I gave a rating of 3, and somehow you’ve given yourself a 4. I hit some kind of deposit “limit” on my checking account. Why would there be a deposit “limit” in the amount? You would think the bank would want more money deposited, not less. I have never heard of this from any other bank. Very troubling.
This app is simple, efficient and easy to use. Everything is online, accurate and updates quickly. Transfers are always instant. I’ve had TBT for over 10 years. The customer service is amazing. Any time I’ve had any problem at all they helped me quickly and efficiently. They never charge me excessive fees even when I accidentally over drafted a few times. I had some fraud and they nipped it in the bud and replaced the money while I’m waiting on the case to settle. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I now live in Austin and still use this bank because I love it so much. Thabks TBT! ❤️
I’m loving most everything about my new bank. However, I’ve noticed that a lot of my billpay vendors, which were paid electronically at my last bank, are now paid manually. Payee’s such as Suddenlink and Macy’s, when submitted, were manual which really slows down the bill paying process. I’m suspecting, once I get all my payees setup, there are going to be more manual than electronic. Hoping there is an update in the near future.
I really like this app and using for a couple of years. however i’m wondering if there was an upgrade recently-my app has stopped updating and shows my accounts as they were 5 days ago. I verified this online-can you fix please? tia
I love everything about bank. It’s your money they want you to have it! The people r very friendly, n make a point to call u by name. The app is very easy to use.
Of corse the in person service is exemplary. TB&T online banking is by far the most complete as well as straight forward program I have ever used in the financial industry!

As of version 3.10.3 I can no longer use the app because it requires you to update it to 3.10.3, which requires iOS 16 and my device is not able to run iOS 16. I am currently running iOS 15.8.2, and version 3.10.1 of the app was working flawlessly until the new version was required.
Since the new update, I have had to refresh the screen 5-10 times for my accounts to even load. Once they load they are as they were days ago, not updating/syncing. Please fix.
…but doesn’t much of the time. Glitches, lockouts, functions not working…. And don’t bother calling for help- they can’t do anything on their end. Very mediocre app.
I have a IPhone XR and had absolutely no issues with this app working. Today it tells me I have to update the app, which was done 1 week ago… and now I can’t access my account!!

I don't like the new app. 1) Photos for deposits are way too sensitive - I had to take a photo four times before it would accept the check. The app keeps displaying a message that the photo it is too dark even with the flash on. 2) I receive many notifications that are useless to me. I can't find any way to control the kinds of notifications I receive. Other banking apps let me control the kinds of notifications I want to receive.
I like the way the app works and how everything is displayed, but it's not as efficient as the other app! For example, the items don't post as quickly as they used to, so I think I have more money in my account then I do. Not impressed with the new TBT app.
