This app not only provides you 24/7 access to my account, with the ability to pay bills and transfer funds on-the-go, but I also have control over my cards to turn them off and back on it I suspect fraud. The best part I can keep an eye on my spending and budget while I’m out. It keeps me on track with my financial goals!
This company makes it so easy to get things done that I don’t mind doing them. I’ve had accounts here for several decades and I have never had a problem that they could not help me solve. And always with a smile and a “we got this” attitude.
At first it was slow and took a minute to set up but once that was done it worked like a charm. I was able to change my address in the app which is great. Setting up the Touch ID took a little know how but I got it figured out. And I am not a bank employee, I have been with this bank for 20+ years though and this is a way better app than the last one.
For starters , once you download the app you have to call the bank to setup a password . Took me 2 days to get ahold of a rep. Once that was settled, I logged in but the app is sooo dam slow. I’m using an iPhone XS( which I doubt should be a slow phone in my opinion). The app is slow, loading screens galore, basically freezes. To be honest is anyone is giving it 5 *, I’m pretty sure they’re working for the bank itself. Paid reviews in other words. Needs a lot of work. Definitely did not make things “easier” like they claim.
I’ve been with Texas bay since 1995. During that time I’ve had numerous loans Credit cards and accounts. Texas Bay has always exceeded expectations and always shown great customer service. It’s been a real pleasure doing business with these good folks
This app works when it wants to. Usually doesn’t work for me as I have to call the CU to help me unlock my app. I have mine set up for Face ID to open it. Most times it tells me I can’t access the app and have to call the CU. However, I wish when it does work there was an option to pay my TXBCU credit card through the app with an external account. That would make life a little nicer with this CU. Hopefully they will add an option like this for us.
Wow! Now this is the app I have been waiting for. Love the look and ease of use. Registration was easy and I appreciate the security. Love the new features specifically the ability to transfer funds to/from my other financial accounts. Thank you.
Most of the time I log in through safari because the app is so slow. Takes forever for me to be able to click my account see what I’ve spent or to make a credit card payment.
Great online banking app. Very easy to use, great security features, and can link accounts from other financial institutions to see a full financial picture. Can also set budgets and savings plans.
Very very friendly people. They resolve any problem you may have. Very considerate in their approach. Only down side…. Tellers in their efforts to be friendly… slows up the line
This is the absolute worst banking application I have used to date. I literally have to call the bank every time i try to do anything because its always locking me out. Type ur password wrong once and you are screwed. It also doesn’t let u store log in information and everything u pan out of the app it completely clears your screen. The prior application was even better than this and thats not much to say.
The decision to change billing and drop all info from the website and app so that all of it had to be re-entered caused my elderly parents to miss payments, lower their credit score, receive many embarrassing outstanding balance letters and stress, and cost me a day off from work to get it all re-entered, so $500 plus fuel and food. Thanks so much for just dumping peoples info, great move.
Suddenly begins to ask for answer security codes, the app send the codes to your phone but the same that app doesn’t recognize the number received and then go to your accounts is not allowed.
Wish I could manage my credit card within the app, instead, when I tap on my account it takes me to the website. This defeats the purpose of having the app. Other than this, the app is ok.
The app logs me out all the time, doesn’t remember my password after I give permission to to remember it and doesn’t recognize my Face ID after I set it up.
