Stick Hero

So basically this is two games in one. There is the regular version and then there is the watermelon mode. The only similarities are the character, guessing length, and the fact that you're constantly moving forward. Otherwise, they're very different. Watermelon does all the things I love. I get two tries on each piece, so if I mis guess on the first try, then I get another go. It also makes getting the cherries really easy. If you progress, you automatically get them. I like that! In the main version, you have to go out of the way and risk dying if you go for a cherry and there's just not enough motivation for me. Another thing is that on the watermelon mode, you don't hold down the stick. Instead, you tap it when you think it's right. That, I found, is a lot easier to do, especially with some of the really short distances. So I'd say, if you're going to play, go with the watermelon version! Much more enjoyable. And I think it offers a bit more challenge.

i love this game and it is so fun to play. there are two modes but i prefer to do the regular one and not the watermelon one, but i definitely have a suggestion. even if you go a little bit of the platform you fall off and if the stick is a bit short and it gets very irritating sometimes. like just today i died when the stick was not even a centimeter over the platform and it didn’t make sense. so if you could change it to the general area on the platform that would be great. but just to make it clear i understand if it is actually short or actually too long. the suggestion will make the game so much better. trust me :)))))))

So this is game is definitely not the best game on my phone, but it's not the worst game to ever exist. The gameplay is fine, no glitches there! As for ads (which I know ketchapp is known for) I wouldn't know because I usually play this game on Airplane Mode. The 3 stars is for a few things. First, as I mentioned before, the game simply isn't that intriguing or fun. Next, which isn't a huge deal, the amount of time it takes to start a new game/retry. Like it isn't that long, but when you just want to play again, it's a bit annoying to have to wait for your guy to fall, and then for the replay button to come up for you to press. Like it isn't that noticeable, but I noticed it. Next is how expensive new characters are. The first few are 25, 75, and 150, but after that it's all in the hundreds (400, 500, and so on) this wouldn't be a huge deal, but seeing as the only way to get cherries is to collect one from under your bridges now and then, it's gonna take awhile. But whatevs, it's fine.

This game is really fun and super addicting even though watermelon mode is bit tough. The game is like a two in one thing. There is regular mode where you hold the screen and let go when you think the stick is the right length. If you are correct you make it to the other platform, otherwise you fall. You tap to go upside down to get the cherries. Watermelon mode you tap the screen when you think it’s right because the stick grows for you. You should break the watermelon without touching the platform. Two good things about this mode: You get two chances and you don’t have to go through the extra work to get cherries because you just get them when you land on the platform, you don’t have to tap to get the cherries.

Information: If you’re looking for a good game to play then this is the game you’re looking for. This game is fun and restores your happiness if you’re bored. Another good thing is that it’s free! But, some people think watermelon mode is frustrating but I disagree. Also this game can also be used to learn about measurement. Suggestions: Please make a place where you can use the characters you have and use their hats, clothes, torso, arms, and legs. Another suggestion is depending on the character’s clothes, that would be the color of the stick. Also please make a place to create your own background and then share it with others. Thanks to the people who made this wonderful game and the people who support it. I’m not ever going to delete this game.

It's a good and fun game, but with the newest update there are cherries. To get them you have to create the stick, land it on the platform, and while you are running on the stick tap the screen to go under the stick and then tap again to get back on top of the stick to get past that platform. This all sounds ok, but they never had instructions on how to get the cherries- I had to look it up -and it doesn't always count your second tap and so you lose that round because you 'didn't make it back onto of the platform'. It is a fun game it's just frustrating some times.

I love it so much it's so fun and the New version is so fun to but come on,the cherries need to bump up a little bit. But anyways you should really get this game and there's so many different ones to choose from! So take my advice please get this game and like I said so many versions and I mean that's awesome! If you're not still interested in the game just try it I wouldn't bet money on it get it free but there's other games to choose from if you don't like this one. Note to the game people please make more avatar I am getting bored. That's all for now so thanks bye!

Over all I love the app:)But I don't like when your trying to get to the red square your like on it but it doesn't count it:(And when your not ever on it counts it!It should be a little easier to get on it some more not so good new is that it's so hard to get cherries:(And the new people are so many cherries!!So the good news about this app is it's so much fun I could just play it for hours:)!!So if you don't already have this app go try it and see what you think:)

Ketchapp comes out with all of this brilliant simple challenging and beautiful games right? How do they do it? Honestly, each one is unique and cute with perfect graphics and music to relax you and even make you laugh. This game is a hit! Watermelon mode is clever and adds a new level so you don't get bored. Different modes for different people's preferences and a cute protagonist trying to get from one block to another make up a satisfying and addictive game you'll never delete.

There's a lot of value in a good concept executed reasonably well. However, I think the gameplay would be more rewarding and play would increase if these adjustments were made: Perfect landings gave currency instead of risking death under the bridge. Right now, I don't feel like anything spectacular happens when I survive a cherry grab or make a perfect landing, because cherries have 90%+ success rate while +1 progress is unimportant compared to surviving. One way to tie it together is giving 1 currency per 5 points, and perfect landings are +3. Additionally, if size, distance and perfect landing pad size were tied together. Right now, it's very irritating to get a tiny pad, far away, especially as a very early (<10) platform. If size goes from 1-10, as does distance, perfect landing size could be .1*distance/size. Good luck on your development endeavors! I hope you continue to make quality games.

So I got this game years ago But then I re-download it and I fell in love with it again. But the adds! I know you can just put it on airplane mode, and honestly it’s not that there a lot of adds, it’s just that when you start the don’t play a commercial till you touch it so that you can touch the game and then it tells you if you want this game and it’s just annoying. But ey, It doesn’t chang how bad this game is!

This game is great but I'm rating for stars because there is just more possibilities for this game. Lets say if you don't make the stick tithe other end you have to try to time it right as your characters walking to the end and make him jump to the end. But I do enjoy the slash version of the game. That part is awesome. But until there is a little more added my review will be four stars not five. It will be five once this is added.

I love this game I thing it is hard but that's just me,some people think it is easy and because when that things it is easy that don't like it and they write bad reviews on the game and that's lowers the game's reputation and that's bad so be a good person and write as. Nice review on this game is you like it. It really helps them al lot o crush those haters out there like the watermelons on the new mini game. This game is pretty fun but I would like to play more if I was given more than one chance to hit the platform. Also, the ninja doesn't move upside down and back again fast enough making it very difficult to advance. The watermelon level is a good idea and I appreciate the second chance, but it's near impossible to not hit the platform. So the dying all the time kinda makes me not want to play anymore. I'm not saying make it too easy, but these things make it not a lot of fun.

I like this game a lot. It's very entertaining and fun. I like the watermelon version a lot more than the regular version. I realized that in the regular version if you want to get the cherry, you have to go under the stick and come back up to earn it. Also, if the stick is to short or long, even if you come back up from the bottom side, you still don't get the cherry. It's a good game but in my opinion, I wouldn't recommend.

It’s a good game but if you watch the ads for 20 extra cherries, there are a few that will not give you 20 cherries after watching because a secondary ad pops up and you have to exit out of that ad which in return exits you out of the minute video you just watched basically for nothing. I’ve looked for a spot to report it but the app doesn’t seem to have one. So I’m owned almost 300 cherries and can’t get help to get them. So I’d have to give it a 2/5. If I got what I earned and had a help section, it would be 5/5

The game is very challenging. It calls for concentration and visual accuracy. Ads at the bottom of the screen are very distracting, and take away the pleasure of the game! I so dislike these ads that I try not to buy anything they are "selling" -- free or not! It has almost made me stop playing the game, as I have done with other games that have the same on their screen. Please eliminate the ads.

I love the game it's extremely fun but it needs an update I have two suggestions first even if you don't make it all the way to the other edge you still should be able to collect the point for the cherry and Second I think some of the new little ninja guys should be a little bit less expensive but otherwise I like the game !

I seriously love this game. Everyday i spend hrs to get high score as it doesn't have a destination to reach :). But now i hate to play coz of the ads. Please try to get rid of those or else make a paid app with no ads. You may mint money with ads on free app but ultimately you will lose users. I hope u will give me chance to rate this five in the next update :D

Love this app. But, I feel that if you miss the platform and still collect a cherry, you should be able to keep the cherry. It is bad when I don’t receive it because I still touched it, but if the stick was over or before hitting the platform. But I still like the game. This game is great and addicting and not too annoying to unlock characters which gets brownie points in my book, but what if you gave the hero a purpose to travel all that distance, like he needs to rescue the emperor or something. Also it would be pretty cool if the characters had names

This game has an awesome objective. I like the backdrops as well. The gameplay is fun, but it gets very rage inducing. It's a good game to play once or twice, but then it gets boring. I also hate the fact that even if you're one millimeter off, you still get projected down into the ground below. All I'm saying is make this game more addictive, and CHANGE the one millimeter problem.

So first of all the little pillars are so unfair great game but the distance of the pillar or how little the pillars are is so unfair I really think just game to be so much better and more people would play it if you just fixed a little freaking pillar that little pillar holds back great players and I think if you Do that then It will make the game a lot better just saying .

This game is amazing for a free game. Its simple and fun with two game modes, and it also has a bit of puzzle to it. You can earn cherries to unlock new skins too! The ads aren’t often, and when you watch an ad for cherries they give you twenty! It’s really a great game, great job.

I give this app only 4 stars because theirs way to many ads. But other then that this game is so much fun. I just hate how every time I click on this app an ad pops up. If you are reading this and you think you shouldn't get the app. Get the app!!! It's just 1 minor thing that could be fixed. Thanks have a nice day 😉

I only give this app 3 stars because there are way to many adds and whenever I click on the game, an add pops up and it takes me to the App Store! I also wish the hero had a purpose for crossing the sticks so you can complete levels or something but I do have to say that this game is so much fun and addicting and I play it for hours and hours when I'm bored and it's so much fun😉😉😉😉😉

I love this game I really do and it's so addicting! (In a good way) but there's this bug. Most of the time, when I play it, it won't let me press play and it's not frozen cause you can see the bandana moving. Or if it does let me press Play then it won't let me make the stick. I hope you can squash this bug soon! Bye

It’s a good concept but first off as soon as u start the first two r ridiculously easy but then number three or four it’s like as skinny as a toothpick and is impossible to get. Second, even if u land on the red dot it either says u didn’t and u don’t get a perfect or it’s just makes u fall

I love this game because it is hard and challenging. I do not like the ads but I will live. People say the game is just plain old stupid and too addicting but don't listen to them this is a great game to play if you want a little challenge so thanks for making this app

I give this 4 stars out of 5 because I think it's a really awesome game worth downloading and it's fun and short. Its a short game to fill some of your time every once in a while. You can also collect new avatars. But I also agree with others reviews that maybe it should have a storyline connected to it.

I really did like this game. It is simple and addicting. It was a really nice looking game until they put that UGLY ad banner at the bottom of the screen. I didn't mind the ad I could X out and enjoy the look of the game but this ruined it for me...I mean I was watching all these ads to get cherries and stuff..unnecessary...uninstalled

The major flaw if this otherwise cool game it that it does not get progressively harder. You can start a new round and immediately get a really tough one, or you can go 5 in a row of really easy ones. It appears to be totally random. It would be A LOT more addictive if started off easy and progressed - maybe even with check points so you didn't have to go all the way back once you've mastered the simple ones.

It is pretty good. I can live with the ads and it is only a small problem. Another problem tho is that I wonder why you can jump. If you are really close to the platform you should be able to jump. Other than that it is pretty solid

I love This app. I do agree with a lot of other people that you after you fall you should break a leg or crash or something like that other than that this game is awesome!(The whole breaking leg thing isn't exactly needed but it'll make it a lot more fun!)❤️

I really like that this game is just hard and random from the start. Since when did scoring 8 points feel so thrilling? I just wish bad moves would end the game faster so I can start over again.

I remember playing this game a lot when I was younger and its good but, When I hold on the screen to make the stick longer my screen freezes and I hear the popping noises when I get off the app the noises continue so I just had to delete it also it’s really boring, like there should be a second element

I love the game but sometimes when you are trying to make the bridge for the ninja to cross, there might be the tiniest little gap between the landing and the bridge. They die. Why can't they make a little jump to get to the other side? That would make the game way more fun.😋

I love stick hero. It is super easy to play and does not require a lot of strategy or skill to play it. It is one of those kind of games where you can play it everywhere. It also has like no adds

Couldn’t ask for more, I play it back in 2015 ands just recently I release how fan and hard the game really is. the are a good amount of add though. But overall a really like the game

It is awesome although I think they should have more cherries and when you finish a round you should be offered to revive yourself. Also they should switch the share but and the restart button because I keep on pressing the wrong button. Other then that it is AWESOME❣❣❣❣❣❣

It’s a great, brainless game that is very soothing and it’s fun to get new characters. However, recently when I have watched videos to get extra cherries it does the whole explode and show +20 and they don’t show up. It’s happened the last 3 or 4 times I have watch the commercials.

Honestly I just love how simplistic this game is. It’s not complicated and is very easy to play. If you’re looking for a game to play on a long car ride or a long trip (like I was) then this is the perfect game to download!

First, the game is fun. Both watermelon and regular mode. But the game either makes you pay real money or wait and rack up to get the next character that you play with. Still fun as a challenge, but they should make coins. Fake coins for the game. I might uninstall the game though.

I got this app thinking it would be fun, and it is. But it ALWAYS freezes up then crashes. Even if it doesn't crash, I still have to go back to the home screen and keep trying until it stops freezing. I'd recommend this if only it didn't freeze up

I love this game, BUT the greeting from the Game Center pops up on the screen and messes up the stick length, and makes me die. Really frustrating when you have so many points and have to start over. Please fix!

This game is simply addicting and nearly flawless. I love to play it whenever i am bored. It helps pass time. My one suggestion would be to make cherries easier to get when you are playing the game.
