Glitchy as all get out

I have a bunch of links on my page. It doesn’t load past a certain point and if I try to scroll it any further down, it shoots me back up to the top… Not only does this do this on the app but also the browser version too… it’s extremely slow loading everything in and I can’t even look up a specific link to edit, I have to SCROLL all the way to a link. This becomes annoying if you have a lot of links and if you want to move something you have to have good hand skills to hold a box then use another finger to scroll and pray it doesn’t glitch’s and lose your place… I’ve been using Linktree for years now, it’s improved significantly in other areas but they user interface is extremely clunky.

10/10 Recommend

linktree already has a ton of great customization options for free i’d recommend 10/10, but there is only 2 reasons i rated 4 stars. i like to use my personal profiles as social Icons at the bottom of my linktree, HOWEVER i mostly downloaded the app so my audience could easily find my work & Affiliate Profiles all in one place. i currently separate these links by headers but i feel my linktree is beginning to look too busy and overwhelming at first glance! i would love the option to “group links” for example- i could label a button “business profiles” when they click this button it drops down a menu with my linked business accounts. also i use vsco as a personal account and its driving me NUTS that there’s isn’t an option to add it as a social icon with my other personal accounts, please fix this💀 PLEASE i found another link in bio app where these 2 options are available and id hate to trade in Linktree after i’ve been loyal yet im just that ocd😭

WOW!!

i usually don’t write reviews for apps because i don’t want to or just don’t feel like doing but but this app deserves a review. i have been using link tree for a couple of years now and i love it! i was so excited to hear that they finally came out with an app so i downloaded it and it’s so easy to use and very well organized. ofc there are some features that are only available to use on the web but im so glad i can add links to my link tree in a app and not on the web. if i were to get the premium link tree i would definitely get it no questions asked. link tree is so easy to use and it’s pretty self explanatory. i definitely recommend getting this app! i will continue to use it! thank you so much!

Finally

So happy you guys finally have an app!!! 🎉🎉 Ok so I just have the free version (so if y’all wanna sponsor me feel free;)) (kidding unless ur down lol) but I literally tell all my vendor/creative friends about Linktree & how cool it is that you can link all of your socials in one place. They’ve usually never heard of it & they get so excited that it exists! It’s great for artists that have multiple platforms like etsy, websites, social media, etc. I am just so grateful that you exist & thank you for making a free version for us broke starving artists. Well-designed and easy to use

Linktree’s app is intuitive and simple - like mobile apps should be. The focus is on updating your link in bio and includes a live preview to see how your changes manifest in real-time on your profile. The Linktree platform has evolved quite a bit from the basic link-in-bio days, and there are a ton of features, here. There are definitely a few missing from what’s supported in the web experience, but I’m sure they’re working on getting those added.

Good for Discord, but Mixed Results on Growth

⭐⭐⭐ I've been using Linktree for a while now, and while it's been great for sharing my friend's Discord server and other links, I can't say it's delivered on the promise of growing my TikTok or other social media accounts. The interface is user-friendly and setting up links is a breeze. However, the growth on platforms like TikTok hasn't been as significant as I had hoped. On the bright side, it's definitely useful for sharing multiple links in one place, and I've found value in that aspect. Just keep your expectations in check when it comes to the growth aspect.

Absolutely trash “customer service” and escalation team

This app and Camila are a waste of time, money and energy. After using their site for more then a year both as a paid member and free member I can confidently say I am very happy I switched over to “Milkshake” this week and deleted my linktree account. I asked over 20 days ago with weekly reminders for them to help reset my password and even provided proof of the glitch in their site….must be getting paid to do nothing over there I guess. Oh and for what it’s worth to anyone reading this the competitor I mentioned includes “insight” or “analytics” for free members. NO NEED to ever give linktree a penny again 🙌 Peace out Camila 💋

Can’t get past the Home Screen

I’m sure the app would be just as good as the website but to log in or sign up it takes you to a redirect page on safari. However safari will not load because it’s too many redirects and you can’t change it in settings. I signed up and can log in through my computer but I thought it would be more convenient and efficient to use the app. It would be best if someone look at this error and get the bug fixed.

Doesn’t work right

I don’t know what they did to this app, but it is worse than what it used to be. I can’t get logged in with my account information on the app. So I go and reset it every single time I login. Even if I go through the process to create a new password it only works when I first open the page that it’s on. If I go back to the app and try to login, it won’t take my password. I have created probably 15 passwords yesterday trying to update my account and then I get some sort of warning that makes absolutely zero sense. I will be looking for an alternative and getting rid of this.

Updates!

I love using Linktree! However, whenever you’re trying to maximize on your profile it ends up crashing or not working all together. My account has the option to add thumbnails to certain links to attach an image with the it. Every time I add an image it doesn’t load and worse it just leave a question mark image. This go for my profile picture too. Not a good look if you’re trying to have a professional account.

Was working great until now

I’ve been using Linktree for a long while and it works great with analytics showing views flawlessly . Now that I signed up to a very popular new affiliate marketing site, used this new link and it keeps saying unsafe URL. I got banned for a minute, contacted support and they said I was fine and was reactivated again. I was able to use this link with a domain name without it saying unsafe but then I realize NONE of my links are showing views now which really is a bummer. I’m now having to move on to another platform.

Unable to see, add, or edit links

I have been having this ongoing issue for several months now and nothing has been fixed. I’ve done all troubleshooting and nothing works. This is such a disappointment because I pay every month and linktree is benefiting me . They keep saying they updated the app However that’s not true. It takes days for customer service support to respond and they still can’t fix the problem. Please hire a professional web developer, you all get millions off of us consumers and put very little effort to fix this ongoing problem

Completely Unusable

Customizing was super glitchy and once I was able to get things somewhat how I wanted them I couldn’t even preview or use it. It just keeps telling me to verify my email. I think I have had them resend a verification link about ten times now. The verification link in the emails just take me back to a page saying I need to verify my email and I can’t move past that point. I have tried closing the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried logging out and logging back in. Perhaps this only works if you pay for it?

Verification issues

Trying out this app to create a link tree for my creative sites and finding that it keeps asking me to verify my account which I have tried multiple times via email and resent verification email but so far no luck. Wanted to preview to see how things look and can’t get to that part because of this issues. Otherwise it looks like an app that will do what I wanted it for. Any suggestions or help on this issue?

Awful New Login Sytsem

Whatever changed, it wasn’t for the better. Now when I press log in the authentication window pops up and requires me to log in through there rather than directly through the app. When I log in and put in the right log in information it accepts it and automatically closes the window but returns me to the apps login page which remains the same. Terrible update. It’s not even doing the bare minimum now. Can’t even log in to access an existing account on the app? This needs to get fixed ASAP.

Customer service is NOT readily available with these tech concerns. My info is on a public platform and I need to remove and update and can not! This is horrible and can potentially cause users to have to deal with legal liabilities! Make it easier for people to update. Their phone numbers are different changes that they need to make so that they can login without any problems. I have verified through my email updating my password and still cannot get into my account.

Cant even use the app👎🏽

I can’t even login and I’m for a fact putting the correct info and everything. I see other reviews saying the same thing even as far back as in July so it’s crazy they haven’t fixed this issue yet. Ridiculous. The website crashed as well. Just gonna use some other company because the fact that this has been an ongoing issue makes it clear they probably don’t care about their customers enough to even fix it. This was a waste of my time.

Glitches and not working

I had it at one point and it was free but when I tried to download it again it asked for my credit card information when it said it was free so u went on the website and tried to log in from their and it won’t load everything else works fine but when I press the login button it takes me back to the homepage or it just has a blank white screen

Make Having Multiple Accounts Free

I love linktree, i’ve been using it for years! I was super excited to see that there’s an app available now. However I am very annoyed that you cannot log into multiple accounts on the app. You can, but there’s a pay wall. It’s annoying because it should be a basic free feature to switch between linktree profiles, but its not :/

Won’t load links

I have been unable to edit my links for months I’ve also tried all the troubleshooting tips and spoke to customer service even tried to create a new account thinking it was a glitch and it wouldn’t even let me do that. I love the idea of linktree (all my links in one place) but very disappointed with quality of app/website.

My experience

I really do love using Linktree but it would be nice for some improvement with the app so we don’t have hold down just to drag and scroll every time. It should be like a select and tap for placement to be quick and done

Great idea, easy application!

I was always looking for a solution to reach my all social media in one place and finally you guys solved the problem. If you find a way to connect the links straight to mobile application like twitter, that would be perfect.

No customer support - locked out of account

The email from which I set up my account is also the account linktree spams me with emails every other day begging me to pay for Linktree Pro. However when I try to log in it says that email doesn’t have an account, when I try to create a new one it says that email already exists. Unfortunately I have to warn others via this mechanism because there’s no response from customer service either. Linktree 0/5 stars

No supper - App does not work

I submitted a review stating I could not use the app. Developer response was to reach out to support. After about two emails of me describing issue, as well as sending a video of the exact issue, the communication stopped. This has now been over a month. Don’t waste your time trying this app. If you do not see the log in screen and it’s expecting you to sign up for a new account you won’t be able to use it. Horrible support and a horrible app.

Came back after using another service…I’m impressed

It took me minutes to set up my store and list the links I want to share. It was easy and looks better that the one I paid 1100$/year for 😅. I’m a fan.

Banned without Justification

I was banned off the app, had no idea why. I submitted my email asking what codes I violated and it’s been 5+ days with no response, when I got an email back immediately asking why I couldn’t login with my account. They would tell me that I got banned, but not why. Use another service, they pick and choose who they want to succeed on the platform. OnlyFans girls are allowed to stay but artists that want their work to be recognized will get banned appreantly.

Finally an app that can direct people to ALL my things!

I’m so happy that I could finally find an app to store everything for my many accounts. Super easy to set up and easy to link to all of my socials! Great app!

I was about to cancel and a pop up came to tell me I could get a free extra month if I didn’t cancel so I didn’t. I even pressed a button to confirm. A few days later I was charged and of course since it’s past 72 hours it couldn’t be reversed so I’m paying a hundred bucks for extra fonts when I have a website with full analytics but yea way to screw people over. Careful people. They won’t reverse it. Just cancel it and don’t trial it.

Linktree is terrible

I spent all day editing and putting my music on Linktree just for them to ban my email not even 24 hours after I made the account. They lifted the ban just for it to happen again, then they keep asking me to change my email as if it did something wrong. I just created the page!!! Just gonna go use another service and I DO NOT recommend Linktree. Waste of time and promo

Was working flawlessly.

Recently updated and now running into a bunch of issues. I cant use any of my own pictures as a background, it shows up as a black screen with the links there. Try to change the color of the background at least but it just stays completely black.

Not loading

Was really excited about it. I was trying to make an account and got to the point where I’m trying to type in my name but when I press done it goes to a blank page. I’ve been trying to do this for awhile and even tried deleting the app and it put me on the same page with it blank.
