This is a nice app for beginners. It's a great way to start your daily meditation and build it up. If your looking for a real basic this is the app for you.
This App takes up so much space for the little it offers. Its nice that its free but there are many other Great Free Audio meditation Apps out there that include at least 3 meditations-10 minutes each but most contain about 10-20 types of various lengths & there's one that is a 28 day course offering a new mindfulness daily meditation short like this but each day & then later you can choose any to use any day. There's an App called Calm that has probably 100 free great meditations varying in length & for your age & needs & I love the Breathe App just called Breathe which offers plenty of great free meditations based on your mood & how you feel-it will choose the best ones for you or you cAn choose your own-at least 20 free choices & that lady tends to Really relax me & can put me to sleep or Calm in a 5-6 minute meditation. All of the Apps I mentioned take up much less space-MB than this one App which only offers a 5min meditation on breathing-something I have in about 10 other Apps. I had hoped for more when it mentioned the daily affirmations but didn't realize they were just reading hints-quotes. I've had this App a few months now but sorry I have to delete you based on the above-if you want to take up over 100MB of my free space I need at least 10 great guided meditations including some entrainment for my brain like ISOCHronic tones-ambient beats & subliminal positive affirmations-one day if you add to what you have I'll gladly try you again & upgrade my current 2 star review which is ky because you are Free & I don't recall Ads-unless there were Ads & THATS why its so large a file-I can't even remdmber as it hasn't been MEMORABLE for me & I need some space now for some other great new Apps that require 1/4 of the space & offer 50times the content with 5star reviews-Well-Good luck-I guess THATS why nobody bothered leaving a review as this was so short they didn't want to be bothered but I took THE time to explain to you Why & I wish you all the best.
