I have tried every which way to re-enter my players card number and it keeps telling me that it’s invalid or not working. I am at the Twin River every weekend so I know my players card works. I tried with zeros without zeros and everything it just won’t let me login and it’s frustrating because they want you to reserve things but I can’t because I’m not being able to log on
The app does not seem to work for accounts that were opened in Tiverton
Twin River / Tiverton have a poor practice of using the same account numbers for two people. They start accounts with a prefix of X1 if opened at Twin River and X2 if Tiverton. The problem is the most employees are not keenly aware of this so when I give my number they assume I’m some woman from Twin River. I have to explain the difference to them. This ‘feature’ is also not accounted for with this app because I am not able to enter X2 as part of my account number so it just keeps failing to login.
The only valuable use of this app is to go into the offers section and accept the ones that are available. Unfortunately, this is the only part of this app that does not work at all. Once in this mode, the offers don’t appear and the screen locks up. A five star app becomes a one star app.
I was excited to see a couple of updates in the last week. Used the slot locatir and thought my machine was still there. Traveled almost 2 hours to find NONE of my slots that said they are there are NOT. Last time I use this app and last time I go to TR, aka Ballys
You use your ACCOUNT NUMBER and PIN to login to the app. If the wrong email is loaded from the casino, there is no way to fix or replace :-(. NOT HAPPY )-:
Updated & now the App keeps freezing & crashing — cannot reserve offers which is basically the only thing the app was good for in the first place. Fail!
Can Bally’s please redo this entire app please? I just want to know my tier points and it never shows up. This has to be the worst casino app I’ve ever dealt with
The app is worthless, and based on every other review here, no one disagrees. If Twin River does not care about its customers enough to give us a good app that is useful, we should go elsewhere.
If you enter your birthday correctly, it will say it is invalid. If you enter the wrong birthdate, it will not give an error. 🤦♂️ Who built this app? Who tests this app? Who fixes bugs within the app? If you are paying anyone to do the above tasks, they should be fired immediately. You’re wasting those dollars.
Somehow the android version is better than this. Never able to log in, never able to sync, it’s just plain awful. The somewhat half-baked versions from bigger casinos work better than this.
