Takes at least 3 weeks to get paid for a job, at least. This company does not pay for enroute miles or dead head unless it’s over 30 miles and even then they have decided that is a $1 per mile when accepting jobs thru the app…potential 60 mile round trips are as high as my personal rate of job declines, and solely for that reason! Lastly, they decide via the app what is and isn’t medium or lite duty, not the service provider. Just a heads up.
This app absolutely kills your battery. To run this app you need a designated phone. If this was on your personal phone the battery will probably be dead by lunch time. Our previously used roadside app/company (ran by Allstate) was great, very few problems and would run in the background for about 4-5 days before a charge. Now that our hand was forced to go to Urgently and since the first day we started using it has been killing the battery in under a day. If I was to ever use the phone for a few texts or calls I’d be concerned the battery wouldn’t make it till the end of my shift.
Way to many issues, was forced to update to this app due to not receiving any jobs in the provider app, they told me to update to technician app for more jobs, low and behold. False job alerts, open app, nothing there web bowser is no better. Somehow something needs to be addressed and fixed ASAP. Sincerely a ticked off provider
The original driver app worked way better. The new version, Urgently Technician, isn’t without problems. Upon accepting a job through the app, it will quit or buffer and it has to be cleared out of your open apps then relaunched. The functionality of this app is not what I would expect from an app. Please switch back to the older urgently provider.
I really don’t like using this app I wish they could direct the call to my dispatch portal but no I have to use their app. The whole 30 miles coverage and after $1 per mile is not very convenient. Their website is slow too and not iPad or iPhone friendly. They need a lot of improvement. My app hasn’t been working for 2 days now.
Urgently app has really allowed my business to increase. Without them I would not have gotten business with any Mercedes or American Family. And everything is done paperless and digitally. Very user friendly.
They simply are just useless middleman claiming to be number one but that’s false advertisement they don’t pay crap and think they don’t have to negotiate I’m done with these guys if I was you guys I would do work for them either only way to stop them is by not doing there work it’ll come through another client trust me
New app is extremely horrible. Please switch back to the old app. This new one freezes and keep buffering forever and crashes many times. M my rating is only for the app not for urgently service. Payments take 2-3 weeks to get paid. Other companies takes maximum of 3 days. Some pays in the same day.
You miss out on a ton of work because the app and the web link load up so slow. By the time they boot up the job has already gone. I like working with urgently, but they have to get this figured out. It’s been going on way too long now.
The app crashes all the time ! Have to restart my phone 4 times a day for it to work , then they want you to deal with that and pay you junk rates! If they only knew how much money it takes to run a professional towing business... stay far far away!!
I use this app, every time I take aspic for the car I tow it keeps freezing up and saying system problem it has a lot and lo of problems every time I try and go pick up a car the car isn’t there this app keeps giving me other places, this app needs more work.
A job is sent to my phone through the app, but when I open the app, it states “there’s a problem at the moment please try again in a short time”. How can I make money with this app if I can even get the app to show me the jobs!!
We went from accepting 2-3 a day to now not having gotten anything in weeks. The app always freezes when trying to accept and crashes constantly...please fix it or go back to The original please thank u
App not work, I got most of the jobs as sms And if we got a job on the app Hou need to close it then open again then your chance to got the job is one out of 10 Please return to the old app Also the activation code for my other driver is not work
Urgently have changed my contract rate without permission and the new rate are so bad I don’t make any money to pay my bills also the app keep freezing,you guys should make the rates back the same of the providers set up,60 dollar including 7 miles are insane, rethink about what you guys do because there is no way providing you guys with that rate.providers please DO NOT PICK UP FOR CHEAP,we should be one hand to resolve this ridiculous problem!!
