Great deals

I’m new to True Religion… I always thought it was out of my price range but with the promo codes and sales I’ve found that it is affordable and the prices are reasonable for the level of value you get!! I’ve spent around $300 in the last couple days but have plenty of new stylish items to choose from in my collection. I’m 51 years old and still desire a style that fits my personality!

I hope y’all can Fix the app!!

I’m having trouble ordering products through the app on my phone. For some reason every time I check out and type my information in, it ends up, sending me back to the page to type my information in again. if y’all could fix the App I believe it’ll be working perfect after that.

More of a noticeable glitch

I personally wanna start by telling you all HOW AWESOME YALLS STUFF IS PERSONALLY. Thanks also my eyes took kind of different to that smaller print and I have 20/20 legitimately and I se that it could actually hurt eyes in the long run if the print was unable to be blown up and or darkened atleast. Sorry to place it loud no other way here that I know.

Error in shopping cart

If you do not except their terms, then you may not be able to proceed further in payment unknown error pops up in the end, the error will not even give you details. A really bad user experience buying from this website. Great collection of clothes but they really didn’t pay much attention in shopping cart. I personally have build much more sophisticated shopping cards for my clients. The cookie error keeps popping up every next page. It is so annoying to shop here.

App issues

Although it is an easy app to access products, the check out process is ridiculous… trying to check out is always an issue… out of 6 attempts, I’ve only been able to check out 3 times successfully. I enter info and when I select continue, it reroutes me BACK to the data entry page all over again and I’ve just stopped trying after 2 days

Quick and Convenient

The True Religion app offers all of the features that the website does. I just don’t have to go into Safari and type in the URL. The app is quick and convenient and allows me to make all my purchases with just a few taps.

The Struggle Was Real!!!

I started out on my cell phone - then moved to my tablet & then to my laptop. Took forever for me to place my order so 2 of the items were gone by the time I got to check out. I do love this flash sale and am really glad I found some great pieces at an unbelievable price. Just navigating the system was really really slow - maybe due to so much traffic - my friend had the same issue!!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE

HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED!! Am a long time loyal customer and Wouldn’t recommend them at all horrible customer service. Ordered one hoodie 127 plus tax and it was too big I returned it and before even getting the refund because it takes 2-4 weeks for some reason I ordered another one of the right size and the stitching is all messed up and all they say is “oh we’ll return it” bogus for high paying customers not even an apology nothing this company is highly shady… shop IN STORE IF ANYTHING NEVER ONLINE THEY WILL SCREW U OVER!!

I love you and I love true religion jeans I buy them quite often unfortunately I can never find them in my size on your app so I'm always at Rochester by them I wear a 48 to 34 in the lift I would love to find Jesus on your side I would definitely spend my money here thank you

I don’t understand the problem

First it was not loading Klarna and being left on a loading screen, then it was having my bank charged even though not completing my order, then it was just not allowing me log in to my account. I have to keep deleting and downloading the app I’m tryna shop with you again before the sale ends but I am completely in able to complete a transaction on your app or website.

Worked When The Website Didn’t!!!!

As simply as the title of the review puts it: — the website was spazzing out as I tried to place an order during a sale, which, at TR prices, is not something you wanna miss. I was about to do just that when d/l’d the app., and was able to place my order, and through my pre-existing account, even! The confirmation e-mail was as close to literally instant as need be for human perception. Oh - and the app. showed the same storefront as the website, so I didn’t hafta re-find everything. 👍

Deceitful rewards scheme

I racked up a good amount of points, but when I tried turning them into dollars, I got hit with a "minimum purchase not met" message. I dug into the fine prints, and there's no mention of needing a minimum purchase to cash in points Stuff in the bag mysteriously vanishes on the desktop version, forcing you switch to the app. The return policy is a bit unclear about what's returnable and returnable, and what's not.

Finally! This is THE easiest app to use to help me spend my hard earned cash on TRBJ. lol seriously though, easy to use and works much better than the site for navigation.

Add the wishlist ‼️‼️‼️

On the website when I log in I can go into my wishlist and purchase whatever I need/want buutttt on the app I can’t even find the clothes or outfit that was put into my wishlist. So please add the wishlist to the app and make both of our lives easier 🙂

Random error at end

Every time I put in my information at the end an unknown error pops up and I can’t place an order I hate this so much horrible app I even went to the website and it still wouldn’t let me I contacted the store but they have not answered me! Horrible never ordering from here again

Not happy

I bought some clothes and paid for 2 day shipping and they still haven’t came , on ups it says my package is delivered and they still won’t give me my money back I’m beyond mad, where is my package what did I just pay 150 for now that my package isn’t here why can’t I get my money back !

I cant even place an order

I find it really disappointing that I can’t place an order through my phone on the app or even through safari. You really need to fix this. Numerous other people have the same issue. Really disappointing 🤦‍♀️

Frustrated

I like the clothesline, but customer service is horrible. I tried numerous times to get someone on the phone and there is no such thing. unfortunate for us old-school folks. Thankfully I got my grandson his clothes anyway.
