Works Great to track how I’m handling stress!
I love this app. It is so helpful for me to get an idea of how stress levels are affecting me. I live with bipolar disorder and any kind of feedback on what is going on in my body is helps me to take care of myself. I live in my head and it’s easy to forget to pay attention to my body. One of the notifications is actually Pay attention and that reminds to consider what I could be doing to help my stress. Sometimes I get confused as others have said in reviews thinking that it’s telling me how I’m feeling but when I’m doing Great is when I’m under stress and I’m handling it well. That is good for me to know and consider how to keep that going. The customer support for this app is awesome, so helpful and responds quickly. I really love how you can keep track of how you’re doing during the day but also review the week and even go back over time to see patterns. Also, learn from how your sleep and exercise affected how you were handling stress. I won’t ever stop using this app, it is well worth the money. A reminder to get present and consider how you’re taking care of yourself and how you could be doing better is valuable information.

Interesting data/time better spent
I’ve been using this app with a subscription for about a year and it is collected a lot of information about me. I agree that a lot of the data lines up with my personal experiences. This doesn’t alone surprise me because I am a pretty mindful person often paying attention to my body feedback. A lot of the data seems to tell me what I already know or will know, so aside from bringing more of my attention to this data, it hasn’t really helped me overall to be spending more time looking at this information. Overall, it’s just kind of neat, but not worth renewing. If I could go back, I would tell myself this app isn’t worth it. For example, it’s not knowing when I’m stressed or when I’m sick that is going to help me because I can detect that with my senses, so spending my time and money looking at that data is time that would be better spent addressing those things. Thanks to the devs for making a neat app. I don’t like the rating label “pay attention” and I think it makes more sense to me if that rating was called “stressed” since it is in between Overload and Normal. When I see I am in the “pay attention” zone during sleep, I think, how can I pay attention when I am sleeping? Lol, that just doesn’t seem like a realistic label. I also noticed that it gives me a better score if I’m sedentary and seems to give me worse ratings when I am more active. Again, it’s kinda neat… It’s just not for me.

Sleep with stress
I love my sleep monitor. I just want to share with you , I have a very bad back I’ve been waiting over two years for my back surgery so there’s lots of pain. Some times I can’t sleep for the pain is unbearable. It brings on a lot anxiety and I can’t even do anything to excersize. I love the stress montor because it lets me know when it’s to much I try to do something every day but stress montor keeps me in my my place. And of course that is not all that stressful. Keeping in a home life has its ups and downs. I’m praying for surgery soon and then I want to watch my stress level to go down . I would recommend stress app to anyone. Thank you for caring. I love the stress app along with new features. It’s easier on my eyes. I need to allow myself of the danger I’m in with my home health I can be normal and my surroundings gets the stress write back up there in a matter of seconds. Unfortunately I believe my spouse has dementia and I know all to well what happens. You see I took care of my dad and watched him die .it takes a toll on him and did me to. So I count on the stress program

What a shame 👎🏼
I was very excited when I saw this ap and downloaded it. I was having problems with it from the beginning because it wasn’t recording the correct number of days or times I was logging in, so I emailed the support team and asked them to look into it for me. I also asked them if they could explain some of the recordings to me they show in their charts, as they don’t explain them in their directions. Also, in their directions, the example charts they show are different then the actual ones that are provided to us, making it even more confusing. Personally, I like the example charts better than the actual ones. The response I received from their customer service team was basically, sorry if you’re not happy, feel free to request a refund. And that was basically it. Um... I didn’t ask for a refund. All I asked for was for them to look into my account and to explain some jargon terms to me, which they didn’t do. Instead, they tell me to go get lost? Okay, that’s what I’ll do then. I downloaded Welltory which is 100% better and tells me sooo much more than I could imagine! It’s fantastic! In the meantime, they tried to do an update on this app and now it won’t even record; therefore, yes, I will be asking for a refund because this app isn’t working properly. It’s a shame because I am a chemo patient, with a ton of stress in my life, and this would have been a good app for me, but it led me to Welltory and I’m a happy camper now.

I like this but want a bit more
*Update* I’ve been using this app for a few months now. My improvement suggestions still apply. My current frustration is the daily recommendations. It claims my sleep has been bad for several months, despite my Apple Watch (which I wear in bed) says I’m averaging 7-8 hours a night. I have sleep apnea and I don’t know if that is the trigger or not. I like this app! It validates my anxiety so people can’t say “it’s all in your head”. It’s also helped me to realize just how much anxiety I fight with on a regular basis, and what times of the day it’s especially high. Some suggestions I have to make this app even better would be: 1. To have some sort of message saying “it takes the app x amount of time to get an average reading”. It took me some time to figure out that the Pay Attention and Overload notification were because I really was a ball of anxiety and not just skewed because it’s a new app. 2. I would love it if the app could to send more suggestions for when I hit Pay Attention or Overload. Yes, hydration, sleep, diet, and emotions contribute to anxiety, but maybe changing the app from the generic “pay attention” to something like, “have you had any water lately?” Or “let’s take a walk!”

Has greatly helped me manage my health
In general, I know the daily stresses that my body endures, and this app has significantly changed the way I manage those stresses. I suffer from heart issues and I'm sensitive to physiological changes tied to daily habits that I must uphold for myself i.e. sleep, dehydration, active state and others. Being monitored in this way gives me a glimpse into where I’m at through the day and night so that I am aware of when I should adjust and take a moment to care for myself and drive it back to where I need to be in order to get back to my life. I can normally function just fine, but it makes a difference and gives me more good days to count than if I didn't use the app. Maybe it's a habit maker to check on your health at any stressful given time which one can do just by listening to your body but seeing the picture of the big and/or sudden changes helps me stop surviving and start reacting to things before they get worse and then in on a loop of the worse symptoms.

Must-have stress and health monitor for Apple Watch users 👍
I’ve been using this app for over a year. Almost from the first months of its registration on the App Store. If to compare what it was and what it has become- it’s a huge progress! It’s incredible, I open it almost every day to check how I’m feeling! My readings and the output results correspond to how I’m really feel physically and emotionally. This app could become a true game changer, if you use it right, without neglecting its recommendations. Take note of your data, especially to Overload, catch the reasons for this and make your steps to avoid this stress in your life or change your routing to feel less stressed and more balanced. I also share it with family as a part of my subscription and they love it too. To the developers I recommend not to rest on their laurels and update the app as often as they do! Good luck!

good information to have
I’ve been using this app to keep track of my anxiety. I don’t use medication and can never seem to focus on meditation. What this app does for me is gives me an alert to indicate “stress” and if it’s something in the moment then I can pause and assess my situation. All it takes is 1 minute with the breathe app and I take a second reading. it also works if I “feel” anxious I can take a reading and assess my situation. I haven’t had any panic attacks since I started using this app, and I especially love that it keeps track of when I’m “in the red” and it turns out that things like my partner snoring in his sleep was truly affecting my own sleep and stress levels. Simply knowing that has helped a lot. I can’t speak for how scientific this really is but I can say, for my needs, it has made a world of difference in my life.

Meaning
As a primary care doctor I use hrv in the personal reflective state of how am I doing biofeedback. In a busy life I often do not attend to this inner landscape. In that situation I have gotten in a manner of speaking lost wondering how to get back to calm. Like untangling a slinky sometimes I’d simply wait to sleep and hope and or trust my brain would do this itself. Often it did help alot to sleep, and over years I’d learn during the busy day to try to not get lost; learn the signals and try to slow down the locomotive of momentum to press on. Heart rate monitors were the first tool I used, then HRV came along and refined personal biofeedback. What is very interesting to me is the low hrv state when I am consciously feeling “just fine”. I am starting to sense a number of meanings with these; not all detrimental. The duality of low hrv bad and high hrv good has melted away to some degree in this journey. Occasionally I am working mentally on things when hrv is low, I simply acknowledge that and sometimes allow curiosity to have some time with this. Other times there is no time but I mark it mentally for another time. I like the high hrv states a lot, and am not overly bothered by low hrv…. I think and feel it’s simply informing me that work is taking place.

Spot on
This app is spot on and has been really helpful for identifying triggers or stressors that I may not be aware of. I thought I was aware of these prior, as I am a licensed mental health professional and have attempted to be aware as much as I am able, however this has provided further insight. The only negative I can give this app is that when reading through tips or data, there are a lot of grammatical errors that make the app look cheap or unattractive due to the inability to punctuate correctly. I’m not sure if it’s because English may not be the primary language but it’s something they should really consider looking into because it’s very noticeable. For the level of effectiveness of this app, you’d think they would be able to have someone edit their information before publishing.

Love the app, minus 1 glitch
Love how simple and to the point this app is compared to its competitors. I like the Apple Watch face layout and notifications when I switch zones. Doing deep breathing when I switch to overload is has been wonderful for my stress management. After over a year of use, I swiped through my trend history and was pleasantly surprised to see how my average HRV has improved from red to blue! I’m finally working out again without stressing my body out. This is HUGE!! A glitch that started recently is when I open the app, it doesn’t show the latest data until I close and repose the app. I deleted and reinstalled, but not any better. A minor issue as I only check the app 2-3 times a day now, but annoying nonetheless.

Too expensive
There really isn’t a non premium option. You have to pay $20 a month or $50 a year, no trial options. You just have a graph that offers no legend or explanation. No menu option or account. You are stuck on this screen with “continue” as the only option and that continue leads to to purchasing a subscription. The graph looks interesting but without any option to find out what it means other than a tutorial it takes you through at the beginning with no option to go back and review it is useless unless you want to pay for the subscription. $20 for 1 month is too much to “try”. Makes me feel they do not have confidence in their product that I would want a year subscription after trying for a month that they charge 40% of the yearly subscription for 1 month. No thank you, I’ll pass and save my money. Some of the responses given to those unhappy in reviews tells me plenty as well. The attitude behind them is not becoming of customer service.

Adrenaline dumps
I have several “unclassified” really high times recorded. It is actually when I feel horrible! It actually is showing when I have adrenaline dumps! I have Dysautonomia and POTS, and I was able to show my doctor how often these “dumps” occur even while sleeping! I wish there was an explanation of when the unclassified times happen that is NOT always a “good” thing! It is not for me. It took me a long time to figure out what was happening! I also appreciate when I get the alert of an overload. Because of my illness, I pass out when I get to that and it has kept me from that a few times when I was busy and trying to push through…. I was able to stop and rest, recover, so that I didn’t pass out and hurt myself!!

IT REALLY WORKS!!!
I’ve been using this app for almost a year & there’s no doubt about it that it works exactly the way it says. Everytime I get stressed it let’s me know and I’ve had this app long enough to prove this theory. I’ve been in multiple stressful situations through the past few months & it lets me know every single time. It’s definitely a great app to have if you’re trying to control your stress & heart levels. It helps me to know when I should calm myself down especially when my heart rate is extremely high for my age. This app has helped me so much in regards to my mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. If you’re thinking about trying it out for yourself just do it. The results will shock you. 10/10. Love it!

It really works and Helps! Get it!
At first I thought how can this tell how much stress I have! Now after almost a month of having it I can see how stressed out my body really is! I have C-PTSD, so since my body and mind are mostly in flight, fight, freeze, or fawn mode I have gotten extremely used to feeling high stress and that has become my normal. This app helps me actually see my actual stress and fatigue levels! It teaches me what I need to do in my environment and relationships to help my C-PTSD which in turn helps my body, my health, my Hyper-mobility Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Sjogren’s Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. The one negative thing is it is hard to understand and navigate at first. I recommend reading everything about the app and that will help a lot!

Stress when sleeping and exercising????? DUH
I wrote a review which I could not update why the app did not work for me in detail and I received this reply from the developer. However I would not buy this app again. I was impressed how fast they replied to my review with their point of view. It actually validated my review, but in fairness to them, here is their reply. "Hi! We’re sorry our app didn’t meet your expectations. The stress in the app is not only emotional or psychological but physical as well. Insufficient sleep last night, alcohol, heat, and an exhausting workout can lower your body's resistance to stress. When you are exercising, your body experiences physical stress. In general, it is good to challenge the body with physical stress, as it increases the resistance to stress over time. But it is also important to monitor that the amount of stress you have doesn’t exceed your body's capacity to recover from it. If you have any other questions, please, feel free to contact us. Best Wishes, Stress Monitor Team"

Not quite there yet
Tested this app on full subscription for a while to see understand patterns, functionality and how it might help improve health. Data accuracy questions aside, there is a lot of potential. Clear reports and simple navigation are highlights. As others have mentioned, the missing piece is actionable insight. Retrospective reporting is of limited use for the average user. If you feel you experience unhealthy stress, this app may or may not accurately confirm that. Assuming the data set is on point and identifies unhealthy stress events, it fails to provide feedback in the moment. Doing so would help correlate situation to readings and allow users determine if the information matches their experience, or take steps to adjust when patterns first emerge. Cancelled subscription for now but will check back on future updates.

Useful for health monitoring
The app is very useful as it very accurately shows the state of the body at the point of time. It matches exactly how my body feels. It really tells you when you need to pay attention to yourself. If my score is 30, I already know that I need a good rest. In my case it’s a day of complete rest. I had no clue that my sleep is so connected with my well-being. If you constantly keep track of the indicators in the app and take action, you can maintain your health at the proper level for many years. Useful for everyone who cares about their health, but for over 40 is a must. My recommendation to the developers is more analytics on sleep, as it very connected with my indicators and how I feel.

Not worth it
I saw this app on social media, I thought the concept was pretty cool, but it’s not. I’m pretty self aware, and I know when I’m stressed (I wear my heart on my sleeve so EVERYONE knows when I’m stressed) but I was interested in seeing what this app could tell me that I didn’t already know.. the answer nothing. It told me nothing at all, I would get “pay attention” while I’m asleep or it would tell me I didn’t get enough sleep. Maybe if it didn’t vibrate to notify me to pay attention, I would’ve slept better! (That’s a joke I know I can turn off notifications) Again, totally aware of my work/sleep schedule. I didn’t even make it through the one week free trail. I didn’t want to pay 70 bucks a year for this app. If it would have given me the pay attention notifications when I actually needed it, so I could do some type of breathing meditation or something that would be helpful but it never did anything during the day while I was awake.

Using this app for a while now
I love this app. It has been really helpful in figuring out patterns of physical stress and depletion. It has been worth the money and I will pay for another years subscription. Gladly. To the app makers: the new heat map is awful and misleading. There is a not an HRV value for each block of time and it pulls the last one down until a new one is taken. This messes up using the heat map as a spot check because it can overemphasize values when there is a gap in readings. If I had a low reading in the red zone and then not another reading for 6 hours - it fills in 6 hours with red blocks. That’s not accurate. I wasn’t in the red zone for 6 hours.

Good try, but…
I have reviewed this app in the past and have always liked the basic concept and design, but did not find that distress scores corresponded with what I was experiencing in my life. Recently have had some sustain stress over the last month, and I reinstalled the app to see what it could do for me. Much to my amazement, it's singled out the exact day, which was the height of my stress for the period as well as the decreasing stress since that time. Accordingly, I'm going to up my rating. I have always wanted something on my Apple Watch. That would give me a stress indication and I am hopeful that the experience of this week will show that this is the app to do that. Four stars for now and if this continues, I will certainly give it the maximum rating but let's see.

Best user interface among all HRV trackers
We use this nifty app to help our staff have a better understanding of their stress levels and manage their energy/work quality better. It works so well under the free version that we are looking at buying paid subscription on a corporate level. A couple of suggestions : 1. The new ipad version of the app keeps requesting us to have the paid version of the app to use, even when we already have the paid version. Fails to load for us. Some debugging might be needed. 2. Tried to reach out via email to the developers regarding corporate rates, haven’t had a reply yet over a week. 3. Great if the phone or ipad version would allow us to view shared HRV data from other paid users in our group.

No tracking for daily workouts
I don’t understand it says it’s in the bad range like every day since I open this app. In addition it doesn’t track any of my exercise when I work out every day -but it says my workouts are zero or it has 2 of 14 days when my Apple Watch shows nine of 14 days with measurable exercise. So it’s confusing because every time I open up it says it’s in bad range like every time but then at the end of the day it says normal so I’m not sure is that an overall average of the whole day or is that one particular point in time. Even on the analytics section, it has red and no green but I’m getting seven hours of sleep and I’m working out and my heart rate is always normal. I would not recommend specifically because when it says it’s in the ‘bad” or Extreme Stredd Red range or “pay attention” It could leave people scared or make them believe they need to go to the emergency room when they may not.

Stress App
My name is Thomas, I was a front line worker and had the second heart attack in my life. They put in a stent and it was back to fixing the pharmaceutical Robot that gives people meds in ERs and Urgent Cares. 9 months later my best friend from high school died and the opened my chest for a triple bypass. Soon after I bought my Apple Watch 8 for the heart apps. I found this stress app and with its warnings I have been able to pause and then put the thought into my conscious mind to relax. It does not work all the time, but like anything else, with a little practice it makes a difference. Every little bit does. Thank you to the folks that made this happen!

Pretty pleased
Overall great app to track well-being. I started using it because I needed to track my HRV more closely and I like that this app automatically gives me updates about every 4 hours or so. I use another app as well and their results are very similar so I would say it’s pretty accurate. I am a newer Apple Watch user (previously used Garmin) and am an avid runner, but I’m finding I’m more interested in overall health status and not just fitness. I think this app Health me keep track of trends like sleep, energy, heart rate, exercise etc and for me, that gives me a better picture of how I’m doing.

Cardiologist recommended!!
My cardiologist highly recommended this app after my sudden major heart attack and near impossible recovery in Apr 2022.(thank you soooooo very much hospital emergency room staff and life flight for saving my life). I knew my job and certain aspects in my life affected my stress and lead to my heart attack, but I didn’t know how bad until I got this app for my Apple Watch. It’s truly an eye opener into how much stress your body takes and how it affects your health. And the alerts I get thru my Apple Watch help in advising me to rest and or stop what I’m doing for a few minutes and de-stress. A MUST HAVE APP THAT MIGHT JUST SAVE YOUR LIFE. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Helpful in managing chronic fatigue syndrome
Great app. I’m finding it to be helpful in managing chronic fatigue syndrome. A challenge with ME/CFS is that fatigue episodes can not only be caused by physical exertion (eg walking, exercise, chores, shopping) but also by cognitive exertion (eg working at my computer, reading, driving in heavy traffic, socializing). So while counting steps, etc is useful to staying within my limits, it’s not sufficient. The app gives alerts if I’m overdoing it, so I can react more quickly, stop, and take a rest break or do a breathing exercise. I suggested enhancements that would allow users to add tags to the log for activities (eg walking, chores, shopping, driving, socializing) and symptoms (eg fatigue, headache, etc)

As a person who struggles to notice my current state and track when I am getting too overwhelmed and stressed (until it’s too late), I find this app incredibly helpful with its timely notifications and recommendations. It also helps me better understand and reflect on the quality of my sleep, and keep track of trends spanning multiple weeks. Amazing purchase, highly recommend as a tool to help accommodate yourself in the workplace/stressful environments and a tool to better understand self!

What can I do to get good readings? I have
I have a heart condition, but I still need to perform duties for the family. I have had a really bad 3 weeks of readings with this app and another heart app I have. I love being able to look at the days stress levels, but when they are not good I ask, what now? I need the truth and your app gives me that and I will forever be grateful for bringing me to the truth. I just need to see what I can do besides resting in bed to have my levels normal and good. Thank you, perfect the algorithms and continue to get us to do things that will guide our health to a better healthy lifestyle. And we will do what is helpful like stretching, walking, and strengthening the body.

Year Long Subscriber 👎🏽
This app has consumed so much of my time that it’s been a distraction throughout my life this past year. This app will actually cause more stress in an effort to keep a consistent log because many of the tools are measured manually using their features. Pulling the Health data is more efficient. Many other health-related apps have proven that. The team even gave the UI a facelift during my year-long sub, though there’s still much left to be desired. My advice is import the health data to avoid inconsistent measurements, because your app doesn’t provide accurate data, even after multiple attempts at using your tools. I have to run 4-5 ECG tests just to get an average reading. That’s about 5 minutes of fidgeting, observing, and scratching my head. I like many others have migrated to Welltory as a better alternative.

Wanted to like it, now I’m stuck
I have not found this app to be useful or accurate and I cannot get my money back. I tried but was rejected twice. Honestly, it has only interrupted me to say I’m stressed a couple of times. Both times I was feeling great. When I am actually stressed, it doesn’t seem to notice. Now when I bought this, I didn’t realize what it was. I figured I could use this to correlate my stress levels with activity or food or something. Figure out what caused the most stress and manage it. But that’s not really what this app does. When I figured that out (on literally day 1) I deleted it and asked for a refund on my Year Long subscription. I was rejected and then my appeal was rejected. I decided to make the best of it. I’ve tried to use this for what it’s meant for. However for whatever reason it just doesn’t seem to work. It tells me daily that my sleep is poor. Other than that, the reality check I need when I’m stressed doesn’t happen. It tells me to slow down and avoid new things when I’m engaged and excited, then tells me I’m normal when I’m stressed. This seems like a total waste of my money. So bummed they won’t give me my money back!

I would like too give your app a big thumbs👍up.
I have a multiple physical challenges, this app you have developed helps me throughout my day, when I get to busy doing my work, I forget about what it can be doing to my body. This app reminds me when I have drawn too much on my mental, emotional and physical frame. I also have a heart app and when you give me a suggestion that I have drawn on myself to much I look at my heart, looking at my ECG, p-t, I find when I get a warning from your app, to check my heart and oftentimes everything thing in my heart rhythm is gone except the R wave and it’s only a millimeter high on the ECG app that I use. This keeps me in check, Thanks “eversomuch”, ( a new word I think should be put in the dictionary.) You asked for a review, normally I would ignore such invitations, but because I have depended upon your app as a good warning sign for me, I would simply like to thank you! I will never know
I loaded this app because it seemed cool, but it hadn’t mentioned it was a subscription. I wouldn’t have even bother loading it if I had known that from the start. I feel that they should mention it’s a subscription in the description. I don’t mind that it is a subscription because they have to make their money. But I would’ve preferred to know before loading it, and going through a short sample, only to be completely stopped at the subscription. That being said, I will never know if the app is as great as some of these reviews say, and it wasn’t even enough of a sample to entice me to pay $19 a month for a subscription.

Helps me change my habits
I recently had a heart issue partly due to overworking and stress. As I would ignore my body signals when I was getting overloaded, I now have another source of data that creates this visibility which validates how I am feeling. When Pay Attention hits I then step back from work, go for a walk, meditate - essentially take a break. It’s allowing me to have a healthier relationship with work and with my body. My husband is using it too. We have great conversations around this. Thank you for this tool. It’s helping!

Not Worth the Money
I was really hoping the app was going to work. First you really do not get much data before the app requires you to pay. This should be shared up front! I paid for the app and am extremely dissatisfied. The app does like synch throughout the day. The only way it synchs is if you start the breath app and then turn your phone off and then back on for the app to synch the data. I do not have time throughout the day to do this multiple times. Yesterday the app synched my data twice and I forced it to synch by using the breath app. For an app that says the work is done behind the scenes there is a lot of synching being done by the user. Read some of the other reviews…they say similar things about the app. I will definitely not renew. I feel like I got scammed!!!

Only free for 7 days with new update
I've used this app daily for several months now and the info from it (my average HRV across the day) has helped me make a lot of positive changes to improve my HRV and thus my overall health. I didn't need the upgrades that come with the paid version, so I didn't opt in. The newest update - "a technical update to make your experience with our app even better", per the description in the app store - has zero functionality unless you sign up for a 7-day trial after which you'll be charged for a yearlong subscription. There's no way to use the app for its most basic function anymore.👎

So helpful l!!!
I absolutely love this app! Not only is it incredibly validating showing that when you are not feeling so great you are about to tip into overwhelm it has also helped me to stop and breath when I get the pay attention or overwhelm alert. It helps me stay in tune with my body and do what I need in order operate effectively and stay in a good place. I was even able to show the pdf to my doc for a better understanding for both of us. Thank you so much for this app!!! IT’s helped me in so many ways ❤️

Great stress management tool!
I really like this app, it helps me notice when I’m few stressed and then I can pay attention to my body. When the app tells me to pay attention that makes me feel better about taking time out to do breathing exercises to calm myself. I have major anxiety and panic attacks I use medication however with this app I now know that certain feelings are actually my anxiety and not just me making things up in my head. Makes me feel validated.

App stopped working after a week
I was very impressed by the accuracy of the app at first. Then suddenly it stopped working completely. I tried waiting a few hours in the morning and even doing the Breathe app and Heart Rate app to see if it would pick it up, but it shows literally no statistics anymore other than heart rate which I already had. I wasted $40 since it doesn’t work. I have an Apple Watch Series 2 and it seems to work fine (even though it’s old) so I don’t know what is wrong. If there is something else I need to do to fix my issue, I gladly will.

It’s not worthy the subscription
Comparing to other apps, for example Heart&Stress, that you pay a one-time $4, this subscription is not worthy. $39 a year and poor insights: just activity goal / trend and sleep track and quality (which I use another app). Poor UI/UX. I paid because there was no way to progress in the app and see other functionality. I completely regret and I wish they have a refund policy, but they don’t! So I don’t recommend pay to the subscription and I don’t think you will be able to use this app on the free version (at least, I was no able to do this). If there is something worthy on the subscription that I can’t see, please let me know! And if there is a way to use this app on a free version, let me know as well.

Disappointed
I have had this app for a while now I initially did the free trial and I really liked the features so I did the paid subscription. I paid the annual fee all at once rather than do monthly. I have just under a month remaining and for some reason I cannot utilize the app at all. It just has almost like a paywall type message telling me I can save 40% off of a premium subscription. There’s no way to bypass it to see the app. I have tried reaching out to the developer but have yet to hear back. If this is how they treat their paying customers by cutting them short then no thank you. If they do something to resolve the issue I will update my review.

Not the most accurate & may lead to health anxiety
I’ve noticed that the body feedback score seems to be dependent on how many hours of sleep it thinks you got and not truly based on biometrics. I do have pvcs and I think this app has sometimes reflected low HRV due to this but there have been many times where I’ve felt perfectly fine and yet had a low score. I’ve decided to disable notifications and will make an effort to check it far less because I’ve noticed an increase in my anxiety levels due to looking at it throughout the day. I purchased Kardia mobile and this seems to prove far more accurate readings than what Apple Watch can deliver.

Stress Management
I use this app for stress management- as someone who has suffered from illnesses with pain making stress the forefront of my day. This app helps me manage the day I’m going to have, based off the assessment from from prior days trends. Honestly the app is always on point when I’m not feeling well. It will tell me what type of workout my body can handle and how many steps I should take based off my 7 day trend, sleep assessment, movement etc. I love this app!

Pretty accurate.
This app is pretty solid. It’s a decent price for the annual option and it’s user friendly. I like that it charts my progress throughout the day and over time. Whenever I feel stressed, I check it and sure enough I’ll be in the red. One days where I’m feeling great, I’ll check it and see that I’m in the green. Very accurate for the most part and great if you deal with anything from clinical anxiety to work stress. The app also offers options to help calm yourself down and makes lifestyle recommendations for you to consider as well.

Frustrating Feature
I find this app somewhat useful. I am using the paid version. The feature that is most frustrating to me is that if I fall asleep with my watch on, and wake up in the middle of the night and take it off, or it dies, it only records the time I fell asleep until I took off the watch as my total sleep time, which isn’t accurate and I can’t edit it! For example, last night I fell asleep around 9. I woke up at 12:30 and put my watch on the charger because it was dead. I went back to sleep until 4. The app says I got 3 hours and 9 minutes of sleep, which is wrong and I can’t change it! So frustrating.

Great app
I am using this app daily. It provides good feedback through the day and alerts me on my watch when my body starts reacting to stress. I bought it as it says you can do family sharing; however, it wouldn’t let my daughter who is on my family sharing join without requiring her to purchase subscription also. I contacted app email multiple times with NO success. They either send a form about family sharing which I already did or just didn’t respond. The app is good. The support is horrible.

Do Not Trust this app to use your actual HRV
On the surface this app seems helpful. This app does not use your actual HRV. Every HRV measurement by this app is off by a factor of 50%. For example, your HRV reading is 50 but this app will read it as 25. This app needs to use the HRV number provided by the watch. It should not be dividing the actual HRV by 50%. This app has had plenty of time during beta testing to squash this bug. There have been plenty of updates to address this issue. I do expect this app to be updated to read correctly. The next step is getting this app permanently removed from the App Store. Attention DEVs: an Apple Watch can successfully take a HRV measurement. Program your app to take that number as it is . It’s that simple.

Love It!!!!!!
I downloaded this app just to try it out. And it exceeded my exceptions so I eventually bought the app. I haven’t regretted it, It’s my first go to in the morning. I actually rely on it like I do my Apple Watch.. And speaking of Apple Watch it lets me know when my stress levels change right away. Tell’s me when to take a break or a few minutes to calm down.. Thank you for This App!!!! It’s My One Go To for My Overall Stress numbers!!!!!

Inaccurate, bad UI, lack of explanation for results
This app claims to harvest data from my health apps, but it doesn’t do it properly. Whenever I check my health apps to see if the data matches, it doesn’t. Stress Monitor claims I slept 8 hours some nights when I didn’t sleep at all. Claims 2 hours on nights I slept 7+ hours. My sleep monitors rarely match up with Stress Monitor, so I’m not sure from where they’re pulling the data. Claims I have high stress “Overload” rating when I’m physically and emotionally relaxed, just had a nice meditation session, and have settled in to read an enjoyable book or spend time with my pets. Claims I have low stress “Great” rating when I’m bed bound with the flu and a severe migraine, dehydrated, and have gotten bad sleep the previous nights. When I’m emotionally and physically exhausted trying to meet a deadline between vomits, while in excruciating pain. My plain HRV app doesn’t match the results that Stress Monitor puts out. I regret paying for a year of this app, especially when there appear to be much better apps out there.

Loving it so far!
I am loving this app so far. It has been great. The app tracks my sleep (even if I don’t sleep in my Apple Watch) and always recommends great ways to make my stress levels better. I have really bad anxiety and my heart pounds while I am having an attack. With my high stress level job, this app warns me when I am about to have an anxiety attack. I have been able to control it a lot better with this helpful app! Worth every penny!
