I have never written a view but this has been my worst experience ordering online so far. I placed a large order on the 1st of February. I qualified for express shipping however, my order didn’t even get confirmed till the 11th of February. They then removed 2 items from my order that I already paid for because they ran out of stock. They refunded it, and my order was set to deliver for the 15th of February. I then received a message from DHL that they required tons of information that I didn’t not have access to. I contacted white fox customer service twice and never heard back from them. I guess my package cleared customs anyways and was set to be delivered today(the 21st of February.) I then received a message from DHL that I owe a total of 382 dollars in import fees. I ordered from white box boutique US so I’m very confused as to why I am being charged all of these fees. This was never disclosed anywhere while placing my order and I’m beyond frustrated with this company. I called DHL and they said someone would give me a call within two hours. Never received a call but received an email my package would be delivered today. It has not been delivered. If I don’t pay these fees in the next 5 days my package will be sent back to them. Worst customer service, shady delivery company, save yourself time and money and just order from princess Polly. This place has no concern for customer satisfaction, they just want your money.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve been wanting a good quality hoodie for a while so I bought one from here but I had to spend at lest $100 for free shipping so I bought 2 hoodies. Never again. Their so boxy idk who these would fit. The sleeves are extremely long, like so long that it is probably almost as long as my leg, so when I have it on the sleeves look atrocious. These hoodies give u the widest shoulders and make u look like a line backer. These hoodies are also super long, they could be a dress. I ordered XXS/XS. And It’s not worth it to return it. Shipping it back costs $11 and they only give store credit and they don’t refund u the price u paid, they give u a smaller amount. I reached out to them via email complaining and they told me it shows how it looks on the models, except it doesn’t look like it, none of the models have boxy hoodies but all of the white fox hoodies are extremely boxy. For the price they should be a lot better. They have also received a lot of feedback saying how boxy their hoodies are and haven’t done or said anything about it. Never buying anything from here again. I literally wanted to cry because i spent so much money and I cant even wear them or get a return.
Worst experience ordering online in my life. First of all, they take so much time to ship but then say you can’t make a return if it has been over 30 days since the day the order was placed. They also don’t give you a normal refund, only store credit. My item was damaged when I got it so I truly don’t want to waste more money here. You also have to pay the large shipping cost back to where it came from which is deducted off your store credit. To top it off they said I may not get ANY store credit if the item is returned damaged but it came damaged ????? The customer service has been no help and can’t answer simple questions. This place has cheap quality and just wants your money.
I tried White Fox before and was happy with my order so I brought something from then again during Black Friday and it has been the most disappointing process ever. They said they were running behind with their orders. What I assumed would be two or three weeks behind, became a month. I bought my outfit excited to wear the clothes for a vacation I was going on a whole month later. Now it is the day before I leave, no clothes to wear, and the tracking number is not working. This has been the worst shopping experience that me and numerous other people have been going through, and it will be a long time before I ever shop with them again.
I absolutely have been pleased with White Fox especially the red gingham bathing suit which was the whole reason I decided to shop with WF. I wish the app had sections for people to input their reviews on products, the app feels like a ghost town in that regards, but it is very well organized other than that one suggestion!
They offer your a discount however if the item you bought doesnt fit you , they consider that you just changed your mind so they only maihjt hive you store credit for the final amount you paid which is ok but you also need to pay the amount of whatever was the discount they gave you lets say the 15% which is absolutely wrong a part from that you need to pay for returning the item and make sure you pay for a certificate of arrival. Thats abusive and wont order anymore from them. I do not recommend their business where they do not value their clients.

If items don’t fit you they don’t give you back your money , they give you credit ! Plus you have to pay the shipping label back to return your items that don’t fit !!! It takes over a month & 3 weeks to get your credit return back also and then 7 business days to actually receive it !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IM SAVING YALL THE HASSLE . The clothes are okay but sizing is way off!!!

Was excited to order from white fox until seeing all the bad reviews/ that items don’t show up/ they give you false shipping statements.. Customer satisfaction should be a boutique’s number one priority, and it just seems they do not care about your order as long as they secure your payment. The clothes are really cute but it just seems totally not worth it for the hassle. Shopping shouldn’t be stressful it should be fun!

Although they are based in Australia, I ordered in October and I just now received my order in December. They have horrible customer service as they did not reply to any of my emails. Do not order from them. I got no help for my order at all. So disappointed.
They have amazing products but they have no customer service and the shipping to the United States on standard will take over a month, and you won’t have clear updates on your package.
Their store credit is not able to be used on the app, which is fine. But even through the website, there’s literally no way for me to be able to use it. I’ve also read other people having this issue and not getting any resolve. I’ll take my loss and go

I ordered my girlfriend clothing from the app on black friday for Christmas this year. It's expected to be delivered in January. There was no communication by them to inform me that they weren't delivering my product when they said they would. Absolutely ridiculous!
Ordered some clothes for an event about 2 weeks in advance and still nothing. Paid for express shipping but didn’t come early. Plus they keep posting on instagram as if we aren’t commenting that we need our packages. No apology or refund. Really disappointed
This clothing brand should NOT be as popular as it is. I see girls at my school wear the white fox hoodies and stuff and I wanted to see if I could buy one because they are actually kinda cute! But when I saw the prices I was like absolutely not. The clothes look cheap.
