For the life of me every new update brings some sort of problems. I am now unable to check my credit card transactions over the app, I’ve tried updating it to the new software, even logging in outside the website. Please get this issue fixed as I’m a person that likes to check my statements. Thank you.
The app used to be a little limited but still functional. Now there is really no need for me to go on the website because I can do almost everything right in the app. Great improvement on every page, the redesign is fresh looking and navigating the app is effortless. It’s really like a whole new app now.
I love the app it is very user friendly. The people in their marketing department really know what they’re doing. I especially love the fact that we can wire electronically. Ease of use is extremely apparent. Would 100% recommend 10/10!
I was forced to use my Zelle through the We Florida app and it’s been a nightmare every since. It doesn’t allow me to receive funds automatically, I have to request funds. I can not make changes to my account while using the app. I can not use my telephone number to verify my account and the app continuously freezes while in use.
Update is terrible it’s sad when you can’t get a new debit card from this credit union I have been trying for days all I get is we don’t do that here you are in the wrong department and when they give you a number to call is still the wrong department terrible upgrade at this place no one can help you just TERRIBLE
This app has not been functioning for about a week now. You can’t transfer money and other functions. Meanwhile, they have the audacity to charge overdraft fees. Forget about getting someone on the phone. Horrible!
I’m not sure what’s going on but the app is like under construction from yesterday when I tried to check my account. I need some answers because I’m seeing overdraft on text messages sent and that’s totally not accurate.
This app would be great if it had a mobile check deposit feature like every other banking app has. The Credit Union is already inconvenient enough with hours and locations!!
The app closes every time I try to make a mobile deposit when I take a picture of the check. I have to try six and seven times to complete one deposit. Absolutely terrible app. It’s easier to drive to the bank. Smh!!! Please fix the issue.
This app is way behind all other banking apps, I have a few other that blow this one away, unfortunately since I’ve been a customer for over 40 years I’m reluctant to change banks as this one is my primary account.
