I have this app for my company and its very glitches and you have to refresh it to see new messages both on my computer and phone Its not like iMessage so i would not recommend
About a year ago, this used to work just fine. Now they don’t send links for password reset or to log on. The sign in on the all keeps prompting me to check my email. I click the link and then there is an error. It asks me to use my same mobile device. I have been using my mobile device. This prompt is a viscous “spiral of death” tech cycle. This app has been an ineffective barrier to work with incoming business texts on my mobile devices. I’d recommend finding another interface unless you like frustration.
Terrible performance and even worse customer support
Ever since their update I have had nothing but issues. I have to force close the app almost every time I need to send a new message, the interface is awful. It will randomly log you out without warning causing me to miss important messages. Have been logged out and cannot log back in, reached out to their customer support, been over 24 hours and I’ll get an email every 3-4 hours asking for a random pieces of information with zero help. Stay away..
I try heavily on the mobile app as I’m not on my computer at all times. The app makes it so I can reply to texts when I’m on the go. Super easy to use & I love the notifications.
To log in, I have to get a link sent to my email every time. But then when I click the link- it opens up my browser not the app. Regardless I follow the instructions just to be sent back to the login page and the cycle begins again…. Please fix this. It’s been months with the same issue…
Make this app great again. It was amazing and nothing needed to be changed. Ever since they made an “upgrade” a couple months back it is almost useless. Better off using your own cell phone than this app until it goes back to how it was.
To save time I will instead say what I like about this app rather than what’s bad: -it will tell you if the text you are sending is too long I was going to put “it texts” but it doesn’t even really do that. Look elsewhere
Ever since the update I haven’t had access to log in to my account the only way to get access is through my computer browser this is a real pain so to me need to use this for work
The last version was so much better. The fact that I can’t close the conversation and copy the name of the contacts any longer makes things a bit harder for me. I’d appreciate it this could be changed.
Can you update the app to remove the “Forgot Password?” button? It doesn’t work, even if you do it through the website. Maybe hire some people who know what they’re doing.
Incredibly unreliable app. Possibly the worst messaging app I’ve ever used. Only reason I’m stuck with it is because I use it for work. Don’t download.

There is added functionality to search by name, keyword, or business. Additional search capabilities will continue to evolve over time. There is also the ability to filter the inbox by unread, unanswered, and by campaign. The message view is easier to read and looks like a native messaging app. There is added functionality to send a photo in the message. From this screen the user can call the contact, assign the conversation, and view or edit the contact details. The contact list is easier to click on and read from the current app. There is functionality to search the contact list and add a new contact.
