Review update: this app has not crashed in months. It seems TCB has resolved the issue! After deleting and reinstalling the app again, I decided to read the reviews. It seems there is a serious problem with the compatibility and testing of each new update. I have lost count of how many times I have had to delete the app and start over but I wouldn’t be surprised if my downloads coincide with the update releases. It seems to work fine one day and then the next ... nothing but a loading screen. Please look into this issue as it seems it is an ongoing problem for multiple people. That issue aside, the app does have appropriate features and I am glad TCB has a better system for mobile deposits and person to person transfers. I’ll always support a hometown bank, but if the stability of the app could be improved the app would be on par with my other accounts at national banks.
They never let you deposit a check on the app, it always tells you improper endorsement, whether it's legible or not, oh and it takes bout a day and a half for them to tell you that even though it says it's been accepted for deposit. Useless, useless, useless! Update: found out that it was more my fault than the apps of my troubles with depositing. Called the bank with my issues and they explained clearly and had no further issues
Since the last update (3 weeks ago!) the app stays on the loading screen for multiple minutes. Seriously have to wait up to 5 minutes sometime for the login to appear! I won’t wait so long for an app, and if I cannot check my banking on my mobile, I will consider changing banks. It’s 2020. Devs: Do you all not perform any QA testing on your releases? Do you not use the product yourself? How could such a release stay in production for so long? Do you not read the reviews here in the Apple store? Embarrassing.
Works great for me. I’ve never had any issues with the app it’s always loaded in a fair amount of time and I’m able to access everything I need to on it! Love not having to drive to the bank when I need to deposit a check.
Have not been able to login to the app for a week because of a loading screen that keeps saying Update 100%. It pops up and goes away over and over and never stops. Plus when it did work, the amount of $ I would have one day would be totally different the next day with no added transactions. Very poorly designed and managed app because nothing changes! I’m fed up at this point.
This app may not have “Bling” - But, to me, that is a GOOD thing.....Easy to understand & navigate.....Not a bunch of added Unnecessary & Useless fillers....Always works & is NOT Constantly Forcing Updates which Obsoletes the older iOSs. I quantify it as a Mature Users app. 👍👍
First, changing passwords while using a PW manager is practically impossible. You copy/paste your current password into the app, then switch to LastPass to generate a new password, but when you return to the CB app, it deletes the password you already pasted. And no matter how fast the camera snaps a check image on the mobile deposit , I get a timeout error.
App was probably designed by three kids at North Hardin for a tech grade. No biometrics, can’t deposit via camera, clunky interface. If you still write checks, this is the bank and app for you.
If it takes forever to load just close a restart. Sometimes you just got to give her time to get ready for your date ya know? Just chill Karens. It’s not YouTube or Amazon lol
So glad we have an app now! So much better than the mobile site! Also having the ability to activate and deactivate our debit cards with the push of a button is AMAZING!
Sends a verification code and always get a message unable to authenticate when I put it in. No face recognition either. I’m never able to do anything via this app. Worthless.
