Due to the location of my home and the tower, trying to maintain a secure and strong signal has been more than difficult! I am completely aware that my connection issues may be out of their control! I am so thankful that those areas that they can control and remedy, they have always been prompt with service! My experiences have been pleasant seamless. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a network provider who puts customers first! I’m not the guy to write a review, but this company has been phenomenal; it’s well deserved!
They are the only one in our area that does not charge you an arm and leg! Can download anything at anytime of day or night. When we have a problem they help on phone or have I. T. Come out and fix problem!
Only exists because of government subsidies to provide broadband to underserved areas in Missouri and Illinois. Will only ever do enough to keep complaints to the FCC under a certain threshold to ensure continued government funding. But, of course, we are stuck because of our location so they continue to be the only option.
