The machine is great. It does give you a good work out where the problem lies is in the VR part of it. I have down loaded the app several times and it still gives the same thing. Opps an error has occurred and they know about it and they are working on it.(For a week now) Guess I will for go the app and just use the machine for the work out. The machine gets a 4 ⭐️ but the app gets a 1.
The whole concept and workout is great but the app is underdeveloped and the machine is archaic. Firstly, there is no volume control within the app…and the default volume is so loud that you can’t even play your own music because the voice of the tapes overpowers it. Secondly they obviously haven’t through out their workout combos…if you select the 40 minute session you are most likely going to get the same exercise multiple times in a row (I.e. I did a 40 minute session of the advanced workout this morning and the first 5 exercises were the same)…this is extraordinarily frustrating. Thirdly, a lot of the times you’ll get the wrong voiceover for the workout you’re supposed to be doing so the exercise and the instruction don’t match, super confusing. Lastly, for a 400 dollar machine I would have hoped that the actual equipment was nicer than just a wheelie platform on a metal frame. I mean you can get relatively nice quality treadmills for less than this…I would have expected a hydraulic system with a more comfortable foot base and more control. Overall a disappointing purchase given the amount you spend.
I was so excited to get this and try it out, but to say I’m disappointed is a major understatement. First of all, the worst of it is that my phone goes to sleep per it’s normal setting. This app does not keep it from going to sleep. I have to stop what I’m doing every minute, take my phone out of the goggles, wake my phone up and go again. I contacted support and they told me that I need to change the settings on my phone to where it doesn’t go to sleep. This is not something I should have to do every time I want to use this app. They told me that that’s the only solution or I can be refunded before 30 days. Wow, how about you fix that in your app…tons of apps can keep your phone from going to sleep while in use. Not sure why Aeroski can’t figure it out. Also, there is absolutely no adjustment to get a clear view of the scenery…the adjustments on the goggles go from super blurry to blurry. That’s it! I have 20/20 vision, so it’s not my eyes. Very disappointing purchase and app. If you can fix these issues, I think this would be a really great item!
I have the newest iPhone with the most recent operating system. The app will download but then once it opens, it begins asking questions in order to be able to get into the app. The first question asks your location. I selected the United Stated and clicked next. The app throws an error and won’t move to the next step. There’s no other way to reach the content except logging in. I don’t have a login but I click login, in case there’s an option to register through that screen. Once that page loads, there is a link that says “create account” so I click it… nothing happens. There’s no other way to get into the app than the above options, so I can’t use it.
Had absolutely no problem downloading or using the app. I am not sure what the other users had issues with, but both my husband and myself were able to download and use within a few minutes. Just a bit of difficulty learning how to use it correctly, but otherwise very easy!
Went to use the workout app and once again can’t load it all the app does is close right back out as soon as you try to open it this is the second time I’ve had issues using the app that’s how I track my workouts and see my progress doesn’t help if it doesn’t work you can’t go back in and log what you have done since the app automatically tracks it when you finish the workout very disappointed love the machine but super disappointed that the app that’s advertised to help people doesn’t even work properly
I’m getting the same error message that was described in a previous review. When you click on “Get Started” it asks your country, and you get an error message saying “Try again in a few minutes.” The last update to the app was a year ago. You are still selling the product using the app as an advertised benefit. This is completely unacceptable. Update the app or stop advertising it while you’re selling the product.
I am not able to get the app to work. I put in my name and email and it just keeps trying but won’t load, a note pops up saying that they are working on it. Hopefully it is fixed soon as I was excited for this Christmas gift.
I have repeatedly tried to register on the app. I am unable to use the extra equipment purchased with the machine because the app doesn’t work. It also hasn’t been updated in a year. I feel as if I have been duped with this purchase.
The app collects your personal info and the will not load. ‘We are working on it’ the app states after sucking up your data and then spins for a minute then locks up…..repeated attempts same result. I watch you tube ski videos while on aero ski with better results. Pass on the app.
As the other reviews state- take your info and gives you ask store message something went wrong we are working on It! Given the last update was a year ago doubt that
Goggles can't be adjusted for iPhone Pro Max, so I see in double. Also the application is not keeping the phone screen on like games. So the screen turns off after a couple of seconds.
YOUR APP DOESN’T WORK!!!!!!!! Everyone is saying the same thing!!!! This is ridiculous!!! How do you not fix this so you can give your customers what you advertise??!!!! Definitely not recommending your product to anyone!!
Is the app not compatible with the iPhone 13 ? I’m have downloaded it twice now an every time I click on the icon it does nothing . Wow this is sure aggravating when I was wanting to try my VR headset today! Now what ?
I have downloaded the app, deleted it and downloaded again a few times in hopes to use the app but it doesn’t work. I want to rate zero stars, but the it won’t allow me to leave zero.

This app can’t even load properly. It constantly says error just creating an account! You need to fix this or you will have a ton of us unhappy customers!
It angers me that I paid extra for the VR headset and it’s truly an awful experience. There is no way to easily make the left and right eyes lineup in the headset. Everything is in double vision.
So I did the same thing everyone did and hit “next” after selecting a country and the app hit an error. For anyone interested in this app, don’t bother. There have been no updates to the app version in a year despite the numerous complaints. I’m a programmer and know garbage when I see it. If the company can’t handle creating and maintaining the simple process of account creation and authentication, then the company just produces garbage. I think the thing that’s most appalling is that there are several reviews complaining about this defect and there is still no new version with bug fixes. I can’t believe apple still allows this app on its platform. Also, why does the company keep asking people to email them? You have the reviews and there’s no reason you need to make customers do additional work. Get a good product owner and a decent app engineer and start testing your product… A couple weeks later I’m adding to my review. I figured out this app was only tested on desktops once I was able to successfully register on a desktop. When I first wrote this review, I got an email from the Aeroski people asking for my platform and version info. That’s seriously infuriating given how many people have complained and they still aren’t doing anything to fix that defect. Then today, I found two more defects. First one is that the tips are all in a foreign language. There should be a disclaimer if users are all expected to be multi-lingual. However, since the rest of the app is in English, I’m betting this is just more laziness on the part of Aeroski. The second defect is that the lateral raise video in the upper body section of exercises shows a video of the model raising her arm but the audio is instructing to raise the leg. This app has been developed so sloppily that I’m definitely questioning my purchase.
