SPENGA 2.0

I love Spenga because of the fantastic instructors and different things and the ways each activity happened in each classroom with their creative minds. I love Kerr. She is my double expresso at 5:00 a.m. Mary is my single expresso at 6:15 a.m. Maribel is just so marvelous at 4:30 AM getting everything ready for the clients, always very professional at all times, 4:30 PM and 10:30 AM on Saturday and 11:45, she makes the class so much fun with the 80s party, and she gets better and better every week Kam with his lay-back calm down to earth attitude make everyone feel right at home every week 5:00 AM and 6:15 AM awesome. Sara's attitude and lift-up make you feel like the girl next door. Jenn is a fascinating young lady who gets the class going; she is fantastic from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM on Tuesdays. And my girl Missy, I called her my little FireBall on Monday at 10:30 AM; she is so awesome, yes!! And finally, Christie and is so elegant and the greatest of all time; this lady had it going on !! I love all of you straight from the heart ❤️yeahhhhhhh!!!!!

I’m excited to go again! I’ve joined many formats of exercise- gyms, orange theory, Jazzercise, cross fit, spin, yoga, etc. SPENGA is a fun, yet challenging (as you make it 😉), workout! It’s an easy format to follow, the coach was awesome (go Chloe!), and there is enough equipment at each station that access is not a competition. Try it, you will like it! The app is easy to use- but my advice is: do not sign up for an account in the app until after you sign up for SPENGA, it causes an extra account to exist.

I had a free session and enjoyed the whole hour of challenging my whole body. I love the fact that the work out changes and I don’t feel exhausted with one repetitive exercise. I signed up for the 8 session a month and look forward to getting strong and healthy. Thanks

My Experience Here at Spenga- Has been an incredible journey! It’s been an integral part of my whole wellness routine. From the Instructors/crew to the whole class vibe has been so inspiring. Thank you for making me feel great and wonderful all at the same time.

Love the classes! The app- not so much. Sometimes I have to wait all day for my spin stats to show up but I’ll get an email that says I improved my sweet spot. So I know that stats are sitting somewhere but not showing up for hours. I also would like my sweet spot update in the app- it’s a pain to have to check 2 different places for my updates. Overall decent but could use improvement it’s very basic

I love this Spenga app where I can schedule my classes and see my spin stats. The only issue is that it keeps freezing up and I have to delete and reload the app to make it work. I also wish I could book several days in advance for classes instead one day at a time. Like I said, great concept but needs some help with the execution of the app features.

There are so many things to love about the app, but the one thing I would fix is showing your new Sweet Spot if it increased after a session— or at least fix whatever bug causes an email not to be sent when that happens. Obviously, this isn’t a deal breaker or world-ending, but would be nice!

I love the fact that you do 20 min. of Spin, then straight into 20 min. of Strength, finishing up with 20 min. of Yoga! Such a well rounded workout!! Routines always change and adds variety so you never get bored. The instructors are fantastic as well!

Spenga is a very uplighting, encouraging place to build your confidence in your physical well being. Top-notch instructors that challenge you to be the best you no matter your age or fitness level. Omaha is blessed to have this option in the fitness world!

SPENGA is a great place to work out. All equipment cleaned and sanitized between classes and is in working order. It’s a fun and safe amazing experience. SPENGA staff are all top notch professionals. Always encouraging, always skilled in demonstrating desired exercise. Always able to modify a task when anyone requests. Staff repeat “listen to your body, and whatever is in your practice today.” It’s you vs you. I love this place, and staff y’all changed my life. So much love and respect 😊

Best Gym ever! Family atmosphere, great variety of cardio, strengthening and yoga. They are very motivating and encouraging and challenging all at the same time! Anybody can do this workout...In this gym you don't compare yourself to others.. it is You vs You! Love it!

This hour moves fast, three sections per class all well balanced for an excellent workout. Make friends, get personal joy from every instructor at this fun, energetic inclusive place called SPENGA 🥰

To be healthy, happy, relaxed and well-balanced, I choose Spenga! You probably should try it, so you’ll know what you’ve been missing out on. It’s addictive, but in the best way.

I wish we could see what each workout is working- total body, booty/biceps, etc. All I can see is the instructor and class time, but not a description of the workout. Thanks!

I like how they organized the steps of the workout starting from cycling and end to yoga u will feel it’s work in your muscles balance.

I recently discovered SPENGA. Each class has been fun and challenging. The teachers are great motivators and encouragers. I find myself pushing beyond my comfort zone a bit more and loving the burn!

I just joined Spenga. All the instructors are challenging and motivating. I love it!! It’s just what I needed. I have a peloton bike at home but I need to be around other people to stay focused on my goals.

The waitlist notifications don’t work even if you have notifications enabled. This is a known issue but it has not been fixed. So if someone cancels and you are added to a class overnight the only way to know is to constantly check your schedule

I have not been this consistent with exercising in years- a lot of years. This program is fun and addicting and SO good for me.

There are four Instructors that are AMAZING! Marla, Rose, Danica and Ezra keep me coming back. I wish Danica did more evening classes. I HIGHLY recommend experiencing these specific instructors they are BRUTAL but in a great way.

I’m new and I’m really impressed with the quality of the classes.

Instructors there are fabulous and have you sweat a lot. I feel really good after each workout.

I am able to book classes through the app but I don’t get spin stats, so I haven’t gotten a post ride spin stat report in months.

Agile Epic could be: When the Spenga Workout starts, the Indoor Cycle Goal executes for 20 minutes, then the HIIT Goal executes for 20 minutes, and finally the Yoga Goal is executed for 20 minutes. Stretch Goal: Integrate with the Spenga iPhone App. Though, the current Activity App is really good. There is a current solution, but requires manual intervention which impairs the experience.
