Talk time is too expensive, it would be better if there was and unlimited monthly plan you could get just like with a prepaid cell phone plan. Instead of paying 125 tokens per minute to video chat why not have a plan where you pay like 25 dollars a month for unlimited video chat and then you just top up your coin as needed to send gift to your guy or girl . It would be much easier that way . I find myself having a good time talking to a girl but get interrupted by my tokens running out and it seems like some of these girls might not have another way to get in contact with them or if they did the conversation would be difficult because of language barriers since most other apps don’t have the real time translation feature that joi has. All things considered though this is a great way to find a potential partner especially during this time COVID when people are struggling to do most normal things like going to work, putting food in the house, being able to go out and have fun , and even dating! It’s very odd time we are living in and it clearly has become the new normal. But with an app like this it at least can solve this problem with these few minor tweaks . *****update**** The translator could also some attention... particularly in grammar and deilect language when translating into and from English in notice for example Spanish translations are hard to read if its to a person who knows only English

I just wish that I could have it to women only & it still be free to see whomever I’d like to see without having to pay ten coins for each female. Like what if I don’t like the female that I come across? I won’t be able to get those coins back. Another thing, when it’s on both, it ONLY shows males 98% of the time. Then when I do come across a female, 25 seconds isn’t long enough to see if I’d want to continue talking to her. At least give us 2 minutes, maybe a minute & thirty seconds to see if I’m interested in talking or at least give us the opinion to continue talking for as long as we want until either I or the female wants to skip one another. That would make more sense don’t you think? I see that I’ve gotten 20 free coins. Maybe have it to where we can watch ads to earn some coins. Maybe 20 coins per 30 second ad & like 50+ coins for watching ads that are like a minute long or longer. That would make this app a lot more better & then you have guys on here pretending to be females with female profile pictures, me thinking it’s a female & then it wind up being guys looking for other guys. I don’t like that at all.

Short and sweet this app is expensive and not for dating or “meeting new people”. This app, along with “who, olive, cherish, etc”; claim to be “dating” apps but are nothing more than cam girl apps. Idk who these females are, whether they represent the app, or work for the apps, but 95% of the girls I met with and saw, all seemed to be interested in exposing themselves to me. Some for free (not without the 120/ min coin fee for calls) and some would ask for gift first which....surprise, costs more coins lol. Like I said it’s honestly a fun app, there is indeed attractive women on this app, there are also very “different” women on the app as well lol, however if you’re looking to have easy phone sex with strangers then this is the app for you, and it’s cheap if your doing it occasionally for fun, but if you’re doing this a lot then be prepared to pay a lot.

Everytime I purchase coins on here it don’t send my coins after purchasing, I report it they take days to answer back, then when they answer about my coins they just say can’t find where I purchase even though I show them my receipts... or they will say text apple to get a refund and I told them many time I can’t get a refund but they take my money... Hello I agree with one of the comments. How are you suppose to get know someone in video chat if you guys just eat up the coins so fast. Yes you may get feee coins but if you only get 200 or 500 you can only chat for like 2 min. I enjoy text message but it’s more fun to talk and video chat but not if my coins get gone so fast and I just have to pay and pay more for coins when you get really know time to talk. It should be more easier and less expensive or more time to be able to video chat w people. Which is why I give this three stars as well. I met someone and like them but can never see them cause my coins eat up so fast and I’m not rich. Hope things can improves

When I downloaded this app I never though this would be my everyday thing to go to. I literally fell I love with this app I love how I can meet different beautiful women around the world from Colombia, Brazil, Venezuela and much more. The woman are all friendly and full of happiness and joy, there is no app like JOI this is the best app known to man kind I hope they keep on updating it and improving it because I live for this app I use it everyday it’s the best thing in this world, I certainly will keep spending money on this app because I love it!

I’m just gonna be real with you: This app is just..ok. Most of the girls are clearly some sort of cam girls(take that as you want). However, the calls for a certain period of time are way too expensive. One call that wasn’t even a full 5 minutes was like 200 coins(hit it off with a normal girl and liked her). That’s unacceptable, especially since a simple chat during the call costs coins as well. Also, it doesn’t give you a timer after a while, so if you stay on too long, it will deplete coins anyway. That’s crazy! If you want to keep getting matched with girls, expect to pay. I only gave it 3 stars cause at least it matched me with woman repeatedly. If you meet someone genuine, get their info and get off the app immediately. Honestly, I can only half recommend this app until it starts getting more realistic on the coin cost per call. Absolutely no sustainability, and you’d have to be an addicted idiot to keep throwing money at it and using it.

This app claims they punish nudity and such but they know that’s exactly what they strive on. The girls are restricted from giving personal information out because the app knows if they play on cam and sell you nudity directly then it is more profitable for the woman to get paid directly instead of by the app and the app loses business. Basically they way the girls have explained to me this works is for every $250 a guy spends on coins; the girl will receive $25 worth after working many hours to take the coins from men by the minute and the app keeps the rest as profit. It’s sickening how they take advantage of women in 3rd world countries simply because $1 is better than $0 and they have no other way to work.

It’s not a bad app by any means it has a really good concept and u can meet some chill females on there.... but at the same time prices are high for what it offers, and you should make it so we can choose our region it’s akward trying to talk to someone and u can’t talk to then mom you have to text them because you don’t know the language. Being able to change what part of the world we go to would be nice but it’s a decent app and concept you just need to improve upon some of the user convenience parts of the app.

These women are getting paid to make you spend money just talking to them or showing nudity, the developers are using women especially around Columbia, Venezuela countries where money is almost impossible to make a living, these developers know, once you get your free coins and join the video chats, you’ll want to go back and that’s when your dangerous spending habit comes in, I highly recommend to STOP USING THIS APP ASAP all the women are Gorgeous for a reason, to take your money and tell you lies all the men that are reading this work hard and make money, go to the gym, fix yourself and surround yourself with like minded people, it’s never too late to make a change, I believe in you.

I had to change my cell phone. And for that reason I lost my previous premium account, since Joi live does not want to return my account which I already had for a long time and had positioned as premium and with thousands of followers. And they tell me that I have to pay $75 to go back to Premium. It is not possible that there is no synchronization or something like that, when for some reason you change the cellular device. I think it's terrible!!!

You spend $10 a month on VIP and get 1200 coins and 10% extra on coins but that’s only 10 minutes for a private call and 20 for a regular call and even then half the times that’s inaccurate. Also whenever I buy comics I get charged more than what the coins are worth, you should do away with coins at least for VIP make it more expensive if you have to but it’s so stupid that you pay $10 a month and barely get anything out of it

This app is good and I like it, But it’s absolutely unacceptable how this app is for people to meet friends and make connections but yet CANNOT share social media details to bring them together in person. This is honestly the opposite of what they promote. I would give it 5 stars if that was allowed. But since it’s not. Only 2 stars.

This app says they are for connecting with people too “make new friends”. Their terms of service states that they DO NOT allow nudity. Which is a complete LIE. This app/website main purpose is ONLY too pay women or men too take off their clothes and do sexual acts. This is the best app for video chatting and meeting beautiful women from all around the world. The app has been great and I’ve experienced no issues. My only and biggest suggestion is bringing back the token discount packages they were actually very great and made a huge difference especially when you upgrade and are vip member. Thanks

If you buy coins it will automatically charge you a certain amount after about 30 seconds with someone, HOWEVER it is rigged so once you buy coins the moment you end the call it will charge you 10 coins. Which isn’t mentioned anywhere whatsoever, even if you instantly skip that person it will still take your coins. Dont buy them unless you find someone you really like. Even then just quickly give them your phone number.

I like the site so far, it be better if I didn’t have to pay coins for a video chat!!!! It doesn’t make any sense at all, because it strictly says no offensive language and pornography. This app has the potential to be good but the talk time is expensive as well as it flys by. The price has increased since before again so now it cost even more to get the same amount coins and the talk time is still the same. I can say with a guarantee if you lower your prices and talk time you will see more people be on here than ever before.

The app is ok , coins should be cheaper for new users more features should be added plus you should be able to search a person you know if you made a new account, also it shouldn’t be in only one region

If you really want this app to be one of the most popular dating/social media apps in the App Store then please make it free to talk to women. Talking for 25 seconds is not enough time to have a conversation and get to know someone. Hopefully you can change that in the future.

You will definitely meet a lot of beautiful women on here, some do want a relationship and some just want friends or fun. Yes you have to spend coins to video call but it’s not much. Overall this app is worth it for any guy 😁

So I’m not so happy with the site. It’s ok I have met some cool people. But I don’t think the site is fair, I think it’s to expensive. I WOULD RATHER PAY TO TALK TO A BRICK WALL THAN USE THE APP. Their app support is NON EXISTENT and when they d supply they do so EXTREMELY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVELY and then ignore you. Also, all women on this app are employees who are paid to flirt with you. One of them even admitted it to me in private. They will take your money and block you.

Ok, so here it is simple. This app seems to only source the women from Colombia, Venezuela, Philippines, Ukraine, and Russia. There is no way to filter anything. It asks you who you prefer to date (males vs females), but makes you see both anyway. Don’t get this app…. Unless….. you like to pay to chat with people you will never meet, because they are from other countries across the world.
