This company literally does the best they can when it comes to helping you even when you’re late on payments, the Fee isn’t that bad at all and I honestly don’t know a better loan/Funding company literally 5 stars from me. All they ask for is communication and you’re set!!
Customer service is very rude .. All they wanna do is argue .. we provided them paperwork when our first payment was and they went in and changed it blamed it on us … Supervisors are a joke … We provided the contract with our due date and they just do not wanna help people resolve to pay when it was set up to pay for a reason … so I pay when it’s suppose to be due and they are charging me late fees when it’s their fault .. They set people up for failure from the start … Need better training they are providing a service and need to be more understanding … would never use this company again if I had a choice … if I could give 0 stars I would ….
It’s okay for viewing and paying your bill, but it says a lot about the company when the interface is set up in a way that try’s to trick the user into signing up for automatic payments . Once this debt is paid, I will never use this company again, nor will I advise anyone else to. This is a very sleazy business. Since the pandemic they have actually increased their collection efforts to take advantage of their customers who have fallen on hard times.

Now to be honest the reason I got a phone call was cause I forgot to pay my bill on time but the phone call was by far and beyond disgusting guy calls me in the middle of him and his friends talking about sex toys which lead me to believe the call had to be fake but no....the people who work here lack the service in “customer service” it’s like the interview is 1 question to work for them and that that question has to be “can you use a phone?” Cause they must hire just about anyone
I love them. They approved me during covid when it was so hard to get a loan. They report to the credit bureau monthly which has increased my credit score almost 100 points in a year.
It’s so easy to pay my car note on the app just one click, no hassle , no worries, just want more go towards my car not interest but it don’t happen every month but can approve there but other than that I love them!
Very convenient and easy to use... I have no reason to call... all the information I need is provided in the app. Pay of balance, precious payments, etc
The company is good but I have loan with them for 2 year and I never miss payments but every time I pass one day or two day for payment they start calling like if I never going to pay them
My app is set to auto pay and they still don’t take the money out of my account on the day it’s supposed to. Therefore they try to make you late to charge even more interest when It’s clearly their fault. I have a 100% on time payment on every one of my other loans. WF is the worst company to get a loan from hands down
You answer the phone the person just breathing. Unable to make a payment this application says it doesn’t recognize my credentials. Accessing on the web it tried to enroll autopay. Please do better
Okay I’ve been having issues with this app for the past 7 months, never left a review because I didn’t really care. Doesn’t matter the card I use, I’ve had a few in the past year, none will go through. I even deleted the app multiple times to try and see if the problem fixes itself. It doesn’t. Please fix this problem I’m having. It always says “Make signature payment (credit card) payment failed.”
Doesn’t store my payments info. Other functions don’t work properly either. You will not make a payment without spending a while figuring out the kinks.
They gave me the worst loan known to mankind when I was a kid so I was to stupid to realize. I take responsibility for signing the paper but the fact they offered this loan means they are scam artist
Let me start off by saying the app is good I have no issues with it. My issue resides with the company. I financed a car for the amount of around $12,000 and my payment is 350/month with an apr% of 22% which I’ve never even seen before and I used to work car sales. My friend just bought a new mustang gt for around $48,000 his monthly payment is 350/month (not sure on apr). How does that make sense both of our credit scores are under 700 so I do not see how this number figure I got is even justified let alone the fact that only 80-100 of the 350 payment goes towards the actual loan amount. If this keeps up I will end up paying $18,000 for the car I understand interest is how banks make money but you are quite literally charging me 50% of the cars value in interest which quite frankly is absolutely absurd. They should not even have accepted the contract for the car because it’s mislabeled as a trim level above what it actually is but nope they went ahead and gave they ok. Now I’ve been stuck paying for a misrepresented car and paying an outrageous monthly payment. Stay away from this finance institute it’s a scam. I was unfortunate enough to get swindled by them and now am stuck in one of the worst auto contracts I’ve ever seen.
