I’ve had this app for a couple weeks, and have yet to figure out what you can actually do with it. There seems to be no real description or instruction for the app anywhere: not in the app, not in the App Store, not on their website, not when searching Google. Here’s what I’ve discovered by using it: - It has a simple interface. You can scroll through “verification” videos of people of the opposite sex. (It claims you can “make friends”, but it seems more like a bare-bones dating app.) - There are 3 options if you want to reach out to someone: 1) you can say “hi”, which basically just sends “hi” with a kissy-face at them, presumably to let the person know you like them without actually saying anything. 2) You can “chat”, which allowed me to send a few messages before it stopped working. 3) You can add them on Snapchat, which seems to be broken. - I started with 50 “diamonds”, with no explanation of what a diamond is or what it’s for. I assumed they were for sending messages; however, after sending a few chats, I have 45 diamonds remaining and I’m unable to send any more. Trying to chat now takes me to a page where I am solicited to pay for a premium subscription - which allows for “unlimited instant chat” and “get unlimited diamond”. In summary: no instructions or description of mechanics; seems buggy; broken English; but they want you to pay $9/week or $18/month for a premium version of it. My advice: don’t bother.
They have it appear there are a lot of local or nearby users. But unless you are in Texas, Washington or Michigan you won’t find anybody. I hade 89 “friends” and every single connection was nothing more than a scammer or an actual person who just wanted to see you “content” You can’t report anybody without submitting a screenshot and you can’t submit a screenshot without giving the application full access to your phone. Man if they got in their and cleaned up their user base maybe it would be okay. But I don’t think they will because their app would fail because nobody is actually using it for the intended purpose. Also a ton of people on here reporting to be underage in their profile (it’s a one night stand app 😤) and it honestly makes me really uncomfortable to have to even scroll thru and see underage individuals trying to sell themselves (absolutely disgusting and again you can’t report without a screenshot, and you can’t give a screenshot without giving the dev full access to your phone) TLDR if you live in WA, TX, or MI then maybe. If not then you will not only have your Snapchat’s exploding with scammers but you will also be disappointed at least 5 times a day from this app. Send a refund.
You need money to even look at who’s in the area, or to even chat, add, or anything. I’m surprised they didn’t charge for the sign up. Won’t be coming back until you give back to the consumer a little more you money hungry goons. Girls on here are trash too. And half way across the world. Like you’re setting people up to get scammed. You should take a look at your business plan/model again and make some adjustments. If I have to pay ima pay for something credit me like tender. We don’t what this app is or even heard of it and you charging to swipe. 😂
What really frustrates me about this app is the lack of ingenuity with being able to talk to everywhere in the world but not being able to really like in on your preferred state so you can get matches with people you can actually meet up with is beyond me, yes, you get to see plenty of people around the world, but there’s no different from this app and yubo oh wait, there is because in Yubo you can at least login to your preferred state there was no thought put into this app, but demands money. There’s more bots on this app then a custom black ops two Call of Duty® lobby..
1. Way too many obviously minors (8-13; I’ve reported 3 in one session) who were supposedly verified as adults while using the app and I’ve used it for 30 minutes max 2) App would lag, time out, and have video loading errors 3) Although option to delete my account is shown on the “contact us”, the app is not allowing me to delete press the option and actually delete it. 4) you can only make one email to send feedback in a day.
Paid for the membership, verified, and I can’t access the Snapchat feature on people’s profiles. I paid to have more access and got none. Emailed and haven’t heard anything back. Don’t waste your money until features are fixed. Lots of fake profiles and lots of girls just trying to sell content also… so be aware.
This app does nothing but take money, doesn’t even offer a useable product. Microtransactions from he77, no way to interact, each friend add cost diamonds, no idea how this trash has 49k reviews other than it takes them. On top of all that trash, once your sub runs out the diamonds are there but useless as it no longer lets you search. Waste of money and time don’t bother
Paid for the yearly membership, but for some reason only the first few profiles I see everyday can share their Snapchat (only first few have the yellow button, after that it’s gray for the rest of the day)
App/Site is complete trash, even adult friend finder still wins.. to many fake profiles, ability to search locally locked behind pay wall, the list goes on and on.. until theres a change of how site and features are used along with being blocked behind a paywall i wont be subscribing plan and simple.. ill keep spending my money on adult friend finder..
The fact that you have to wait 24 hours just to be able to do anything so they can verify it’s you…it’s other ways to verify someone besides making them make a video and wait a full 24 hours before being able to chat with anyone
I guess I downloaded this app a while ago and now someone messaged me saying they found me on it. I went and downloaded but it’s not giving me an option to get into my supposed account. It’s only letting me make another account which is weird idk how to be able to get into my account to delete it because I don’t want it up
This app is scary. I wanted to try it out because wth why not might make some friends. They may seem like bots at first but they turn out to be real people they all just catfishing others. Everyone that added me on the app was from the same location apparently. They so claimed to share live locations but I’m sure they’re trying to sex traffic fools. So beware!!! THERE ARE MINORS!!!!!
I came across the Oops app recently to make friends and from what I was told by a user who wanted to “date” me that it’s a dating app. Very VERY misleading to a lot of users who are looking for an app like Hoop or Wizz. Giving this one 3 stars because the UI is nice, but the app is misleading.
The free experience on this app is truly abysmal. You only get to see like the first 10 profiles that are “nearby” and you don’t get additional profiles to interact with, ever, unless you want to just browse profiles from everywhere. You cannot chose any filters, at all. All of the profiles I’ve interacted with have all been obvious scammer accounts.
Everything is forced. You really can’t engage at all. Takes 3 days for u to get approved. And u can’t connect with anyone after all. They force u to give a review before u trying to add pple. And still it won’t let u add or chat without paying. Literally every thing u click requires payment.
Contacted them to restore purchase. Heard nothing back. Then saw there are many minors on this site. I requested a flat out refund instead of restoring of purchases. I also will be filing a complaint directly with apple over my money not being returned and my concerns over the use of this app by children.
Option to add Snapchat of users greyed out making subscription worthless
Diamonds can only be spent to add Snapchat accounts while you have a subscription. While I was subscribed, almost half of the time the option to add Snapchat of users was greyed out. On the last 2 days of my subscription the option to add Snapchat accounts of users was greyed out for 95% of users. As a result I was unable to use up my remaining diamonds. As soon as the subscription ended the option to add user’s Snapchats mysteriously worked again 100% of the time.
Every time I think it’s my wifi but it’s not everything else works perfectly well but when I wanna chat with someone or search the dream freezes and doesn’t work at all
Most people on here are scammers or bots. When you try to find others you’ll see the same profiles over and over again. Friends button doesn’t always work.
You gotta pay for everything literally nothing free but the app you can check out there profile but other then that can’t do nothing might as well take down the app from the store - don’t waste your time with it
Too many outdated accounts where people abandoned them (not deleted). Too many late teens getting through “verification.” And the premium to show who’s close by doesn’t even work. Waste of money and time.
Disaster is putting things lightly. I would wager over 50 percent of the user base is underage. Not only are the underage but many if not all are seeking sex, selling nude photos and more. This app is a case study on developers doing nothing to stop child exploitation. The FBI needs to shut this thing down for good.
You have to pay to be able to see the people in your own area and that’s stupid I think that apps like this that make you pay just to see people around you are scams and should be shut down
The app is cool but I guess there is still some bug there and why does my messages does not go through it brigs out red circle anytime I send messages And also try to refuse the amount of germs to add on Snapchat After that the app is superb
I can’t get around my head why pay for a month when you can’t even see new people or those nearby. The app only shows me around 8 out of 100 people nearby and I paid premium. Lots of underage, don’t waste anything on this app!!!!!
