to work well enough! Not very impressed especially at how much they cost!

Awesome!
I have tried several different types of ear buds, and could not get use to something in my ear. And never found ear buds that stayed put. I purchased the Openrun Pro, and they are awesome! They stay put and I near about forget that I am wearing them. They sound awesome whether I am listening to music or talking to someone on the phone. I am old enough to remember the Bonephones that hung around your neck and sat on your collarbone. The sound vibrated through your collarbone instead of your jawbone. And they actually worked, if my memory serves me right. You can't go wrong with the Openrun Pro, or any of the models they offer.

Love your product!
WHOAH!! I have the pro run series and they are phenomenal, excellent for any occasion. I wear them all day at work and I tell everyone how awesome they are all the time. I would love to win a reward for being such an advocate for these headphones, I literally sleep in them. Audiobooks are nice to listen to dozing off. And for some reason when I lay on a pillow with a hoodie on the music is only sounding better. Please I love what you have to offer. Thank you for the opportunity to win something for letting you know how awesome the Shokz company is. Nothing but good words.

Excellent headset all around
I hate earbuds with a passion; they never fit my ears. I’ve also had very bad luck with bluetooth devices and flaky connectivity for years. My OpenFits have solved both issues. The open design and light weight allow me to comfortably wear them for hours while training or driving. Bluetooth has been easy to connect and repeatable even in multi-point mode. Sound quality is very good and I have no problems being understood in phone calls. Excellent all around.

Shokz openfit
Bought these earbuds and have used them for about 24 hrs. Based on my limited experience I enjoy them a lot the app is user friendly and has decent customization. The sound is good doesn’t get quite as loud as I like but the sound is crisp. I only have one negative comment. The touch controls are sometimes not very responsive. This may could be fixed with an update. Overall though I have enjoyed them and I’ll probably be making these my go to earbuds!

Failed charges
They work great! But! Several times I go to reach and use my charged ear buds I find that one or the other is not charged. By the time I’m at the gym and ready to workout it is too late. I have to wait an extra 30 minutes to charge one of them up enough to start my workout. I have experienced this several times with me making sure when I return them to the case charger that both are properly installed and light blinks with each earpiece inserted. After inserting both earbuds and closing the case I would plug in the wire to charge all, that I assume is happening.
