We use supply house for all our residential and commercial needs! Quality is great but customer service is far better then anything we could ask for. Only been a couple hiccups along the way and when you call you get knowledgeable person willing to resolve the issue as quick as possible! Great company!
App is great on iPhone, needs an adjustment for iPad.
I love your selection and very fast shipping. My orders have been accurate, well packaged and shipped very fast. I order two to three times a week to keep my customers’ places up and running. Being a handyman type, my calls can vary from a leaky faucet to a cook stove vent rattle. Being mobile, my truck is my daily office and I use my iPad for notes and invoicing, your app is great in portrait mode on the iPhone but does not work on iPad. On the iPad, there is no landscape mode, and portrait mode is the same physical size as the iPhone. It would be great to have an update to recognize the iPad’s screen size and landscape mode for the external keyboard. 5 star company. 5 star iPhone app. 2 star iPad app. Handyman in Rhode Island
An update need to be done for the search bar. Us plumbers are ordering a lot of times the same type of material, brand and size..we just need to switch it out from a “tee” to a “coupling”. While using the app you have to retype your entire search. You can’t edit it like you can on their website (in search bar) supper annoying while doing big orders. If you use the search bar/feature like I do use the website
Another update and it still will not automatically bring up the keychain for auto sign in. So the app is still useless. I go online and use that because it’s instant sign in. Don’t really understand why this is so difficult. I see the same requests over and over in the reviews. And there is an auto response every time. “We’re working on it”. But nothing. Every time. I order from them several times a week and would use this app all the time. Who’s going to type in their email and password every time when you can just hit one button on the site and auto log in??
Since I downloaded this app over a year ago I’ve purchased hundreds of items. It’s quick and convenient. Great inventory and staff are helpful at locating those odd items. Returns are free and quick also! Oh, and the prices are unbeatable. Highly recommended for plumbers and other professionals.
As the app signs you in and out of your account the cart will double/compound all the quantities. It’s very annoying and if I have a running cart for a job bid, adding items while building the bid just to get a total at the end, and have to adjust all the quantities multiple times really slows down/ add error to orders and bids.
My only criticism is the search engine is very weak, item description has to be perfectly matched to the apps description. I have found it best to search on google, then the SupplyHouse item will be listed, copy and paste, and everything is great after that.
Many times my search results go “blank” as I scroll down; this doesn’t happen on the mobile site. Reloading or restarting the app doesn’t fix this. Happens on WiFi & cellular alike. there’s no search history, & (like the website,) the algorithm requires some specificity to get the right results. I’m sure they’ll get this corrected & it’ll become a very useful app. But for now, I’m sticking with the website.
Supplyhouse is simple to use and makes ordering most hvac supplies/parts an absolute breeze. Not only that but most orders are shipped so quickly. Supplyhouse is my go to for most of my hvac needs.
This app is awesome. They have pretty much anything you can think of and usually at the cheapest prices. Also they deliver very quickly usually in about 2 days.
Overall the app is fine the only thing that bugs me is I can’t log in with thumbprint or Face ID. If my bank can do it you should be able to. Otherwise no real issues.

I absolutely love this company and I use them all the time but why cant they get it right. I use my iPad to look at things as this and I like to see everything in landscape or at least be able to rotate it to satisfy everyone.
