Get with the times

This could make so life so much easier but I just got a sore neck from trying to write an addendum on my iPad. I have a keyboard connected to my iPad to replace a laptop when I’m on the go. I had to write up an addendum and because the app doesn’t rotate to landscape mode I had to tilt my head to make do. I mean, this is one of the simplest features an app can offer. We don’t even have to get into how horrible the drop down menus are or how unintuitive the icons are with no explanation of what they do until you click them. You can do better. Why do all the industry standard tech tools for realtors feel like they were developed by that lady at the office who doesn’t know how to work the printer?

First review ever

Having owned every iPhone since it was released, just want to let the developers know this is the worst app ever made. I’m not sure anyone, even if they were trying, could make something this horrendous. You’ve created an app that makes the user interface for that “how to take care of your sick houseplant” app feel like instagram. I’d rather go snorkeling in a shallow puddle of bleach or chew on vinyl flooring made with asbestos then try and send a single signature addendum out with this nonsense. We are all permanently dumber because you tricked us into downloading it. I hope you trip over a labradoodle but on someones ring camera it looks like you kicked it and the clip goes viral for an anti-labradoodle violence reel. You deserve a very bad speeding ticket and your car getting hit by a shopping cart in the same day.

Gotten worse

Instead of improving overtime, this app seems to interface worse with the iPhone over the last few software updates. I struggle to create forms and even update them. Buttons with drop-down menus no longer work.

Doesn’t actually work as a mobile application

Doesn’t actually work as a mobile application, sure Wish it did. In addition to not actually being able to load or do anything else, the “zoom in/out” function is archaic & doesn’t actually work, so you can’t even access the theoretical data boxes even if it did load. Transactiondesk, PLEASE work on this and make it a viable app so we can all step into the future with the rest of the world. This is the ONLY remaining aspect of my income/work that cannot be done on the go. Just silly & no excuse for it in this day & age.

Love It and Hate It

I love having access to all of my documents on the go, while I’m away from my desk. But I find it very annoying that there is no landscape option. So I’m on my iPad in it’s case w/ keyboard (so it’s like a little laptop), and I have to look at a sideways screen because it’s vertical and my iPad sits horizontal in it’s case. And if I have to “design” the page for signatures from my iPad, it definitely doesn’t have all of the same functionality as on my computer. I think the app is OK, but could be so much better.

Poor technology

This program is very antiquated! Not easy to use lacking for the most part & not user friendly and requires vertical use only! In the year 2019 almost 2020 no rotation of the screen is unthinkable for agents on the go. Can’t setup docs for signing have to type side ways with my iPad keyboard then turn the whole device around. To read! If it weren’t free to agents nobody would use it ... hope the brokers aren’t paying for it! Very did appointed in today’s tech world seems they could come up with easy remapping of the software.

Not Terrible but could definitely benefit from an upgrade

App is okay for what I’ve been using it so far. I just use it to see what my clients have added to a document I shared with them. It has all my transactions in one place and it’s pretty easy to use. It can definitely benefit from an app upgrade. It’s been years since the last one

Excellent App

This is by far one of the most efficient apps I have as a REALTOR. This app has enhanced my performance greatly because it allows me to complete tasks in a timely manner. Very user-friendly as well. My only request is to allow the app to orient in both portrait & landscape (currently only in portrait). Thanks!

Needs a Good Update

Is a great tool when it works, my app will not open the signature page or just home or anything on the side bar without having to hold down for a few seconds until my phone menu comes up to select open, very annoying. I believe a good update could go a long way. Also integration of Landscape Mode for iPad would be amazing.

Needs a serious update

This app is designed for Realtors on the go but is horrible to use. Takes 3x as long to do anything. Feels like you’re using it on an old iPhone 2. The images and font are tiny, cannot zoom unless you’re in certain sections and have to use their buttons, bo pinching in or out and you can’t rotate to make it bigger. Buttons hardly ever work properly when making selections. Please update!!!!!

Could be Great but Maddeningly Flawed

It could be an incredibly powerful tool but the app is so glitchy and flawed it creates more work by attempting to use it. I spent 30 minutes trying to use the signing feature while in a place without computer access, and would have been better off to wait and send later. Very disappointing.

Great mobile option BUT WE NEED LANDSCAPE

I requested landscape mode over a year ago via support. Most of the reviews here are also asking for Landscape mode for over a year. Why is there no landscape mode?? This really limits the app for mobile use, which is the whole point, isn’t it?

Poor quality app

This app is so slow to load if it ever does! I usually wait over 20 minutes to get the app to load and most times it never loads and opens so I give up and go to my computer. It’s very frustrating and a HUGE waste of my time. Sounds like their bandwidth is too small to handle heavy activity. Can’t enlarge screen on documents to read. Print is too small.

Functional for 2010

The app is functional. With that said it is much slower and more cumbersome to navigate than any other document management/signature app Ive used. My company came from using Dotloop which has its ups and downs but it’s simple, efficient and you can send over a quick counter offer on the phone in less than 2 min.

Good but could be better

This is a great app as I don’t have open up my local MLS and follow links to get to transaction desk. However when writing offer and sending authentisigns, I have to go into the browser and do just that. Please do a landscape mode in the next update!

My first review was deleted. This app is horrible trash. I’m sorry. It’s true. It feels a good 15 years behind a Zillow product, for example. Far too many problems to go into here. They need to start over with app devs with real track records. This is sad and offensive and angering. And in 2022, it won’t even be covered by your dues! 🤮

Awful

After numerous calls to customer service the app still doesn’t work correctly. I can not get my files to upload to the app on any of my mobile devices. So useless when I’m on the go and away from my main computer.

Crashes, lack of landscape mode, buggy menus…

EVERY time I think “hey. It’s been a while, maybe I should give the TransactionDesk app another chance,” I’m severely disappointed. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 20x, shame on this hopeful, patient realtor who is finally, for good, giving up on this app.

Absolutely a mess on an iPhone 14

Spent the last 2 hours trying to put together a simple signing event. E signature boxes move around unexpectedly or are impossible to place in the correct position. Why even bother with this app if it doesn’t function?

Absolute Trash - Disappointing

Awful, you can’t even click on certain items because of the smushed and condensed layout. This app could be so helpful for those on the go moments, but you can’t get to anything!

Just terrible

When I say it’s useless, it literally cannot be used to get a document signed. It’s 2023 and this the best you can do? We’re forced to use this from our provider and it makes me want to switch providers entirely. DO BETTER!!

Developers Don’t care about this app. Delete this from App Store

This app is aggravating. It is stuck in portrait mode and don’t rotate. You see this as everyone’s problem but they just ignore it. Why don’t they just delete this altogether?

Needs repair

Total frustration! I use this app because my agency supplies it. It hasn’t worked in 3 weeks. When I get to design step, in authentisign, it times out. I reached out to tech support … got nothing. I’m going to purchase another signing app. I work too hard to deal with this! Anybody?

Not good for iPhone

TD doesn't load correctly on the iPhone. If I don't have my laptop then I cannot edit a transaction. Not good for business...

Frustrating and confusing

How is there no landscape mode??

Needs major update

Hard to believe this is an app for REALTORS with no landscape mode for the IPAD. have IPAD and key board and cannot us it with the app. The only users for this app are REALTORS please change the app to be functional on IPAD please.

Needs to support Landscape option

This app would work well if it supported Landscape option for IPad. It’s impossible to use it with an iPad Pro and keyboard without the landscape support. It seems that its the common complaint with everyone. PLEASE HELP!!!!

LANDSCAPE still not? - people were complaining 2 yrs ago?

Found the app and thought, WOW! This is going to be great! Downloaded… activated… and once I got in I thought, this is weird! The reviews from 2 yrs ago complained about the lack of LANDSCAPE rotation view. Sure enough it really didn’t work. I’m going to work for another hour and see if I just need to update a setting… if not, gotta go back to the laptop. MLS and EMAIL and DOCUSIGN work, but TRANSACTION DESK won’t rotate to LANDSCAPE? Almost funny. Not really one to care what other people think - but I would look like a bit unprofessional if I was typing sideways. Hopefully the Lone Wolf people have solved this and I just need to find their instructions. I’ll update the rating and the review if I find that Lone Wolf are reading their reviews, got that feedback and solved the issue (please don’t tell me this has been going for over 2 years). Fingers Crossed - I would love to carry this, instead of my laptop. A bit embarrassed as everyone at work seem to already be very aware of the fact this single app is the main reason they are still carrying a laptop. Oh well, maybe it is a Covid-thing and is about to be resolved. I’m not big on 1-star b/c this feels like a car without tires - it just needs this one thing to make it work… but of course without it, you ain’t going nowhere. Not proud of switching to the iPad if this is REALLY how it works. Reading sideways is no fun. I hope to be back after this is finally updated/remedied and I will update this review if it works.
