Please fix this!!

I got my light stick as a Christmas gift and I haven’t experienced any problems with it. I got new batteries for it today and when I tried pairing it with my phone, it says that the light stick needs an update. I try updating it but it doesn’t let me. I click ‘forget this device’ in settings and even deleted the app. It still says the same thing. How can I fix this??

Great but one issue

I’ve used this app when i bought the lightstick. It worked great. After several months, it is asking for a lightstick update. However, It is disconnecting mid-update. Therefore, it won’t complete any of the updates despite of trying to reset it all the time by pressing the button on the lightstick for 10 seconds and clearing the bluetooth. Hope this gets a fix. It is quite irritating to not be able to update.

Well...

I've had my Candy Bong since I got it for Christmas and it works great! However, recently whenever I connect my light stick to the app it crashes before I could interact with the light options. Can someone please fix this annoying bug?

Love TWICE

It works really nice. I am a international fan so I don’t know if it flashes based on the music but it has different modes. You can change the brightness and color of the bong. If you are having trouble connecting, hold the turn on button until your light stick flashes different colors.

Amazing but a couple of recommendations

I love the app works super quick with my candy bong. It connects super quick and is amazing. The only thing I would wish is that it would have different eras to choose from for the theme and have a mode to go along with the music :)

Almost great

I got mine today and it’s having trouble updating the lightstick. When it does update after resetting the Bluetooth multiple times, I can’t press the arrow on the bottom to create the variety of colors or the side menu. It’s like frozen.

Great until update..

Ever since it told me to update it, the app hasn’t been working. I tried to update but it always failed and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the app just crashes everytime I try to open it.. its a shame that I can’t use the color options now :(

Trouble with Skin Settings

I haven’t had trouble with the app until the recent update. Admittedly I haven’t used the lightstick in some time. I used to have the skin setting set up already. But now when I try to change it the screen goes dark and I can’t select anything.

Candy bong update won’t work

I’ve tried numerous times to connect the light stick. But it seems it doesn’t work anymore. I’ve followed all the instructions. I’m now thinking maybe they want us to buy the new light stick candybong Z. But please fix this bug so it can be a lot easier to connect. Im going to TwicelightsLA and I want to be able to use this. And I can’t afford the newer version

Light stick isn’t connecting.

Reading other reviews, you can see that the light stick is just not connecting anymore. Don’t know why this is happening. Would really like a fix.

keeps crashing

i just downloaded the app to connect it to my candy bong and the app crashed immediately. i opened it several times and it’s still the same. doesn’t even let me open it for a second

Since... you know... there's a Taiwanese member and there are a whole lot of fans in Taiwan. I only gave 5 stars because of the lovely TWICE ❤️

Won’t connect.

My app says “this app is not a candybong you can connect to. Please connect to another candybong.” What gives? It works on android however the last three light settings didn’t work so I wanted to use my iPad. But it won’t let me?! Please fix.
